Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi yang dilakukan oleh public relation PT. Arun NGL dalam meningkatkan motivasi kerja karyawan sebagai bidang yang menangani hubungan internal perusahaan dalam menjaga serta meningkatkan motivasi kerja karyawannya agar tetap tinggi demi terwujudnya dan terjaganya produktifitas yang diinginkan perusahaan. Metodologi penelitian yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metodologi penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif melalui wawancara mendalam kepada informan yang ditentukan melalui purposive sampling praktisi PR PT.Arun NGL dan melalui observasi langsung di Main Office PT. Arun NGL. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan beberapa strategi yang sudah dijalankan dan diterapkan oleh public relation PT. ARUN NGL dalam meningkatkan motivasi kerja karyawannya, antara lain menjalin komunikasi secara aktif dan harmonis secara efektif dengan prinsip good will and understanding, mengadakan event untuk para karyawan, memberikan perghargaan atau apresiasi kepada para karyawan, mempublikasikan informasi melalui media cetak berupa bulletin dan media elektronik berupa publik info Lotus Note, dan website melalui internet yang dimiliki oleh perusaan tersebut.

Abstract

Banda Sakti District, which is the capital of Lhokseumawe, certainly requires the development of city infrastructure that is orderly, neat, orderly and has comfortable open spaces, so that it is not disturbed by street vendors selling in front of shops, on the side of the road, on the sidewalks on Jalan Pase. The aim of this research is to describe the effectiveness of government policy in removing street vendors. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research through interviews, observation and documentation, data analysis techniques are carried out through data collection, data reduction, data presentation and data verification. This research used 9 informants who were determined purposively. The results of the research found that on Jalan Pase there were 38 out of 270 street vendors selling on the side of the road, in front of shops, on sidewalks, in front of offices and schools and were not willing to move to the location (relocation) that had been provided by the Lhokseumawe City Government due to relocation (place new) does not match the condition. The conclusion is that the government policy of Lhokseumawe Mayor Regulation Number 06 of 2010 concerning the relocation of controlling street vendors has been implemented through an individual approach by providing warnings, but the government's objectives regarding the relocation of street vendors have not been realized effectively, because the street vendors have not been successfully moved to the new relocation .

Abstract

Domestic violence remains a serious problem in Indonesia, especially in North Aceh, which has the second highest number of domestic violence cases in Aceh. This research analyzes the North Aceh District Government's economic empowerment policy implementation in tackling domestic violence using the GenderTransformative (GT) approach. Using a phenomenological qualitative method, this research conducted in-depth interviews with various parties, including the Department of Social Affairs, Women's Empowerment and Child Protection, and analysis of related documents. The results showed that despite the existence of Aceh Qanun (Local Law) No. 9 of 2019 and North Aceh Regent Regulation No. 9 of 2022 that regulate women's empowerment and handling of domestic violence, implementation still faces many challenges. The main obstacles are weak interagency coordination, lack of community and NGO participation, and limitedunderstanding of the relevant qanuns. More integrated and effective local, mesomacro, and inter-organizational interventions must be strengthened. In conclusion, achieving gender equality and reducing domestic violence through economic empowerment requires a more comprehensive approach. The North Aceh regional government is advised to enhance coordination, increase community and NGO participation, and develop sustainable empowerment programs considering the local context and Islamic values

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji Efektifitas Kinerja Koordinator Kabupaten di Program Keluarga Harapan. Tujuan penelitian untuk memahami efektifitas kinerja Koordinator Kabupaten Program Keluarga Harapan dalam pelaksanaan bisnis proses program di Kabupaten Aceh Utara, implementasi program dan dampak keberadaan Koordinator Kabupaten bagi Sumber Daya Manusia pelaksana program. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Dinas Sosial Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak Kabupaten Aceh Utara. Metode yang digunakan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, pengamatan dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan memilih, menyederhanakan, menggolongkan, menyajikan dan menarik kesimpulan. Keberadaan koordinator untuk mengoordinasikan bisnis proses program ditingkat stakeholder kabupaten serta menyampaikan laporan bisnis proses program dari Pendamping Sosial dan Administrator Pangkalan Data ke Koordinator Wilayah Aceh dan Koordinator Regional Sumatera. Keberadaan koordinator dibutuhkan untuk melaporkan secara berjenjang bisnis proses program sampai ke Direktorat Jaminan Sosial, Kementerian Sosial Republik Indonesia. Keberadaan koodinator tidak dirancang oleh kabupaten tetapi regulasi dari Kementerian Sosial. Data penerima manfaat masih diperlukan validasi dan verifikasi oleh Pendamping Sosial di kecamatan-kecamatan. Koordinator dibutuhkan untuk mengoordinir validasi dan verifikasi data. Diperlukan kerjasama lintas sektor untuk suksesnya pemberian bantuan, oleh karena itu keberadaan koordinator dibutuhkan untuk melakukan koordinasi lintas sektor ditingkat kabupaten, terutama dengan Bank Syariah Indonesia, Badan Pembangunan Daerah, Dinas Pendidikan, Dinas Kesehatan, Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten dan Pemerintah Kabupaten Aceh Utara.
