Abstract

Pregnant women class is a study group for pregnant women through education or health education with a gestational age of 4 weeks to 36 weeks. The purpose of the class for pregnant women is to increase knowledge, change attitudes and behavior of mothers to understand pregnancy, body changes and complaints during pregnancy, pregnancy care, childbirth, postpartum care, postpartum family planning and newborn care. The class for pregnant women is given at least 3 times during pregnancy, a maximum of 10 people per class, husband or family participates at least 1 meeting. The method used is one day one service, namely with one meeting for class services for pregnant women with a total of 3 meetings during pregnancy. The steps taken include screening pregnant women first. The next stage is the implementation of the first meeting the facilitator delivers material about discomfort and changes that occur in pregnant women, healthy lifestyles and balanced nutrition and danger signs. The second meeting was about the danger signs of childbirth, preparation for delivery and signs of delivery, while the third meeting was about caring for newborns, postpartum mother care and post-partum family planning and ended with role play exercises for pregnancy. The results of the class activity for pregnant women, 90% of pregnant women are willing to take part in the activity and understand the materials that have been delivered by the facilitator, it is only recommended to participate in the husband or family so that they are more prepared to participate in maintaining health together.

Abstract

Birth Planning and Complications Preventions Program (P4K) was government effort to reduce maternal and new born mortality rate ( AKI ) in Indonesia, but until now Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) announced globally about 830 woman died every day because complication during pregnancy and childbirth. This research is qualitative study with an early informant determined by purposive sampling. Data collection method through in-depth interviews, observation and documentation 4 early informant consisting of midwives coordinator, village midwives, health cadres and pregnant mothers. One of the triangulation informant is the head of the Family Health Department of Brebes District Health. The results showed on the input element of quality and quantity midwives and cadres as executor is sufficient enough, special funds for P4K program does not exist but the facility of KIA and P4K stickers has met. Process elements showed some part of the program was carried out well with 100% coverage of pregnant women's data and all childbirth was helped by Health care personnel. The village ambulance as a means of transportation was deemed sufficient. However, there was a lack of direct involvement village midwives in filling the sticker column P4K, lack of home visits pregnant women to latching P4K stickers, and Blood donation program for pregnant women has not been carried out. The output element was Primary health care centre of Paguyangan only contributed one case the death of mother in the year 2018.

Abstract

Background: Syphilis or king lion disease is a sexually transmitted infection (STI) caused by the Treponema Pallidium bacteria. This disease begins with a painless sore, usually found on the genitals, rectum or mouth. Based on data from the Central Java Department, there were 368 cases of syphilis throughout 2024, Tegal Regency, which is a city in Central Java, contributed 4 cases of syphilis, 2 of which were in pregnant women who underwent examination at Kardinah Regional Hospital. Objective: The purpose of this study was to provide care and management of childbirth cases with reactive syphilis at Kardinah Regional Hospital according to standards. Research Method: The method in this study used a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach through subjective, objective, assessment and planning elements. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, physical and supporting examinations, KIA books, and medical records. The main informants were determined by purposive sampling technique, namely mothers giving birth with reactive syphilis who were giving birth at Kardinah Regional Hospital, while additional informants were husbands, families, midwives in the VK room and obstetricians. Results: Based on the care and management of childbirth with reactive syphilis cases, there was no significant difference in the assistance of normal vaginal delivery provided there were no vaginal lesions and scabs on the body or canker sores in the mouth or lips.

Abstract

AKI (WHO) tahun 2024 mencapai 183/100.000 KH. AKI di Indonesia Tahun (2024) 183/100.000 KH. AKI di Jawa Tengah tahun (2024) 320/100.000 KH. AKI Brebes tahun (2024) 54 kasus dan AKB 107 kasus. Data dari Puskesmas Paguyangan Terdapat 1 kasus AKI dan AKB 0 kasus serta 60 kasus ibu hamil dengan kekurangan Energi kronis (KEK) (Profil Kesehatan Puskesmas Paguyangan Tahun 2024). Memberikan asuhan pada ibu hamil, bersalin, bayi baru lahir, nifas dan keluarga Berencana (KB) secara komprehensif. metode penelitian deskriptif Kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Asuhan kebidanan pada kehamilan Ny. Y dari hasil pemeriksaan kunjungan pertama dan kedua Ny. Y mengalami Kekurangan Energi Kronis (KEK) sudah diberikan penatalaksanaan dan asuhan yang sesuai Kebutuhan. Selanjutnya di kunjungan ketiga hasil pemeriksaan kehamilan Ny. Y sudah tidak mengalami kekurangan energi kronis. Persalinan Ny. Y ditolong sesuai dengan standar pelayanan kebidanan persalinan (APN), Kunjungan neonatus dan kunjungan Bayi Baru Lahir I sampai III bayi Ny. Y tidak mengalami komplikasi begitu juga dengan Kunjungan Nifas I sampai IV. Asuhan kebidanan Keluarga Berencana Ny. Y yaitu KB Suntik 3 bulan. Tidak terjadi komplikasi serta tidak ditemukan kesenjangan antara teori dan praktik. Asuhan kebidanan komprehensif yang telah di lakukan pada Ny. Y dengan KEK sudah sesuai dengan pelayanan kebidanan dan tidak terjadi Komplikasi.
