Abstract

an Research analysis was carried out on designing work tools to avoid musculoskeletal disorders using the Rapid Whole Body Assessment (REBA) method at CV Rama Teknik. Data was collected through asking questions during interviews, and filling out the Nordic Body Map (NBM) questionnaire to ascertain which parts of the body experienced discomfort which could cause a certain level of musculoskeletal disorders. The posture conditions of assembly process workers that can cause musculoskeletal disorders are sitting work posture and standing work posture. The results of the Pick Test observations showed that the frequency of the slouched sitting position was 41 times with a percentage of 46% and the frequency of the upright sitting position was 49 times with a percentage of 54%. The results of the Nordic Body Map questionnaire indicate that the risk level for workers' MSDs is "medium" with an individual score level of 62 for worker 1, 62 for worker 2, and 58 for worker 3. In accordance with the risk level classification based on the total individual score with a score level of 50-70, it is at “medium” risk level. The REBA calculation result for the standing work posture for the first worker is 3, the second worker is 2, and the third worker is 2, so the risk level for the standing work posture for all assemblers is "low", while the REBA calculation result for the sitting work posture for the first worker is 5 , the second assembler is 6, and the third worker is 6, then the risk level for sitting work posture is "medium", according to the REBA risk level if the score is 4-7 then the risk level is "medium". Abstract

ABSTRACT This service is used as a reference for the implementation of entrepreneurship training programs in various formal and non-formal institutions. Also optimally useful for the management of entrepreneurial training programs. used a design model adopted from the research and development model. Pengadian was started with the preliminary investigation research and design stage, namely preliminary research to find out the problems that arise in the field related to entrepreneurship training for Pemuda Karang Taruna, Lengkong Kulon Village. Statistics 2018 Data Banten's proportion is in the first place at 8.52%. shows that the appropriate entrepreneurship training model for Youth Youth Organization, Lengkong Kulon Village is to increase income around the capital city buffer village. Furthermore, we chose basic welding training as the right thing to support new entrepreneurs supporting BUMD. After doing the service by doing direct training and practice of basic welding techniques, the level of understanding and skills beginning with holding a diagnostic test with ten questions has increased from 35% to 96%. This is an achievement that is considered satisfactory, so that in the future they already have provisions as new entrepreneurs in Lengkong Kulon Village, Pagedangan District, Kab. Tangerang.mekukan tes diagnostik dengan sepuluh pertanyaan mengalami peningkatan dari 35% menjadi 96 %. Hal ini merupakan capaian yang diangkap memuaskan, sehingga kedepan Mereka sudah memilik bekal sebagai wirausaha baru yang ada di Desa Lengkong Kulon Kecamatan Pagedangan Kab. Data Statistik 2018 Proponsi Banten berada pada urutan pertama sebesar 8.52 %.  menunjukan bahwa model pelatihan kewirausahaan untuk Pemuda Karang Taruna, Desa Lengkong Kulon yang tepat adalah dengan mengingkatkan penghasilan di sekitar Desa penyanggah ibu kota. Selanjutnya, kami memilih Pelatihan dasar pengelasan adalah hal yang sangat tepat untuk mendukung wirausaha baru pendukung BUMD. Setelah dilakukan Pengabdian dengan melakukan penyuluhan dan Praktek langsung teknik dasar pengelasan, tinggkat pemahaman serta skill diawal dengan mekukan tes diagnostik dengan sepuluh pertanyaan mengalami peningkatan dari 35% menjadi 96 %. Hal ini merupakan capaian yang dianggap memuaskan, sehingga kedepan Mereka sudah memiliki bekal sebagai wirausaha baru yang ada di Desa Lengkong Kulon Kecamatan Pagedangan Kab. Abstract

