Abstract

Dengan teknologi keuangan sebagai variabel mediasi, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan bagaimana literasi keuangan memengaruhi inkkusi keuangan. Populasi dari masyarakat Kabupaten Bangli dikumpulkan melalui metode purposive random sampling dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan SEM-PLS untuk menganalisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Literasi keuangan dan teknologi keuangan memiliki efek positif dan signifikan terhadap inklusi keuangan masyarakat di Kabupaten Bangli; 2) Literasi keuangan memiliki efek positif dan signifikan terhadap teknologi keuangan pada masyarakat di Kabupaten Bangli; dan 3) Teknologi keuangan mampu mengimbangi efek literasi keuangan terhadap inklusi keuangan masyarakat di Kabupaten Bangli.

Abstract

Student investment decisions are financial behavior and a form of awareness to achieve financial freedom and well-being at a young age. This study aims to examine the mediating role of student risk tolerance in making investment decisions based on financial literacy, overconfidence bias, and representative bias. The population included students from higher education in Denpasar City who invested in stocks, with non-probability sampling methods and purposive sampling techniques set the number of sample of as many as 105 respondents. Testing of research data using SEM PLS technique. The result proved that financial literacy has a negative and significant effect on investment decisions; overconfidence bias and risk tolerance have a positive and significant effect on investment decisions; while representative bias does not have a significant effect on investment decisions.  Overconfidence bias has a positive and significant effect on risk tolerance but financial literacy and representative bias do not have a significant effect on risk tolerance.  This study was able to prove that overconfidence bias has a positive and significant effect on investment decisions with risk tolerance as mediation, while risk tolerance is unable to mediate the influence of financial literacy and representative bias on investment decisions.

Abstract

Entrepreneurial interest is one of the important elements that determine in running a business. In creating entrepreneurial interest, severaldetermining variables are entrepreneurial experience and entrepreneurial motivation. The existence of concerns and problems encountered related toentrepreneurial experience and entrepreneurial motivation in an effort to increase entrepreneurial interest, it is appropriate in this study to investigate further on entrepreneurship experience and entrepreneurial motivation on entrepreneurial interest of youths at STT. Wisma Bahari Desa Adat Semana. The purpose of the study was to determine the simultaneous or partial effect of entrepreneurial experience and entrepreneurial motivation onthe entrepreneurial interest of youths at STT. Wisma Bahari Desa Adat Semana. The number of samples was determined by purposive sampling method, amounted of 94 members of STT. Wisma Bahari Desa Adat Semana. Data were analyzed using classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation analysis, determination analysis, simultaneous significance test (F-test) and partial significance test (t-test). The findingshows that there is a simultaneous positive and significant effect of entrepreneurial experience and entrepreneurial motivation on the entrepreneurialinterest of youths at STT. Abstract

