Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini berawal dari pengalaman penulis di lapangan ketika pelaksanaan pembelajaran terpaku pada metode ceramah dalam penyampaian materi sehingga siswa-siswa sering mengalami kebosanan dan daya tangkap terhadap materi kurang. Karena itu penulis mencoba menarik minat belajar siswa dengan penggunaan alat peraga berupa buah bonsai untuk membantu penyampaian materi agar siswa lebih bersemangat dalam kegiatan pembelajaran di kelas. Rumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah Apakah penggunaan alat peraga dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika tentang penjumlahan di Kelas I SDN 14 Padang Aro Kecamatan Sangir? Tujuan Agar siswa lebih memahami pelajaran tentang penjumlahan operasi bilangan bulat dengan menggunakan alat peraga. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kelas I SDN 14 Padang Aro, Kec. Sangir Kab. Solok Selatan dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 25 orang, dengan 16 orang perempuan dan 9 orang laki-laki. Dengan menggunakann Teknik Pengumpulan Data berupa tes dan observasi. Sebagai Alat Pengumpulan Data yaitu Butir Soal Tes dan Lembar Observasi. Indikator keberhasilan dalam penelitian ini adalah 75% dari jumlah siswa yang sudah mencapai nilai KKM yaitu 55. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pengolahan data bahwa dengan menggunakan alat peraga buah bonsai berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas I SDN 14 Padang Aro Kecamatan Sangir. Ini dapat dilihat dari meningkatnya rata-rata hasil belajar siswa dari siklus I ke siklus II sebesar 17.20. sedangkan ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I sebesar 52 % dan ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa pada siklus II sebesar 100 % artinya penggunaan metode alat peraga berupa buah bonsai adalah baik dan berhasil meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa terhadap mata pelajaran Matematika tentang penjumlahan di kelas I SDN 14 Padang Aro Kecamatan Sangir. Dengan hasil tersebut, maka kesimpulannya model pembelajaran dengan menggunakan alat peraga buah bonsai dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas I SDN 14 Padang Aro dalam hal penjumlahan bilangan.

Abstract

The low quality of education in Indonesia has something to do with the low quality of teacher. Meanwhile, facing the challenge of 4.0 era, teacher is supposed to prepare the student to have the competencies and master the information and technology. Thus, professional teacher is absolutely needed in order to increase the quality of education. To solve this problem, the government conduct the Teacher Professionalism Improvement Program (PPG). This study is aimed at investigating the pros and cons in applying the online PPG daljab for Female teachers in Aceh province. This study is conducted through the qualitative approach, interview, observation and documentation. The subjects of this study are consisting of four female teachers, three online facilitators. Whilst, the data analysis techniques were conducted through the Miles and Hubberman models. The result of this study shows that there are two supporting factors in the success of the implementation of online PPG for the female Acehnese teachers. First, the support is from the online group members and then the second is from the support from the family members in operating the Information and Technology (IT) related issues. Meanwhile, the cons factors are the disability of the teacher to operate the laptop, poor internet connection, lack of focuses due to the teaching tasks at school, and the teacher motivation in mastering the IT and applying it in the teaching learning process. Therefore, it can be concluded that the program evaluation and IT training for in- service PPG are absolutely required. It is essential to conduct an IT empowerment for the pre- training teacher in the basis of the network availability and age.

Abstract

This study aimed to find some problems in implementing entrepreneurship education at higher education (university). The method used in this study was the literature review by searching articles on electronics journal database. The databases used in this study were Jstor, Sage, Proquest, Elsevier, Emerald, Insight, Springer Plus, and Google Scholars from 2003 to October 2019. Fifteen articles were found using five keywords: entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurial, unemployment, job seeker, and job creator. The data were analyzed by collecting the related articles, reducing them based on the topic discussion, displaying the data, and concluding.  It was found that there were some problems faced during the implementation of entrepreneurship education. Thus, it can be concluded that the bigger the problem in the implementation of entrepreneurship education, the more extensive necessitate for the alternative formula. It is urged that further studies be conducted to expose more detailed comparisons between the problems found within the country and abroad. This action is considered as the foundation of a better service.
