Abstract

This study aims to determine the teacher's skills in teaching in terms of students' creative thinking skills. Physical education goals which contain the intellectual, mental, social and emotional dimensions and the use of curriculum 13 as the vehicle to achieve that goal. Curriculum 13 to achieve that goal suppresses 4C namely critical, creative, collaborative and communicative. This type of quasi-experimental research uses a comparative causal design. The study population was all eighth grade students in State Middle School 1 Diwek and MTS State 15 Jombang. The sampling technique in this study used random sampling of classes, a sample of 64 students. Data collection of this study uses the sheet of teaching skills and test thinking of students. The data in this study were analyzed using SPSS 20 and used a significance level of 0.05. The skills of physical education teachers can be seen the teacher's picture in conditioning during the learning process. Based on the results obtained by the PJOK teacher data in SMP N Diwek 1, the score was 83.33%. Whereas physical education teachers at MTs N 15 Jombang get a value of 70% and data analysis shows that the probability value is less than 0.05 which is equal to 0,000 so that the null hypothesis can be withdrawn rejected and the research hypothesis accepted. This means that there are differences in physical education teacher skills in SMP N Diwek 1 with physical education teachers in MTs N 15 Jombang in terms of creative thinking of students.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of parents' knowledge about nutrition on the nutritional status of elementary school students, The method in this study is a type of experimental research using a quantitative approach with pre-experimental design, because in this study there was no control group. The research place at SDN Tenggiring and the research sample with a total of 26 students, the sample sampling technique in this study is purposive sampling technique. The results of this study Based on the table above, it is explained that the calculation of the significance level used α= 0.05, obtained Sig. (2-tailed) is smaller than α (0.033 < 0.05), so it can be stated that there is a significant effect of parental knowledge about nutrition on students' body mass index. Conclusion Based on the purpose of the study and data analysis of the results of research conducted on "the level of parental knowledge of children's nutritional status", it can be concluded that parents' knowledge about nutrition is good, but not maximum awareness about understanding the food consumed. Awareness about the types, products, processes of these foods is still lacking.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of physical fitness of students who participate in basketball extracurriculars, The method used in this study is a survey method. The sampling technique used total sampling, so that the entire population of 25 students was made the subject of this study. The instrument in this study is a physical fitness test to measure fitness levels. The results of data analysis in this study showed that students who participated in extracurricular basketball on each item of the physical fitness test showed a percentage value for the BMI test 72% Normal category, sit up 60 seconds 40%, sit and reach 44%, pull up modification test 40%, run 20 m 52%, So that the results of the analysis entered the moderate category, So it can be concluded that the physical fitness level of basketball extracurricular students is in the moderate category.

Abstract

In this study aims to determine the level of Physical Fitness and Body Mass Index The method in this study is the type of this research is a survey with quantitative descriptive methods. The research site is Madrasah Aliyah Panglungan in the highlands, the sampling technique in this study is purposive sampling technique based on age characteristics. The results of this study Based on descriptive calculations show the level of physical fitness in the moderate category of 30 students (43.48%). And student body mass index 45 (65.22%) Conclusion Based on the research objectives and data analysis of the research results regarding fitness level and BMI shows moderate and normal categories so that it can be said that students in the highlands still maintain body condition by moving activities and maintaining a diet that is consumed.

Abstract

Abstrak Era globalisasi dapat menyebabkan dan meningkatkan perubahan aktivitas sehari - hari dan menimbulkan ketidakseimbangan asupan makanan dan diimbangi dengan rendahnya aktivitas fisik sehingga menyebabkan indeks massa tubuh (IMT) akan meningkat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara aktivitas fisik dengan indeks massa tubuh. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan korelasional, Hasil penelitian IMT kategori normal 54 mahasiswa ( 70,12 %), kategori kurus 3 ( 3,90 %), dan kategori gemuk 20 (25,98%). Untuk aktivitas fisik masuk kategori tinggi 26 mahasiswa ( 33,77 %), kategori sedang 31 Mahasiswa ( 40,25 %), dan kategori rendah 20 mahasiswa (25,98%). Analisis korelasi menunjukkan bahwa nilai sig 0,488 > 0,05. Berarti tidak ada hubungan antara aktivitas fisik dan Indeks Massa Tubuh pada mahasiswa dengan koefisien korelasi antara aktivitas fisik dengan Indeks Massa Tubuh sebesar 0.080 yang artinya bahwa hubungan sangat lemah. Kesimpulan Berdasarkan hasil uji korelasi bahwa tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara aktivitas fisik dengan Indeks Massa Tubuh mahasiswa Pendidikan jasmani STKIP PGRI Jombang. Untuk koefisien korelasi hubungan sangat lemah.

