Abstract

Selotapak is one of the villages in the Trawas District area of ​​Mojokerto Regency, East Java. This village is one of the sweet potato producing communities. At the time of harvest, the harvest reaches 40-50 tons per hectare. But often at the time of harvest, the price of sweet potatoes becomes very low. This price makes farmers unable to benefit, even many who lose. On the other hand, the storage period of sweet potatoes is also not long. The farmers must immediately sell their crops. Therefore another alternative is needed in marketing sweet potatoes so that the selling price can increase. One way to do this is by processing sweet potatoes into other products with longer shelf life and higher prices. In this activity, training in preparing sweet potatoes into several products, namely flour, noodles, brownies, roll ice cream, and yoghurt. This activity can be done through PKK empowermen and several youth organizations. Based on the training results, over 80% of the training participants feel the benefits of the training,. The participants can practice it independently in producing this sweet potato-based product. By making sweet potatoes into flour, the storage period extended. Sweet potato flour can be used to make other food products that become superior products in the village of Selotapak. For the sustainability of sweet potato processing, it is necessary to cooperate with all village communities in marketing their products. The role of the village government is essential in this regard, for example, by requiring presenting sweet potato products (at least one piece) as consumption in each village activity. For the next steps, supporting training is needed for the development of superior village products, for example training in making packaging and marketing.

Abstract

Abstract—Selotapak Village is one of the tourist villages in Trawas. Selotapak Village develops tourism based on natural potential and community empowerment. Therefore, tourist sites are scattered in almost all parts of the village. One of the most well-known locations to the public is the Wangan Tengah Terraces. Other tourist locations are still rarely visited by tourists because they are not well known and their locations are spread out. Each tourist location has its own characteristics, for example Watu Tapak is the site of the founding of Selotapak village. To be able to introduce all tourism in Selotapak village to the public, a tourist information system is needed. The Go-Selotapak application is a information system that was created to be able to provide information about tourist location, maps, tourist descriptions, tour manager contacts (rental guides and vehicles), facilities and infrastructure. Data collection methods were carried out through interviews with village managers and government as well as distributing questionnaires to tourists. The data obtained were analyzed to find out the system requirements. System implementation is done using Android Studio (Java), Laravel, and Hostinger. Trials were carried out on tourism managers and tourists. The validation results show that 100% of the respondents from tourism managers stated that the tourism information system that was created was able to show all tourist sites in Selotapak Village along with their complete descriptions. More than 80% of tourist respondents stated that this application makes it easy to find out the tours in Selotapak and get to the location. In general, with this tourism information system, the public can easily find out all the tourist locations scattered in Selotapak village and with the 'get direction' feature, tourists will find it easy to go to tourist sites. Keywords: go-selotapak, tourism information system, selotapak Abstrak—Desa Selotapak merupakan salah satu desa wisata di Kecamatan Trawas. Wisata yang dikembangkan berbasis potensi alam dan pemberdayaan masyarakat. Oleh sebab itu lokasi wisata tersebar hampir di seluruh bagian desa. Satu lokasi yang paling dikenal masyarakat adalah Terassering Wangan Tengah. Lokasi wisata yang lain masih jarang dikunjungi wisatawan karena belum dikenal dan lokasinya menyebar. Setiap lokasi wisata mempunyai ciri khas tersendiri, misalkan Watu Tapak merupakan situs berdirinya desa Selotapak. Untuk dapat mengenalkan semua wisata yang ada di desa Selotapak ke masyarakat luas, diperlukan sebuah sistem informasi wisata. Aplikasi Go-Selotapak adalah system informasi wisata desa Selotapak yang dibuat untuk dapat memberikan informasi tentang peta lokasi wisata, deskripsi wisata, kontak pengelola wisata (sewa pemandu dan kendaraan), serta sarana dan prasarana. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara ke pihak pengelola dan pemerintahan desa serta menyebarkan kuesioner ke wisatawan. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis untuk mengetahui kebutuhan sistem. Implementasi sistem dilakukan dengan menggunakan Android Studio (Java), Laravel, dan Hostinger. Ujicoba dilakukan ke pengelola wisata dan wisatawan. Hasil validasi menunjukkan 100% responden pengelola wisata menyatakan bahwa system informasi wisata yang dibuat sudah bisa menunjukkan semua lokasi wisata di Desa Selotapak beserta deskripsinya secara lengkap. Lebih dari 80% responden wisatawan menyatakan bahwa aplikasi ini memudahkan dalam mengetahui wisata-wisata yang ada di Selotapak dan menuju lokasi. Secara umum, dengan adanya system informasi wisata ini masyarakat dengan mudah mengetahui semua lokasi wisata yang tersebar di desa Selotapak dan dengan adanya fitur ‘get direction’ wisatawan mendapatkan kemudahan untuk menuju lokasi wisata. Abstract