ABSTRAK                                                    Dilakukan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat sebagai salah satu langkah dilakukan dalam mengolah limbah jerami menjadi pupuk Kompos yang dibuat oleh tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat sisa-sisa jerami milik anggota Kelompok Tani  yang rencananya akan dibakar. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh Kelompok Tani Barokah dan didampingi oleh staf Balai Penyuluhan Pertanian Desa Pagedangan Udik, Kecamatan Kronjo. Kegiatan ini bertujujan untuk peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam mengolah limbah jerami menjadi pupuk kompos. disimpulkan bahwa dari keseluruhan peserta yang memberikan tanggapan ada sekitar 60% sudah cukup memahami materi yang disampaikan, Pada instrument kuesioner kedua, ada sekitar 10% yang cukup setuju 10% setuju dan 80% sangat setuju. Dengan penyuluhan 5 ton/ha mampu menurunkan penggunaan pupuk anorganik KCl sebanyak 50% dari jumlah kebutuhan pupuk tanpa penggunaan bahan organik. Hal ini memberikan hal baru untuk petani, Keberlanjutan program dapat berjalan ketika tingkat kesadaran masyarakat tani tinggi, serta didukung dan difasilitasi oleh Balai Penyuluhan Pertanian Desa Pagedangan Udik, Kecamatan Kronjo. Kata kunci: Kompos, Petani, Pupuk Organik, Padi  ABSTRACT Community Service is carried out as one of the steps taken in processing straw waste into compost made by the Community Service team. This activity was attended by the Barokah Farmers Group and accompanied by staff from the Agricultural Extension Center in Pagedangan Udik Village, Kronjo District. This activity aims to increase the knowledge and skills of the community in processing straw waste into compost. it was concluded that of the overall participants who gave responses there were around 60% that they understood the material presented enough. In the second questionnaire instrument, there were about 10% who quite agreed, 10% agreed and 80% strongly agreed. The extension of 5 tons/ha was able to reduce the use of inorganic KCl fertilizer by 50% of the total fertilizer requirement without the use of organic matter. This provides new things for farmers. The sustainability of the program can run when the level of awareness of the farming community is high, and is supported and facilitated by the Agricultural Extension Center in Pagedangan Udik Village, Kronjo District. Keywords: Compost, Farmers, Organic Fertilizer, Rice

Abstract

In the early of 2020 the world was shocked by the presence of the Covid-19, a virus with a very rapid spread and became the highest cause of death in the world. Indonesia is among of countries that heavily affected by this virus. Various policies are implemented so that the spread chain of the virus is broken, ranging from work from home, physical distancing to Large Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB). The impact of PSBB is also felt by offline shop owners who are forced to close their shops due to activity restrictions, which causes a loss of income or a drastic reduction in sales turnover. Due to the pandemic, business owners are required to do efforts to adapt to current conditions, one of which is utilizing technology in conducting online sales. Bojong Village, Pondok Terong Subdistrict, is an area that has many private business owners and MSMEs. In regard of the above problems statement, the Community Service Group (PKM) of the Industrial Engineering Study Program at the University of Pamulang held a training on the optimization of online sales during the Covid-19 pandemic for conventional business groups. It is expected that this training can increase the understanding of PKM participants using online sales technology to maintain their business.

Abstract

PT. Gandum Mas Kencana adalah produsen produk ice cream mix powder dengan tiga jenis varian rasa yaitu vanila, stroberi dan cokelat. Pada ice cream mix chocolate powder rendahnya kualitas produk dapat merugikan pihak perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan membantu perusahaan dalam menganalisis pengendalian kualitas serta menemukan faktor-faktor yang menjadi penyebab produk cacat dengan menggunakan metode Gugus Kendali Mutu (GKM), fhisbone, NGT, 5W+1H, dan Kaizen. Dari hasil penelitian ini diketahui jenis cacat terbesar adalah cacat gerindil dengan jumlah sebesar 3 batch atau 60% dari total cacat yang ada. Berdasarkan analisa fishbone diagram faktor penyebab gerindil adalah memenuhi target produksi, pelatihan tidak tejadwal dengan baik, mix bahan kurang homogen, melakukan aktifitas lain, kurang pelatihan, masa pakai mesin sudah lama, exhaust tidak dibersihkan. Kemudian dari analisa NGT mix bahan kurang homogen menduduki peringkat ke 1 dan ke 2 ialah exhaust tidak dibersihkan, pelatihan tidak terlaksana dengan baik menduduki peringkat ke 3. Kemudian diterapkan budaya kaizen untuk meningkatkan etos kerja di lingkungan pabrik. Dan hasilnya terdapat penurunan Cacat Sebesar lebih dari 50% dari total cacat yang ada menjadi 1 batch atau sebesar 0,97% dari totat produksi.