Abstract

Based on the objectives of this study relating to to determine the approach of the game to improve dribbling skills in basketball games, the method in this study used experimental research methods with the design in this study using a quantitative approach by conducting pre-test, treatment, and post-test, The population of this study was extracurricular basketball students with a total of 35 students, sampling techniques using purposive sampling based on characteristics as students who take part in extracurricular basketball, for data collection using a dribbling ability test in basketball. Data analysis using descriptive tests, hypothesis testing using t-tests to see comparisons based on significant values. The results of descriptive calculations of research data so as to get a minimum score for the pre test 12.11, and post test 11.50, for the maximum pre test 15.32, post test 15.23, for the average pre test 13.32, post test 15.04, and for the standard deviation pre test .98167, post test .90995. calculation of the difference test is obtained from the results of a significant value of 0.023 <0.05, so it can be said that based on the sig value obtained, it can be concluded from the results of the analysis that there is an effect of the game approach on dribbling skill in basketball games.

Abstract

This form of service activity is carried out based on the need for student understanding of the components of badminton physical condition and applying the form of physical condition training in badminton, physical condition is a form of overall description related to the fitness of the human body and can also produce energy and be able to carry out every activity in sports optimally. In this service has a goal in this case students will have an understanding and knowledge related to the components of physical conditions and forms of training in badminton sports and the methods used are lectures and questions and answers, demonstrations and practices. The form of this activity includes preparing the material that will be conveyed in the activity, the implementation of this activity by delivering explanations related to the components of physical conditions and forms of training with field practice. Evaluation summarises events in activities related to the situation and input for these activities, the conclusion of this activity is that students get good benefits as well as understanding and knowledge of the components of physical conditions and forms of training in badminton.

Abstract

Aktivitas jasmani merupakan suatu aktivitas gerak yang dilakukan oleh setiap orang dalam menunjang aktivitas yang dilakukan sebagai bagian dari rutinitas sehari-hari yang mempunyai banyak manfaat bagi tubuh, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat aktivitas fisik peserta didik di desa dan di desa. kota, penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei, dengan sampel peserta didik MTS N 1 Jombang dengan rincian 87 peserta didik di desa sedangkan di kota 67 peserta didik. Untuk hasil penelitian terkait aktivitas fisik peserta didik di desa diketahui berdasarkan perhitungan berada pada kategori sangat rendah 3 (3,4%), rendah 59 (67,8%), sedang 23 (26,4%) , tinggi 2 (2,3%), dan sangat tinggi 0 (0%). sedangkan untuk hasil aktivitas fisik dalam kota pada kategori sangat rendah 4 (6%), rendah 30 (44,8%), sedang 32 (47,8%), tinggi 1 (1,5%), dan sangat tinggi 0 (0%). ). Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat aktivitas fisik peserta didik di pedesaan menunjukkan kategori rendah dan di kota dalam kategori sedang.

Abstract

The emergence of a problem where the fitness and motor skills of students indicate the need for a patterned activity that describes a play activity tailored to their characteristics. The purpose of this study is to determine the application of a physical activity pattern model on the physical fitness and motor skills of students aged 10-12 years. The method used a quantitative descriptive approach with a pre-experimental design (one group pretest posttest design). Sampling was conducted using purposive sampling, with 110 students aged 10-12 years old participating. The research instruments used were the TKJI for ages 10-12 years for physical fitness tests and motor skills tests with TGMD-2 (locomotor and object control abilities), and difference analysis with a paired t-test. The results of the paired sample t-test showed that the effect size (Cohen's d) for fitness was 1.50 (very large) and for motor skills was 1.13 (large). In addition, the r-effect value calculated from the t-value showed a result of r = 0.83 for fitness and r = 0.75 for motor skills. There was a 15.2% increase in fitness and a 16.4% increase in motor skills, indicating that the physical activity pattern had a positive impact on students' fitness and motor skills. In conclusion, there is a significant effect of physical activity patterns on students' physical fitness and motor skills. Recommendations for future researchers conducting similar studies include adding a control group and additional variables. Due to the limitations of using a pre-experimental design in this study, which did not use a control group or assign tasks randomly, the causal inference is not strong.
