Abstract

The development of science and technology in an all-digital era and globalization as it is today, especially in the field of telecommunications, information and media where these conditions put demands on companies to create more creative solutions and innovations to provide fulfillment to the people of the Indonesian state and it does not apart from marketing management and marketing concept is all activities in telecommunications companies that are motivated by all company activities to plan marketing to meet customer satisfaction which is the company's goal. All activities with the marketing concept will determine how later the management of the marketing management aspect will ultimately have an impact on customer satisfaction.The purpose of this study is to analyze and find solutions to why customer satisfaction occurs in communication companies, even though attention is given to products, prices and services that have been provided. The following research uses a quantitative approach that has a population of customers and users of new products of telecommunications companies with a sample of 100 respondents, while the data analysis model uses the SPSS program with the results that (1) Product Quality affects Customer Satisfaction; (2) Price Perception has an influence on Customer Satisfaction.; (3) Service Quality has an influence on Customer Satisfaction. (4) Together Product Quality, Price Perception, Service Quality, have a positive and significant influence on Customer Satisfaction,

Abstract

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat didasarkan pada isu-isu di masyarakat yang terkait dengan kurangnya kemandirian yang ditunjukkan oleh generasi muda melalui upaya kewirausahaan. Oleh karena itu, pendidikan dan pelatihan memainkan peran penting dalam membina bakat dan potensi generasi muda untuk mengembangkan keahlian yang dapat diproduksi dalam bentuk barang atau jasa dan dijual kepada pelanggan atau masyarakat. Dengan fokus pada pendidikan dan pelatihan kewirausahaan, diharapkan kegiatan ini dapat membentuk generasi muda yang terampil dan inovatif. Melalui keahliannya tersebut dapat dijadikan penghasil pendapatan menghasilkan peluang pekerjaan, kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan penyuluhan pendidikan dan pelatihan kewirausahaan. Remaja di Kabupaten Lombok Timur mendapatkan manfaat dari pengabdian ini. Generasi muda di Kabupaten Lombok Timur diharapkan dapat mengambil manfaat dari hasil kegiatan ini dalam hal peningkatan pemahaman pada dan kemandirian. Selain itu, untuk menginspirasi mereka untuk mengembangkan karakter mandiri bagi generasi muda, penting untuk menunjukkan kepada mereka bahwa pendidikan dan pelatihan kewirausahaan adalah dua aspek yang berjalan beriringan.

Abstract

Ngadisari Village, which is located in Sukapura Sub-district, Probolinggo Regency, possesses significant agricultural potential, yet it is constrained by geographical conditions, particularly rain-fed land. The majority of its residents rely on farming as their primary livelihood, despite having relatively low levels of education and income. This community service initiative aims to empower local farmers through education in environmentally friendly horticultural cultivation, enhanced farm business management, and increased understanding of the importance of basic accounting practices. The methods employed included lectures, interactive discussions, and hands-on training on marketing strategies and the preparation of simple financial reports. The results indicate a high level of enthusiasm among participants, along with increased knowledge and awareness regarding the importance of managing agricultural enterprises in a modern and sustainable manner. This programme has successfully instilled the understanding that farming involves not only planting and harvesting but also requires strategic marketing and accounting in order to make a tangible impact on household welfare. This initiative stands as a concrete example of a green transformation turning home gardens into productive and competitive plots. It is hoped that this practice can be replicated in other regions with similar conditions.

Abstract

Indonesia has a rapidly growing coffee industry. Various regions in Indonesia have their own coffee characteristics and are an attraction for each region, one of which is Sembalun coffee in East Lombok Regency, Lombok Indonesia. The problems that occur in the internationalization of Sembalun coffee provide our motivation to investigate how the internationalization strategy for Sembalun Lombok specialty coffee works using the fishbone diagram analysis tool, by knowing the cause and effect or root of the problem. carry out exports in destination countries. The internationalization of Sembalun specialty coffee is a very important internationalization strategy for those wishing to compete in the global market and achieve sustainable growth.
