Abstract

Abstrak Pelaksanaan suatu proyek umumnya sering terjadi penyimpangan-penyimpangan dimana biaya yang dikeluarkan dan jadwal yang direncanakan melampaui batas yang direncanakan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan pengendalian proyek dengan metode nilai hasil pada proyek konstruksi yang ditinjau, apakah pelaksanaan proyek sesuai dengan waktu dan biaya yang direncanakan. Metode nilai hasil merupakan pengembangan teknik Grafik ?S? sampai mampu menganalisis varians biaya secara stimulant sehingga dapat melihat kemajuan proyek dari jadwal dengan anggaran yang telah dialokasikan. Analisa harga satuan serta laporan kemajuan proyek diolah untuk mendapatkan BCWS (Budgeted Cost of Work Schedule), ACWP (Actual Cost of Work Performance), dan BCWP (Budgeted Cost of Work Performance). Dari hasil penerapan metode nilai hasil diketahui sampai hasil tinjauan pada minggu ke-8 didapatkan BCWS = Rp 355.632.989,22; ACWP = Rp 496.101.927,28; BCWP = Rp 581.079.522,83; sedangkan varian biaya (CV) hingga minggu ke-8 adalah positif (+) sedangkan varian jadwal (SV) adalah negative (-). Dan dapat diketahui perkiraan biaya akhir proyek EAC (Estimate At Complete) adalah Rp 9.937.260.823,18 dengan anggaran rencana sebesar Rp 11.527.811.644. Dari hasil diketahui pekerjaan selesai terlambat dan memakan biaya lebih. Kata kunci : Pengendalian, Metode Nilai Hasil, BCWS, ACWP, BCWP. Abstract The purpose of this research is to perform project control with the method of value of the results on the construction project reviewed, whether the implementation of the project in accordance with the time and planned costs. The result value method is the development of the "S" Graph technique until it is able to analyze the variance of costs in a stimulant so as to see the progress of the project from the schedule with the allocated budget. Unit price analysis and project progress report prepared to get BCWS (Budgeted Cost of Work Schedule), ACWP (Actual Cost of Work Performance), and BCWP (Budgeted Cost of Work Performance) . From result of applying method of result value known until result of review at week 8 got BCWS = Rp 355.632.989,22; ACWP = 496.101.927,28; BCWP = Rp 581.079.522,83; while the cost variant (CV) until week 14 is positive (+) while the schedule variant (SV) is negative (-). And it can be seen the estimated cost of the final project EAC (Estimate At Complete) is Rp 9.937.260.823,18 with budget plan of Rp 11.527.811.644. Abstract

The increasing need for electrical energy requires suppliers to innovate in developing electric distribution systems that are better in terms of quality and affordability. In its development, it is necessary to have a control that can combine the electricity network from renewable energy and the main network through voltage back-up or synchronization automatically. The purpose of this research is to create an innovative lux and current analysis on a lab-scale smart grid system using a fuzzy logic controller to control the main network, solar panel network and generator network to supply each other with lab-scale electrical energy. In the control, Mamdani fuzzy logic controller method is used as the basis for determining the smart grid system control problem solving by adjusting the current conditions on the main network and the light intensity conditions on the LDR sensor. Current conditions are classified in three conditions namely safe, warning, and trip. Meanwhile, the light intensity conditions are classified into three conditions namely dark, cloudy and bright. From the test results, the utility grid (PLN) is at active conditions when the load current is 0.4 A (safe) and light intensity is 1,167 Lux (dark). Then the PLN + PV condition is active when the load current is 1.37 (warning) and the light intensity is 8,680 lux (bright). Finally, the generator condition is active when the load current is 1.6 (trip) and the light intensity is 8,680 (bright). Based on the test results, it is known that the system can work to determine which source is more efficient based on the parameters obtained.