Abstract

Bass String hasil produksi PT. Yamaha Indonesia dalam proses pembuatannya mengalami banyak masalah seperti halnya cacat produksi yang disebabkan oleh mesin. Akibat dari masalah dalam proses produksi ini maka akan timbul kerugian bagi perusahaan yang diakibatkan banyaknya cacat produksi yang terjadi. Analisis dengan metode OMAX dimana setiap proses dilakukan dengan perencanaan yang matang, implementasi yang terukur dan jelas, dilakukan evaluasi dan analisa data yang akurat, serta dapat memberikan gambaran mengenai perkembangan produktivitas perusahaan dan memberikan perbaikan yang menuju pada peningkatan produktivitas dimasa yang akan datang. Cara meningkatkan produktivitas proses senar bass dengan menggunakan metode OMAX (Objective Matrix) yaitu dengan meningkatkan hasil prosentase yang masuk dalam kategori buruk. Analisis ini menemukan empat kategori buruk dengan rasio 1 dipengaruhi oleh kurangnya manajemen yang tepat saat menambahkan peralatan listrik. Administrator didorong untuk meninjau kembali keputusan yang dibuat sehubungan dengan penggunaan energi listrik. Minimalkan penambahan. Karyawan untuk mengatasi produk cacat. Rasio 3 merekomendasikan agar perusahaan yang terkena target produksi lebih meningkatkan koordinasi antar PPIC (Planning Product Inventory Control). Rasio 6 dipengaruhi oleh ketidakhadiran. Jika 100% hadir untuk jangka waktu kurang dari 1, beri perhatian lebih kepada pekerja dengan memberi penghargaan. 6 bulan dari tahun.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe trend of selling automatic motorbikes is superior to Sports motorbikes and motorbikes every year. To maintain consumer confidence to produce quality products and be able to compete, in its production activities, the company always strives to produce good products and reduce product damage, but the reality in the field is that many products that are produced are not following the standards that have been set. PT. Bando Indonesia is a manufacturing company engaged in the automotive sector, especially automotive belt components and the electric transmission industry, motorcycles, and cars. The product type is the V-Belt. This study aims to analyze how the implementation of quality control using PDCA tools (Plan, Do Check, Action) and seven tools are used to reduce defects and problems faced by the production department by controlling the level of product damage in the company. After correcting the factors causing the problem, the Air Bubble Defect was successfully reduced from 2397 to 669 pcs. Thus the quality control activities carried out succeeded in solving problems that occurred in the V-Belt production process

Abstract

Rolling resistance is the force used by the wheel against the direction of motion, equal to the force required to move the wheel forward. The research was conducted at the Tire Testing Laboratory of PT. Gajah Tunggal Tbk at Jalan Gatot Subroto km7 Jatiuwung Tangerang City. To support product development and certification, PTGT currently has 2 Rolling resistance (RR) machines.The purpose of this study is that the measurement results in the Testing at the Gajah Tunggal tire testing laboratory can be accepted and recognized internationally, the RR Testing machine at the PTGT tire testing laboratory must be aligned with the reference RR engine as specified in the regulations. described in ISO 28580 clause 10. Alignment Procedures and Measurement Machine Monitoring Requirements to be followed to harmonize measurement results and allow direct inter-laboratory comparisons. This procedure shall be applied to any measuring machine whose results are claimed to conform to International Standards. The test results on the DRR-1 engine the lowest value is 6.97 and the highest value is 10.33 is 3.17 kg/ton. This maximum and minimum difference value also meets the predetermined target, which is approximately equal to 3kg/ton and the reproducibility rate is 0.015 kg/ton. The correlation value is indicated by R squared (R2), which is 0.9939 for the DRR-1 test machine. The DRR-1 rolling resistance machine complies with the regulations required by ISO 28580 and the measurement value of the machine is internationally accepted and recognized.

Abstract

Work comfort is an important factor in the production process, as it can reduce complaints from workers, especially for handling staff. One of the issues arising from insufficient comfort and safety in the workplace is Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs). This study aims to analyze the workers' posture and improve the work system in the oil palm tissue culture production process, using the Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA) method to reduce the risk of MSDs. Based on data from 2022, workers experienced complaints with an average score of 21.92 and a severity level of 13%. This study focuses on evaluating workers' posture during the selection of oil palm shoots and measuring work posture scores using the Nordic Body Maps (NBM) and RULA methods. The analysis showed that 26% of workers experienced pain in every workflow, which needs improvement, with the upper body being the most affected. RULA scores indicated that several operators fell into the high-risk category, with scores ranging from 5 to 7, signaling the need for improvement. As a corrective measure, this study suggests adding portable ladder tools to improve comfort and accessibility for workers, particularly for operators with a height of 145-165 cm and a weight of 50-65 kg. The addition of portable ladders is expected to reduce work strain and minimize the risk of injury for workers. Keywords: Posture Improvement, NBM, RULA.

Abstract

DRA Component Persada is a manufacturing company that produces various types of bolts. The main problem faced by companies is unstable fluctuations in demand, so that sometimes there is a buildup of stock or a shortage of inventory in the warehouse. The aim of this research is to analyze forecasting demand and supply of bolt products at PT. Dra Component Persada. To overcome this, this research uses the Time Series forecasting method which includes Moving Average, Weight Moving Average, and Exponential Smoothing to determine future demand and the Safety Stock method to overcome demand instability. From the results of calculations carried out by the author, the Exponential Smoothing model with a = 0.2 is the optimal forecasting model with the smallest error level, namely with a Mean Absolute Deviation (MAD) of 1,218,085, a Mean Squared Error (MSE) of 1,886,215,000,000 , and the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) is 2.74%. The forecast for the coming period is predicted to be 4,440,637 pcs, while the safety stock required is 393,215 pcs with a service level of 95%. It is hoped that the application of forecasting and safety stock methods can increase stock management efficiency and better meet customer needs.
