Abstract

Development planning in the city of Banda Aceh is still experiencing various problems and shortcomings both in terms of the substantial process of implementation and supervision. This is because there is still a lack of regional planning apparatus both in terms of quantity and quality and not yet optimal public consultation in taking government policy in development that directly impacts the community, then development plan deliberations and official head work unit forums as a mechanism for community involvement in planning development is not yet up to and maximal. Commitment to the political communication of the mayor of Banda Aceh wants to build the community of the city of Banda Aceh as a model of the civil city. This political commitment arose from the results of the geopolitical analysis, the natural conditions of the region, the Aceh provincial regional development policy and the national development vision, and the strong desire of the mayor himself. The Mayor of Paradigama in building the city of Banda Aceh referred to the concept of building the Prophet in Medina.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the model of communication policy on the development of the city without slum (Kotaku). The method which is used in this study was descriptive qualitative approach. This study is located in Medan Area sub district and Medan Helvetia sub district, Medan city. The informants were six people, consisting of three Kotaku facilitators, two leader of the Community Self-Help Agency (BKM) and one person from the Government (Dinas PUPR). Techniques of collecting data through the interview process using (semi-structured) interview guides, observation and document tracking. Techniques of analyzing data is used by Miles & Huberman model, starting with data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing/ verification. Check the validity of the data by using triangulation. The results shows that the model of communication policy on the development of the city without slum (Kotaku) Medan City uses a linear communication model where all policies related to planning the communication policy on the development of the city without slum (Kotaku) Medan city are carried out by the Government based on three things: the 1945 Constitution, Presidential Decree and Mayor's Decree.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di kelas II SD Negeri 3 Binangun, pada Tema 4 Hidup Bersih dan Sehat, Subtema 1 Hidup Bersih dan Sehat di Rumah, Pembelajaran 1. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar siswa kelas II sekolah dasar yang dibelajarkan dengan model problem based learning. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode sintesis kuantitatif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan model problem based learning pada mata pelajaran Tematik Siswa Kelas II SD. Terdapat beberapa siswa yang mendapat nilai dibawah KKM yaitu 65. Dari model problem based learning diharapkan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas II pada SD Negeri 3 Binangun.

Abstract

Penggunaan teknologi pendidikan di kelas dimaksudkan untuk membuat pembelajaran lebih efektif, efisien, dan bermakna dalam kehidupan siswa. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana mengimplementasikan pembelajaran blanded learning di SD Negeri Kemeuneng Hulu. Penelitian ini merupakan study lapangan dengan menggunakan metodologi kualitatif.deskriptif yang berjenis study kasus.  Apa yang dilakukan oleh guru-guru di SD Negeri Kemeuneng Hulu dalam menerapkan pembelajaran blanded learning  sudah  sesuai dengan konsep blanded learning itu sendiri dimana  siswa harus mampu belajar secara mandiri. Berdasarkan komponen yang ada dalam Blended Blended e-learning maka teori belajar yang mendasari model pembelajaran tersebut adalah teori belajar Konstuktivisme (individual learning). Implementasi dalam pembelajaran Blended Learning dalam pembelajaran jarak jauh SD N Keumuneng Hulu meliputi ; Perencanaan, Pelaksanaan dan Evaluasi.

Abstract

Gampong Mee Panyang Busu is one of the gampongs in the Mutiara sub-district, Kab. Pidie. So in this study, the author will explore the mechanism of the Keusyik (Village Head) of Gampong Mee Panyang Busu in building strength and empowering Gampong organizations, thus improving the welfare of the community. The focus of the case study is in Gampong Mee Panyang Busu, Mutiara District, Pidie Regency, Aceh Province. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative research method. In which the author attempts to describe the strength and empowerment of Gampong organizations in advancing the nation and improving the welfare of the people of Gampong Mee Panyang Busu, Mutiara District, Pidie Regency, Aceh Province. The results found the following points: namely by maximizing the duties and functions of Gampong apparatus/equipment by delegating tasks to each position, preparing superior Gampong empowerment programs, and realizing each activity program that has been mutually agreed upon.