Abstract

The development of science and technology in an all-digital era and globalization as it is today, especially in the field of telecommunications, information and media where these conditions put demands on companies to create more creative solutions and innovations to provide fulfillment to the people of the Indonesian state and it does not apart from marketing management and marketing concept is all activities in telecommunications companies that are motivated by all company activities to plan marketing to meet customer satisfaction which is the company's goal. All activities with the marketing concept will determine how later the management of the marketing management aspect will ultimately have an impact on customer satisfaction.The purpose of this study is to analyze and find solutions to why customer satisfaction occurs in communication companies, even though attention is given to products, prices and services that have been provided. The following research uses a quantitative approach that has a population of customers and users of new products of telecommunications companies with a sample of 100 respondents, while the data analysis model uses the SPSS program with the results that (1) Product Quality affects Customer Satisfaction; (2) Price Perception has an influence on Customer Satisfaction.; (3) Service Quality has an influence on Customer Satisfaction. Abstract

The illegal use of narcotics is a form of criminal behavior that can have a comprehensive and complicated impact on society. In the preamble to letter c of Law Number 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics, it is stated that narcotics, on the one hand, are drugs or materials that are useful in the field of treatment or health services and scientific development, and on the other hand, can also cause dependence which is very detrimental if misused or used without supervision. Strict and careful. This research includes normative research in law, for normative legal research only recognizes secondary data, including primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials. Data processing and data analysis depend on the type of data. Research on positive legal inventories, legal principles, clinical legal research, legal systematics, judicial decisions, legal history, and legal comparisons are all included in secondary data. In the Tenggarong District Court Decision Number 390/Pid.Sus/2021/PN. The Public Prosecutor charged the perpetrator, Mattaro bin Juma, with subsidiary charges, where the direct indictment is "Article 114 paragraph (1) jo. Article 132 paragraph (1) of Law Number 35 of 2009. The subsidiary charges are Article 112 paragraph (1) jo. Abstract

The development of technology from year to year is increasingly rapid and diverse. All systems that exist in human life began to be designed with technology that requires large data storage. Big Data technology began to be developed to accommodate very large data volumes, rapid data changes, and very varied. Developing countries are starting to use Big Data a lot in developing their systems, such as healthcare, agriculture, building, transportation, and various other fields. In this paper, it explains the development of Big Data applied to the sectors previously mentioned in developing countries and also the challenges faced by developing countries in the process of developing their systems.

Abstract

Program Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) merupakan salah satu poin dalam Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi yaitu pengabdian masyarakat. Salah satu desa yang menjadi tempat pengabdian para mahasiswa adalah Desa Kunden. Tingginya jumlah peternak di desa Kunden menghasilkan limbah organik yang menumpuk akibat tidak adanya pengelolaan yang baik dari limbah. Hal ini menyebabkan kurangnya nilai guna dari limbah organik tersebut, terutama limbah peternakan dapat diolah menjadi pupuk Trichokompos dan Pupuk Organik Cair yang mudah dibuat dan bernilai guna tinggi terutama untuk meningkatkan produktivitas pertanian Desa Kunden yang didominasi oleh lahan pertanian.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the local government policy of Kutai Kartanegara Regency in arranging participatory local regulations to accommodate the local wisdom of Kutai Kartanegara society in the era of regional autonomy. It also analyzes the implementation of local wisdom regulation to ensure the existence of society. The methodology used is empirical juridical, where researchers use data collection techniques through interviews with the Legal Section of the Regional Government of Kutai Kartanegara Province. The method of data analysis is qualitative and deductive inference, that is, drawing conclusions from a general form to a specific form. The formation of participatory local regulations based on local wisdom becomes urgent when the implementation of regional autonomy is faced with global demands where people must follow technological developments. This can change the cultural values that have been developed in local communities, and the government is obliged to provide legal protection in the form of the formation of local regulations that contain local wisdom values and guarantee their sustainability.

