Abstract

Tuntutan masa kini mengharuskan organisasi dan orang yang terlibat di dalamnya memiliki kinerja dengan integritas tinggi termasuk di Puskesmas. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional yang dilakukan di Puskesmas Tanah Kampung dan Puskesmas Kumun Kota Sungai Penuh pada bulan Oktober 2020. Sebagian besar kinerja pegawai adalah baik (81,8 %) dan ada hubungan antara kepemimpinan (pvalue = 0,004) dengan kinerja pegawai serta ada hubungan antara motivasi (p-value = 0,000 ) dengan kinerja pegawai di Puskesmas Tanah Kampung dan Puskesmas Kumun Kota Sungai Penuh Tahun 2020.

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh penggunaan model pembelajaran yang masih kurang variatif dan keterampilan berpikir kreatif siswa yang masih rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran dicovery learning terhadap keterampilan berpikir kreatif siswa kelas V pada mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam di SDN Ciater 01. Metode yang digunakan menggunakan metode kuantitatif quasi eksperimen. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SDN Ciater 01 pada siswa kelas V A sebagai kelas kontrol dan V B sebagai kelas eksperimen. Sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SDN Ciater 01 dengan jumlah populasi 64 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi dan menyebarkan pre test dan post test berupa soal uraian. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji paired sample T test. Dari hasil analisis data diketahui bahwa keterampilan berpikir kreatif pada siswa setelah diberikan perlakuan dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran discovery learning terdapat pengaruh dengan nilai signifikan 0.00 0.05 Pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Discovery Learning memberikan pengaruh sebesar 78% terhadap keterampilan berpikir kreatif siswa kelas V pada mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam.

Abstract

Turmeric (Curcuma longa) is one of the spices that have been used traditionally in medicine and beauty in various cultures for centuries. The utilization of turmeric rhizome as a cosmetic component lotion or cream is believed to be able to enhance the efficacy of these cosmetics. This study aimed to describe the potential of turmeric rhizome extract in cosmetic preparations and lotion. The literature search process was carried out on various databases (PubMed, Web of Sciences, EMBASE, Cochrane Libraries, and Google Scholar) regarding the potential of turmeric in cosmetics. The search was performed using the terms: (1) "turmeric" OR "turmeric" OR" Curcuma longa" OR "Curcuma domestica" OR" turmeric in cosmetic" AND (2) "Curcuma longa" OR "turmeric". A powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory, which can help fight signs of aging on the skin. The active compounds of curcumin in turmeric are anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, and powerful antioxidants. The combination of these properties makes it an attractive choice for use in cosmetics a cream specifically designed for wound healing on the skin. Studies have shown that curcumin in turmeric can reduce sebum production by the sebaceous glands, reducing the likelihood of acne formation. In conclusion, turmeric rhizome extract has the potential to antiaging, wound healing, and anti-acne in cosmetics in the form of cream or lotion.