Abstract

This research is aimed at describing how the understanding and application of internal and external media organizational communication ethics of Acehnese local political parties ahead of the 2024 general election. The character, style and pattern of communication within political party organizations have undergone significant changes. This is due to globalization, the information technology revolution has provided hardware or media hardware and software which can be in the form of values, methods, culture adapted by organizational communication actors. So that the members of the organization become more free, democratic and egalitarian. Currently there are almost no political, business and other organizations that can exist without the use of digital media. It is even predicted that in the future it will become more massive and integrative on high-tech or high-tech devices. However, organizational communication through media without being based on ethics can damage all communication arrangements, both internal and external. The method used in this research is a literature study. The results of the study show that the understanding and application of organizational communication ethics through Aceh's local political parties both internally and externally is still weak. So that literacy is needed regarding ethics, organizational communication ethics including media literacy which is one of the supporting tools to help educate the management and members of organizations including the public in political life.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kolerasional yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidak adanya hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara efikasi diri (self efficacy) dengan motivasi belajar siswa kelas V UPT SPF SD Negeri Gunung Sari 1 Kota Makassar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V sebanyak 51 siswa UPT SPF SD Negeri Gunung Sari 1 dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu sampel jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial. Berdasarkan hasil statistik deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri memperoleh rata-rata sebesar 63,10 dan presentase sebesar 83,48% dengan kategori sangat baik dan motivasi belajar siswa memperoleh rata-rata sebesar 63,33 dan presentase sebesar 80,79% dengan kategori sangat baik. Berdasarkan hasil statistik inferensial menunjukkan rhitung > rtabel ( 0,582 > 0,276 ) pada taraf signifikasi 5% Dengan demikian H1 diterima dan H0 ditolak. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara efikasi diri dengan motivasi belajar siswa kelas V UPT SPF SD Negeri Gunung Sari 1 Kota Makassar yang tergolong sedang pada kategori 0,40-0,599.

Abstract

This study explores the practice of interfaith figure communication in efforts to build religious harmony among the community in North Labuhanbatu Regency. This research is a field study with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were collected through direct observation, interviews, group discussions, and documentation. The subjects include religious figures, community leaders, and government officials in North Labuhanbatu Regency. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman model, with stages of data reduction, display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results show that interfaith communication among religious figures in Labuhanbatu Utara is based on Islamic principles that respect human values and build harmony. This communication is crucial for strengthening social interactions and achieving common goals in creating sustainable harmony. Religious figures in the FKUB (Forum Komunikasi Umat Beragama) of Labuhanbatu Utara play a role in preventing religious conflicts through dialogue and coordination with local government. Barriers to building harmony among religious communities in Labuhanbatu Utara include distorted information and fake news on social media. The role of the internet and social media has changed how people obtain religious information, making religious figures more involved in politics and facing various challenges.

Abstract

Pendidikan agama di sekolah mempunyai peranan penting dalam membentuk moral dan karakter siswa. Beberapa tahun terakhir, terlihat adanya penurunan kualitas pendidikan agama yang tercermin dari minimnya pemahaman siswa terhadap pendidikan agama dan rendahnya penerapan prinsip-prinsip moral dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Kondisi ini menunjukkan perlunya upaya intervensi yang lebih holistik dan efektif untuk meningkatkan taraf pendidikan agama di lingkungan sekolah. Salah satu strategi yang dilakukan adalah pembinaan Baca Tulis Al-Qur'an (BTQ). Pembinaan BTQ tidak hanya bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap Al-Qur'an dan teks keagamaan lainnya, tetapi juga bertujuan untuk menghadirkan Al-Qur'an sebagai contoh hidup yang membentuk karakter Islami.
