Abstract

An induction motor, which is particularly useful in the aviation sector, is a motor that runs on alternating current, or AC energy. Because they are highly effective and reasonably priced for the industrial sector, three phase induction motors are commonly employed in this industry. A 3-phase induction motor's inability to maintain a consistent speed in the event of a fast load shift is one of its limitations. Its multiple non-linear characteristic characteristics are another. Therefore, a controller is required to provide a steady speed and improved system performance against variations in load. Three-phase induction motor speed control may be achieved in a number of ways, one of which is through the advancements in control systems brought about by the growing usage of the internet. The Internet of Things, or IoT, is an improvement in technology that allows several electrical items to be remotely managed via the internet, providing a faster and more effective control mechanism

Abstract

Konvergensi digital telah membawa perubahan mendasar dalam industri keuangan, termasuk sektor keuangan Islam. Transformasi ini memungkinkan peningkatan efisiensi, transparansi, dan aksesibilitas layanan keuangan syariah melalui adopsi teknologi seperti blockchain, fintech syariah, dan smart contracts. Namun, integrasi digital dengan prinsip fikih muamalah menghadapi tantangan dalam aspek kepatuhan syariah, keamanan data, serta perlindungan konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keterkaitan antara konvergensi digital dan fikih muamalah dalam membangun ekosistem keuangan syariah yang berkelanjutan. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif berbasis studi kepustakaan, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana prinsip maqashid syariah, khususnya hifdz al-mal (perlindungan harta) dan hifdz al-bi’ah (perlindungan lingkungan), dapat diterapkan dalam digitalisasi keuangan Islam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan teknologi digital dalam keuangan syariah harus tetap mempertimbangkan nilai-nilai etika Islam, kepatuhan terhadap regulasi, serta upaya peningkatan literasi keuangan digital berbasis syariah. Sebagai strategi, penguatan regulasi, pemanfaatan fintech syariah, serta pengembangan green sukuk dan wakaf produktif menjadi langkah kunci dalam menciptakan sistem keuangan Islam yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan. Hasil penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam memberikan panduan bagi pemangku kepentingan dalam mengembangkan inovasi keuangan Islam yang sesuai dengan prinsip syariah di era digital.

Abstract

Instilling religious values ??is a fundamental aspect of character education in elementary schools. This article discusses the implementation of the habit of reading Sholawat Busyro which is carried out after the morning assembly as an effort to foster the religious character of students at MII Banyurip Ageng 02 Pekalongan City. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the habit of reading Sholawat Busyro is carried out routinely, spontaneously, and through exemplary behavior, and is followed by all students and teachers every morning. The implementation of this activity follows the steps: student training and mentoring, giving appreciation, strengthening morals through the knowing-feeling-doing approach, and avoiding criticism. This activity forms students' religious character such as humility, politeness, discipline in worship, and love for the Prophet. Supporting factors for this habit include teacher assertiveness, involvement of all students, a safe environment, and implementation of the habit as a mandatory madrasah activity. The inhibiting factors include students' inability to memorize, laziness in reciting Sholawat Busyro, limited time, and incorrect pronunciation. The results of this study recommend the habituation of sholawat as an effective strategy to form students' religious character comprehensively and applicatively in elementary education environments.

Abstract

Moral learning is a fundamental aspect in Islamic education, especially in Islamic boarding schools. This study aims to examine the implementation of learning the book Syi'ir Ngudi Susilo in shaping the morals of female students towards teachers at the Al Qutub Wonopringgo Pekalongan Islamic Boarding School. This book was chosen because of its relevant content in instilling the values ​​of akhlakul karimah and strengthening the manners of students towards teachers. The research method used was qualitative with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using data reduction, presentation, and verification techniques based on the Miles and Huberman interactive model. The results of the study showed that the dominant learning methods used were bandongan and memorization. The bandongan method allows female students to understand the contents of the book directly through the teacher's explanation, while the memorization method helps them internalize the teachings of the book. Although most female students showed an increase in morals towards teachers, there were still obstacles such as being unaccustomed to applying the values ​​taught, academic pressure from schools and boarding schools, and limited communication with teachers. This study confirms that moral education in Islamic boarding schools requires supporting strategies such as more adaptive learning methods, academic and moral balance, and a conducive learning environment. Further research is expected to explore the effectiveness of other methods in increasing the internalization of moral values ​​in the lives of female students.

Abstract

Peningkatan literasi keuangan generasi muda merupakan salah satu prioritas penting dalam menghadapi tantangan ekonomi di masa mendatang. Program "Literasi dan Edukasi Generasi Muda Melek Investasi melalui Program Sekolah Pasar Modal di SMA di eks Karesidenan Pekalongan" bertujuan untuk membangun pemahaman siswa SMA tentang konsep pasar modal, pentingnya investasi, dan pengelolaan keuangan yang bijak. Kegiatan ini melibatkan pendekatan edukasi interaktif, seperti pelatihan, simulasi investasi, diskusi dengan praktisi pasar modal, dan penyediaan materi pembelajaran berbasis digital. Hasil program menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman siswa yang signifikan tentang investasi, mulai dari pengenalan instrumen pasar modal hingga manajemen risiko. Selain itu, siswa juga lebih termotivasi untuk membangun kebiasaan keuangan yang sehat, seperti menabung dan merencanakan investasi jangka panjang. Namun, tantangan dalam pelaksanaan program, seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur di beberapa sekolah dan variasi tingkat pemahaman siswa, menjadi perhatian yang perlu diatasi dalam pengembangan program ke depan. Dengan dukungan dari berbagai pihak, seperti sekolah, pemerintah daerah, dan Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), program ini memiliki potensi besar untuk direplikasi di daerah lain. Program ini tidak hanya berkontribusi pada peningkatan literasi keuangan mahasiswa, tetapi juga mendukung visi nasional untuk menciptakan masyarakat yang lebih inklusif dan sadar investasi. Oleh karena itu, program ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model pendidikan literasi keuangan berkelanjutan bagi generasi muda di Indonesia.