Abstract

Cikarang Pusat sub-district is one of the areas with economic growth driven by the presence of small and medium enterprises, including Angkringan and Warkop businesses. However, business actors' understanding of tax obligations is still shallow. This activity aims to provide tax education to partners to increase their tax awareness and compliance. The method used includes an initial survey to identify the level of understanding and educational needs, and implementation is carried out through direct assistance in the field. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in business owners' awareness and understanding of taxation knowledge after participating in the education programme. Before the programme, partners had an average knowledge of 45% regarding taxation, while after the programme, this figure increased to 85%. Continued education and support from the government and related organisations are needed to ensure the sustainability and positive impact of this programme.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana kegiatan jurnalisme warga pada akun Instagram @infocegatansukoharjo dapat menjadi suatu bentuk kepedulian sosial masyarakat, dalam penelitian ini yaitu di Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Pemilihan informan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria yang sudah ditentukan sebelumnya. Informan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari Founder akun Instagram @infocegatansukoharjo dan 3 orang followers akun tersebut. Teknik keabsahan data menggunakan trianggulasi data, teknik analisis data menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepedulian sosial terhadap sesama masyarakat ditunjukkan melalui kegiatan jurnalisme warga yang memunculkan sikap empati terhadap sesama masyarakat diantaranya, membantu orang lain, mendoakan orang lain, dan mengapresiasi orang lain. Sikap empati ini muncul setelah masyarakat menerima informasi jurnalisme warga yang diunggah pada akun Instagram @infocegatansukoharjo, kegiatan jurnalisme warga yang merupakan penyebaran informasi juga termasuk dalam sikap peduli sosial yaitu meningatkan orang lain agar peduli terhadap penderitaan orang lain di sekitarnya. Namun dalam beberapa kegiatan jurnalisme yang diunggah oleh akun @infocegatansukoharjo belum disertai kronologi peristiwa sehingga membuat masyarakat kurang memahami informasi mengenai peristiwa yang sedang terjadi.Kata kunci : Jurnalisme warga, Instagram, dan Kepedulian sosial. AbstractThis research examines how citizen journalism activities on the Instagram account @infocegatansukoharjo can serve as a form of societal care, within the context of Sukoharjo Regency. The study adopts a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection involves observation, documentation, and interviews. Informant selection employs purposive sampling based on predefined criteria. The informants consist of the founder of the Instagram account @infocegatansukoharjo and three of its followers. Data validity is ensured through data triangulation, and analysis utilizes the interactive model proposed by Miles and Huberman. The findings indicate that societal care towards others is manifested through citizen journalism activities, fostering empathy among community members by aiding others, praying for them, and appreciating their efforts. This empathy emerges following the dissemination of citizen journalism information on the @infocegatansukoharjo Instagram account. These journalistic activities, which involve information dissemination, contribute to societal care by raising awareness among individuals to be mindful of others' suffering in their surroundings. However, some of the journalism activities posted by @infocegatansukoharjo lack chronological event descriptions, leading to a limited understanding of ongoing events among the community.Keywords : Citizen Journalism, Instagram, Social Concern.

Abstract

The presence of electric vehicles has generated diverse opinions among the public, as widely discussed on social media. The lack of understanding about electric vehicle innovation can influence their perception. Issues such as infrastructure, high prices, pollution concerns, and adaptation to new technology present challenges for automotive companies in their innovation efforts. This study aims to analyze public sentiment towards electric vehicles through comments on the TikTok platform, which can serve as a reference for companies in evaluating and developing electric vehicle innovations. Six different classification algorithms were tested to determine the most effective and accurate one. The methods used include data collection of comments, pre-processing, data processing through stemming, tokenization, and stopwords removal techniques, as well as labeling and modeling stages. The results of the study show that Support Vector Machine are the most superior algorithms with the highest accuracy of 90%. This research provides new insights into public perception of electric cars and the effectiveness of various sentiment analysis algorithms in the context of social media.