Era global merubah segalanya menjadi cepat, hal ini menuntut perusahaan untuk membuka diri terhadap tuntutan perubahan, dan berupaya untuk menyusun strategi serta berbagai kebijakan yang sesuai dengan lingkungan baru. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT Astra Internasional Tbk Gianyar. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh ekuitas merek terhadap keputusan pembelian. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penlitian ini yaitu penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen yang membeli mobil Daihatsu ayla dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 68 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode uji instrument, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier sederhana, koefisien determinasi, dan uji t. pengujian ini menggunakan bantuan IBM Spss Statistic 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai thitung variabel ekuitas merek sebesar 3,132 > ttabel sebesar 1,661 dengan sig. sebesar 0,000 yang artinya variabel ekuitas merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Kinerja seorang karyawan bersifat individual, karena setiap karyawan mempunyai tingkat kemampuan yang berbeda-beda dalam mengerjakan tugasnya. Kinerja karyawan dapat dipengaruhi oleh tingkat kesejahteraan, lingkungan kerja fisik, dan tingkat kedisiplinan karyawan dalam perusahaan. Kesejahteraan adalah balas jasa secara material maupun non material untuk memperbaiki kondisi fisik dan mental karyawan. Lingkungan kerja fisik adalah semua keadaan berbentuk fisik yang terdapat di tempat kerja. Kedisiplinan seseorang dalam bekerja dapat dilihat dari kesadaran dan kesediaan seseorang mentaati SOP perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial maupun simultan antara tingkat kesejahteraan, lingkungan kerja fisik, dan disiplinakerja secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Kampung Ubud Hotel. Jumlah sampel yang ditentukan dengan metode sampel jenuh adalah 35 responden. Instrumen penelitian diuji menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Data dianalisis uji asumsi klasik untuk model regresi dan uji regresi linear berganda sebagai pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial tingkat kesejahteraan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, namun lingkungan kerja fisik dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan pada kinerja karyawan. Secara simultan tingkat kesejahteraan, lingkungan kerja fisik, dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Kampung Ubud Hotel.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to investigate the interplay between customer value and customer satisfaction, customer value and customer loyalty, and customer loyalty. The research methodology employed in this study is causal quantitative in nature. All participants in this study are patrons of Kedai Kopi Banyuatis. The focal points of this study revolve around the following variables: customer value, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty. One hundred illustrations were utilized in this study. Data is compiled through the use of a questionnaire and subsequently subjected to route analysis for analysis. The findings of this study demonstrate the following: (1) customer value and customer satisfaction have a significant and positive effect on customer loyalty; (2) customer value and customer satisfaction have a significant and positive effect on customer loyalty simultaneously; and (3) customer value and customer satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction simultaneously.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of job insecurity and job stress on the intensity of leaving work. The population in this study included all Melasti Bali Beach Resort employees, totaling 79 people, and the sample in this study consisted of 65 respondents. The sampling method in this study used a census technique. Data were collected through observation, interviews, distribution of questionnaires and documentation where a five-point Likert scale was used to measure 24 questions. The analysis technique used is classic hypothesis testing, multiple calculations, determination calculations, simultaneous tests (F test) and individual tests (t test). Based on the test, the results of the analysis show that there is a direct and real relationship simultaneously and separately between job insecurity and work stress on turnover intention at Melasti Bali Beach Resort. It is recommended to reduce turnover intentions, companies are advised to reduce the level of job insecurity and work stress on employees.

Abstract

The study's objectives were to ascertain if brand image, online customer reviews, and online customer ratings had a concurrent, partial, and substantial impact on consumer trust in Shopee in Tegal Tugu Village, Gianyar District. By establishing criteria, such as customers who reside in the Tegal Tugu Village area of Gianyar District, have the Shopee application, have transacted using Shopee more than once, and are above the age of 17, the purposive sampling approach was used to calculate the number of samples from 97 consumers. The traditional assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, determination analysis, F-test analysis, and t-test analysis were all used to examine the data. The findings demonstrated that there was either a simultaneous or partial positive and substantial impact.

Abstract

This study has several objectives. First, to determine the influence of leadership and organizational culture partially on organizational citizenship behavior at Ubud Wana Resort. Second, to find out the influence of leadership and organizational culture partially on job satisfaction at Ubud Wana Resort. Third, to determine the effect of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior at Ubud Wana Resort, and Fourth, to determine the influence of leadership and organizational culture partially on organizational citizenship behavior with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at Ubud Wana Resort. This research is included in causal associative research using a quantitative approach. Quantitative approaches are used because the data used to analyze relationships between variables is expressed by numbers. This study connects the influence of Leadership, Organizational Culture and Job Satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The result of this study are Leadership has a positive and significant effect partially on organizational citizenship behavior, Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect partially on organizational citizenship, Leadership has a positive and significant partial effect on job satisfaction, Organizational culture has a partial and positive influence on job satisfaction, Job satisfaction has a significant influence on organizational citizenship behavior, Leadership influences OCB through Job Satisfaction" is not proven, and Organizational Culture influences OCB through Job Satisfaction" is not proven
