ABSTRAK Pengangguran dan tenaga kerja ialah suatu permasalahan yang dihadapi berbagai negara, terutama negara yang perkembangannya lambat. Pengurangan jumlah pengangguran dapat dikurangi dengan menggunakan metode alternatif seperti minat berkewirausahaan. Kewirausahaan merupakan suatu proses yang sangat inovatif dan kreatif dengan risiko tinggi dalam menciptakan nilai tambah produk maupun jasa terhadap pelanggan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kreatif, jiwa kewirausahaan, dan rasa percaya diri terhadap peserta didik PKBM Alam Medan Sejahtera. PKBM Alam Medan Sejahtera adalah salah satu yayasan swasta yang berdiri pada tahun 2019 dan beroperasi pada tahun 2020. PKBM Alam Medan Sejahtera menyediakan pembelajaran berbasis life skill serta kejar paket A, B, dan C. Diharapkan dengan melakukan bimbingan belajar tatap muka bersama siswa didik, kreativitasnya dalam berwirausaha akan meningkat. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berupa observasi dan survey. Instrumen analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah kualititatif deskriptif, dengan demonstrasi pembuatan manik - manik tangan secara perlahan dan metodis. Subyek penelitiannya adalah siswa PKBM Alam Medan Sejahtera. Berdasarkan hasil observasi, masih sedikit anak-anak PKBM Alam Medan Sejahtera yang mengetahui cara membuat gelang dari manik - manik. Melalui latihan ini siswa dapat mempelajari dan berlatih membuat gelanng manik-manik. Agar anak - anak mampu membuat manik - manik khususnya gelang. Hasil dari pelatihan ini adalah peserta pelatihan dapat berwirausaha dengan menciptakan kerajinan tangan. Selain itu juga dapat diperoleh hasil dari proses pembuatan gelang yang dilakukan oleh peserta didik tanpa penundaan. It is hoped that by conducting face-to-face tutoring with students, their creativity in entrepreneurship will increase. The method used is a slow and methodical demonstration of making hand beads. The research subjects were PKBM Alam Medan Sejahtera students. Based on observations, there are still very few PKBM Alam Medan Sejahtera children who know how to make bracelets from beads. Through this exercise students can learn and practice making beaded bracelets. So that children can make beads, especially bracelets. The output of this training is that training participants can create handicrafts according to their goals. This research aims to increase environmental awareness for PAUD Karya Bakti Medan children through counseling on organic and inorganic waste sorting. This study uses a qualitative approach. This research was carried out at Paud Karya Bakti which is located on Jalan karya Bakti no 124, Indra Kasih Medan Tembung District, Deli Serdang Regency. Data collection techniques were collected using interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis process is carried out through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the analysis show that counseling on organic and inorganic waste sorting can increase environmental awareness for PAUD Karya Bakti Medan children. PAUD Karya Bakti Medan children who participated in counseling for organic and inorganic waste sorting had better knowledge and environmental awareness compared to children who did not participate in counseling. Counseling on organic and inorganic waste sorting can help PAUD Karya Bakti Medan children understand the importance of maintaining environmental cleanliness and reducing negative impacts on the environment.

This study aims to explore the practice of the merisik tradition within the Malay community of Bandar Sono Village, Batu Bara Regency, and how this tradition plays a role in shaping social boundaries for young people. The method used is a qualitative approach with data collected through in-depth interviews with traditional leaders, religious figures, the village head, couples who have experienced the merisik tradition, parents from both families, and members of the local community. The findings indicate that the merisik tradition is still actively practiced and not only serves as an initial stage before engagement, but also represents a form of respect toward the woman's family and an effort to preserve the honor of both parties. This tradition plays an important role in maintaining social order, particularly in regulating interactions between young men and women to align with cultural norms and Islamic teachings. It carries educational values such as responsibility, respect for parents, modesty, religious values, appreciation for tradition, and the regulation of interactions between males and females. Therefore, the merisik tradition remains relevant today as a form of character education rooted in local cultural values.

This study aims to create a student worksheet based on the Problem-based Learning (PBL) model in science learning, test its feasibility, and identify student and teacher responses to the implementation of the student worksheet. The instruments were validation sheets and student and teacher response questionnaires. The research data were descriptively and qualitatively analyzed based on the criteria score. Material expert validation obtained an average of 0.8409 with "high" criteria. An average of 0.8036 with "high" criteria was obtained for language expert validation. Media expert validation obtained an average of 0.7522 with "moderately high" criteria. According to the findings of the field trial, the average response of teachers was 86% with the criteria "excellent," and the average response of students was 85% with the criteria "excellent and highly suitable." Furthermore, the n-gain value obtained was 0.7 in the "moderate" category. As a result, the developed student worksheet can be used to improve students' critical thinking skills. Thus, teachers are advised to create student worksheets based on other materials.

This research attempts to ascertain how business actors' attitudes and comprehension impact the quality of financial reports in Kecamatan Johan Pahlawan, West Aceh Regency. While presenting comprehensive financial reports is challenging for them because not all business owners have studied accounting in-depth, some MSME actors in Johan Pahlawan District believe that accounting is not that important. All they know is that it records incoming and outgoing cash flows. tief. The general public has very little knowledge of accounting, but businesses of a reasonably big size may afford to hire an accountant or purchase software to make it easier to prepare financial reports that comply with current laws. A quantitative technique was used in this investigation. Primary data from a research sample of ninety-three MSME actors in Kecamatan Johan Pahlawan, West Aceh Regency, was directly gathered via the use of questionnaires by the researchers for the objectives of this study. Multiple linear regression data analysis is the technique employed. Based on the study's findings, Kecamatan Johan Pahlawan, West Aceh Regency's MSME financial reports' quality is significantly influenced by business actors' attitudes and knowledge, with a significant value of 0.000. The quality of MSME financial reports in Johan Pahlawan District, West Aceh Regency, is thus determined by the perception and comprehension of business players, leading to the conclusion that the alternative hypothesis statement (Ha3) is accepted.

The quality of the young generation is a reflection for the future of the nation. Character education, academic education, creativity education, and communication education must be implemented properly. Ethics is a very important education because it concerns a person's morality in behaving and communicating. The purpose of this research is to foster good morals and ethics and must be trained and taught to every individual from a young age. Communication ethics are also influenced by moral principles in accordance with the social environment. Communication is not just about talking, conveying messages, receiving messages, and processing them. If children are unable to communicate, then children can have difficulty learning, socializing, and even achieving their goals. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The method used was observation related to the venue and discussion interviews with the management of the Deli River Studio. The implementation of the activity was carried out by providing material and playing together This research activity yielded results in the form of material regarding communication ethics education that was well received by the children of the Deli River Studio. Therefore, the hope in the future is that the children of Sanggar Sungai Deli will get a proper education, especially character education, especially in communication.