Abstract

This study aims look at the human relationship to God. Humans must always worship, carry out God's commands and stay away from his prohibitions. However, Indonesia also has many different cultures to convey how someone fears God. On the opposite side of the island of the gods, they have different cultural traditions from other regional traditions, when a resident dies, the Bali Hindu community has a ritual, namely that funeral pyre is believed to be ritual to perfect the body. The previous religious theory of human life, Edward B Tylor, is considered the father of anthropology. He said the origin of religion is human awareness of the soul. Answer theory and formulation the problem, research uses descriptive qualitative research methods, will later use journal literature, articles and sources from social media, will be strengthened data validation techniques which will see the relationship between theory, observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the discussion conclude that the human relationship with God can also be influenced by the environment of tradition and culture, one example is the Ngaben tradition, which emotionally and spiritually strengthens the relationship between humans and God, as well as the practice of worship. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the development of local content in Ma'arif school, with the formulation of the problem of analyzing the development of local content in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Makrifatul Ilmi. The subject of the study was Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Makrifatul Ilmi Bengkulu Selatan, with the strengthening of local content of Muhadhoroh and Tahfizul Qur'an. Qualitative research methods by digging up information from curriculum representatives and teachers who are directly involved in Tahfizul Qur'an and Muhadhoroh activities. Furthermore, it was analyzed from interview and observation data in descriptive form. The results of the Tahfizul Qur'an Research with class provisions from Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Makrifatul Ilmi have a target to complete memorization, and are carried out routinely every Monday to Saturday. The method of developing local content is to straighten the intention, murotal every morning, get used to leading prayers, hifdzul jadid, takrir method, murojaah qorib method, muroja'ah ba'id method, Al-Qira'ah Al-Musta'mirah method, in the muhadoroh program which is held every Saturday at 09.00 am until finished. This Muhadroh event is carried out with various events presented by the students, starting from social drama that raises Islamic stories, poetry to pantun, regional dances, Islamic dances, sholawat or hadroh, tilawah, da'wah, music and singing, from the appearance of the students will be assessed directly by the ustadz and ustadzah as a form of evaluation and appreciation. This research provides insight into the development of local content at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Makrifatul Ilmi South Bengkulu, especially in the Tahfizul Qur'an and Muhadhoroh programmes. Results show that these programmes not only focus on memorisation, but also develop students' speaking skills, creativity and spirituality. Suggested follow-ups include increased cooperation between teachers for more effective implementation strategies, training to optimise teaching methods, and parental and community involvement to strengthen religious culture and local wisdom.

Abstract

This study aims to determine what is the tradition of the kayik nari beterang ceremony, the perspective of Islamic educational values ??and the concept of social status of girls. Using qualitative methodology with an ethnographic approach, this study in Air Kemang Village, South Bengkulu Regency, the research subjects used purposive sampling techniques, namely village heads, traditional leaders, community leaders, midwives, parents of bunting kecik who carry out the kayik nari beterang ceremony tradition and their bunting kecik. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation, and data validity testing using triangulation. Data analysis techniques using the Spradley model with taxonomic analysis and domain analysis, the results of the study showed the tradition of the kayik nari beterang ceremony, a circumcision ceremony for girls aged 6 to 11 years, the process and stages of the kayik nari beterang ceremony tradition consist of four stages, namely first, the event party visits the midwife to determine the day and date of the event and record what tools and materials will be needed, second bathing, third dressing up and the fourth dancing or beterang. Then in the meaning of tools and materials from the side of Islamic Education values, there are three, namely the value of faith, moral values ??and Sharia values, and the concept of social status in the kayik nari beterang ceremony tradition is an intermediary for girls to get the title bunting kecik which marks a new role in their life in society, and they have completed carrying out the customary pillars.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of self-efficacy, perceptions of teacher welfare, and Field Experience Program (PLP) participation on the interest in becoming a teacher among 2021 education students at Universitas Negeri Semarang. The background of this research is based on the low interest of students in pursuing a teaching career, despite the growing demand for teachers in Indonesia each year. This study employs a quantitative approach with a causal associative and explanatory research design. The population consists of education students from the 2021 cohort at UNNES who have completed the PLP, with a sample of 366 respondents selected using proportional random sampling. Data were collected through a closed-ended questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques included classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, and the coefficient of determination test using SPSS version 25. The findings of this study are expected to contribute to teacher education institutions (LPTK) in formulating strategies to enhance students' interest in becoming teachers by strengthening self-efficacy, perceptions of teacher welfare, and optimizing PLP experiences.

Abstract

Club mading is a reading medium as well as a medium for presenting students' works. Club Mading is used as a forum for channeling and developing literacy skills in reading and writing. Through wall coverings, students can grow their enthusiasm because they can imagine and be creative according to their wishes and then display them on the wall boards. This research aims to create a social media club at SD Negeri 13 Kelapa Kampit. So that students can develop students' reading literacy skills. This research uses qualitative methods by understanding and observing surrounding phenomena written down in words. As well as using observation techniques by making direct observations at the location of the research object. Stages of creating a wall magazine as an effort to increase the literacy and creativity of students at SD Negeri 13 Kelapa Kampit.