According to Law Number 18 of 2008, the increase in the volume, type and characteristics of waste is caused by population growth and changes in people's consumption patterns. Regulation of the Minister of Environment and Forestry of the Republic of Indonesia Number P.10/MENLHK/SETJEN/PLB.0/4/2018, concerning the handling of household waste and similar waste, it is necessary to classify it. In general, waste is divided into three types, namely Inorganic, Organic and B3. Many people already know the types of waste but are still not sure about sorting waste properly. It is necessary to recognize objects to design a household waste classification system to make it easier to sort waste more optimally. This system involves Deep Learning and in it there is an algorithm that is able to classify objects significantly, namely the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) algorithm. This research uses the MobileNet architecture, which is a CNN architecture that has fast and accurate computing time. The dense layer contains 1 layer with 900 neurons. There are 5952 trash dataset images that will be used as training data and 1489 testing data taken from the kaggle.com dataset. The classification process for training data using the MobileNet architecture produces an average score for each class, namely an accuracy value of 88%, precision of 89%, recall of 88%, and F1 of 87%. Meanwhile, the results of the training model applied to the testing data produced an accuracy of 86%. Thus, the results of this experiment have quite good accuracy considering that household waste has various types and shapes.

Abstract

Desa Belik merupakan salah satu desa wisata di Kecamatan Trawas Kabupaten Mojokerto. Potensi wisata di Desa Belik cukup besar, namun belum digunakan secara maksimal, salah satunya adalah hutan bambu. Karangtaruna sebagai salah satu organisasi pemuda yang aktif berkegiatan di desa Belik mempunyai peranan besar dalam pengembangan desa wisata. Oleh sebab itu pada pengabdian masyarakat ini, dilakukan pemberdayaan karangtaruna untuk mengembangkan wisata berbasis potensi dan kearifan lokal desa Belik. Kegiatan yang dilakukan antara lain pelatihan pengembangan wisata dan sapta pesona, pelatihan pelayanan prima, pembuatan konsep pengembangan hutan bambu, dan menampilkan budaya lokal pada acara desa yang sudah terjadwal. Tujuan program ini adalah memberdayakan karangtaruna Desa Belik dalam mengembangkan wisata sehingga dapat meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat. Metode pelaksanaan adalah fasilitasi dan partisipasi melalui diskusi, pelatiham, dan pendampingan. Hasil dari pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah karangtaruna memahami dan dapat menerapkan sapta pesona, dapat melayani pelanggan dengan prima. Selain itu juga terbentuk kelompok sadar wisata.

Abstract

Gartehutten adalah salah satu tempat wisata kuliner outdoor yang ada Desa Selotapak Kecamatan Trawas, Mojokerto. Obyek wisata baru yang ditambahkan di Gartenhutte adalah permainan ayunan (Garten Swing). Garten Swing merupakan wahana permainan ayunan yang bersifat outdoor. Permainan Garten Swing ini didesain sebagai permainan ayunan semi ekstrem dengan memanfaatkan keindahan alam di sekitar Gartenhutte. Wisatawan yang bermain ayunan juga dapat membuat foto dengan latar belakang panorama Gunung Penanggungan dan Gunung Welirang. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan (edukasi)  dan pendampingan pada karyawan Garten Swing dalam mengelola permainan ayunan. Kegiatan ini merupakan salah satu program dalam Matching Fund Gartenhutte 2022 sebagaimana direkomendasikan oleh Kementerian Riset, Teknologi, dan Pendidikan Tinggi dan Kedaireka. Pendekatan yang digunakan untuk pengelolaan Garten Swing ini diawali dengan pemberian materi kemudian dilanjutkan pendampingan berupa praktek lapangan. Luaran kegiatan ini berupa pembuatan SOP (Standar Operasional Prosedur) Garten Swing oleh mahasiswa yang bergabung di Matching Fund Gartenhutte 2022. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa karyawan Gartenhutten sudah bisa mengimplementasikan hasil pelatihan dan pendampingan dengan mengacu pada SOP Garten Swing.
