Abstract

This study explores the potential of 2D animation-based educational videos with motion graphic techniques as a tool to increase public understanding and awareness of the dangers of pirated software. With the increasing prevalence of pirated software that can be easily accessed from various websites, there needs to be an innovative approach to increasing public understanding and awareness of its negative impacts. This study uses pre-production, production, and post-production methods to produce animated videos. The focus of the study is on the use of 2D animation and motion graphics to communicate messages about the risks of pirated software effectively. By utilizing the advantages of 2D animation in efficiency, simplicity, and cost-effectiveness, as well as the ability of motion graphics to combine text and moving images, this study aims to increase public understanding, especially young people, students, and computer users, about the illegal consequences and negative impacts of using pirated software. The results of the study indicate that 2D animation videos with motion graphics can convey complex messages about the dangers of pirated software effectively and attractively.

Abstract

Website UNPERBA (Universitas Perwira Purbalingga) menjadi salah satu sarana utama untuk komunikasi dalam upaya untuk memastikan performa website optimal. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur load time, page size, dan request dari berbagai lokasi geografis serta menentukan pengaruh browser terhadap performa website. Pengujian dilakukan dari server di Jepang, Australia, San Francisco, Washington D.C, Jerman, London, dan Brazil, menggunakan tiga browser yaitu, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, dan Microsoft Edge. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lokasi geografis memiliki pengaruh signifikan hingga 64% terhadap performa website, sementara jenis browser berpengaruh sebesar 36%. Faktor kecepatan internet dan cara browser merender halaman website mempengaruhi hasil pengujian. Berdasarkan temuan ini, direkomendasikan optimasi lebih lanjut untuk meningkatkan kinerja website UNPERBA dan kualitas layanan bagi pengguna.

Abstract

Sistem presensi manual di lingkungan akademik menghadapi tantangan inefisiensi waktu, kerentanan kecurangan, dan ketidak akuratan data. Penelitian ini mengembangkan aplikasi Android berbasis hybrid verification (kombinasi GPS geofencing adaptif dan validasi metadata foto) untuk memantau kehadiran mahasiswa secara real-time. Metode pengembangan menggunakan SDLC model agile dengan arsitektur client-server (Kotlin untuk Android, Node.js untuk backend, dan Firebase sebagai database cloud). Hasil uji coba di Program Studi Teknik Informatika menunjukkan: Peningkatan efisiensi waktu 86.4% (presensi/mahasiswa: 28.5 detik vs manual 210 detik), Akurasi anti-kecurangan 100% pada uji titip presensi, GPS spoofing, dan penggunaan foto galeri, Skor usability (SUS) 89.6 dengan konsumsi sumber daya minimal (RAM: 110MB, baterai: 0.82%/jam). Aplikasi ini terintegrasi langsung dengan sistem akademik kampus dan siap diadopsi sebagai solusi presensi digital berbiaya rendah

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi masalah-masalah terkait manajemen Kartu Tanda Mahasiswa (KTM) fisik di Universitas Perwira Purbalingga (UNPERBA) dan merancang sebuah solusi berbasis teknologi informasi yang dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan kenyamanan dalam administrasi pendidikan tinggi. Masalah yang diidentifikasi meliputi risiko kerusakan dan kehilangan KTM fisik serta keterlambatan dalam proses perubahan data pada KTM. Dengan menggunakan metode observasi dan analisis data sekunder, penelitian ini menyoroti perlunya adopsi solusi KTM digital berbasis Mobile Website. Perancangan sistem ini diharapkan dapat memfasilitasi akses mahasiswa terhadap KTM, menghindari risiko kerusakan dan kehilangan, serta mempercepat proses validasi dan perubahan data. Melalui penerapan solusi ini, diharapkan UNPERBA dapat meningkatkan efisiensi administratif, memberikan layanan yang lebih baik kepada mahasiswa, dan berkontribusi pada transformasi digital di bidang pendidikan. Hasil penelitian disajikan dalam sistem KTM digital berbasis mobile web.

Abstract

The Industrial Revolution 4.0 is estimated to eliminate 23 million jobs but create 46 million new types of jobs based on technology such as IoT, AI, and Big Data. This change demands the readiness of human resources, including in the MSME sector, as well as increased digital competency. Many companies now require skills certification in addition to formal diplomas. LMS (Learning Management Systems) are present as digital learning solutions that manage materials, assignments, and online learning interactions. However, most LMSs still focus on formal education, not on developing skills for high school/vocational school or university graduates. The aim of this research is to combine elements of LMS and job seekers in an effort to strengthen the advantages of future generations through competitive qualifications, skills, and technology in the industry. This platform allows collaboration with educational institutions, industry, and MSMEs to build a strong cooperative ecosystem in the socio-environmental field. Using the Prototype method as a software development method to support the success of the research. The LMS "Seeker" is present as a platform for providing competent workers through certified skills classes at affordable prices. Its advantages are a curriculum relevant to industry needs, increased workforce competitiveness, and access to broad job opportunities
