Abstract

This study aims to determine the presence of positive and partial positive effects between the work environment, financial compensation and work morale on job satisfaction at PT. Denpasar Independent Building Enterprises. This research was conducted at PT. Denpasar Independent Building Enterprises. The technique for determining the number of samples in the study used saturated samples with a total sample of 82 employees. The results showed that 1) There was a positive influence simultaneously between the work environment, financial compensation and work morale on job satisfaction at PT. Denpasar Independent Building Enterprises. 2) There is a partially positive effect between work environment on job satisfaction at PT. Denpasar Independent Building Enterprises. 3) There is a partially positive influence between financial compensation and job satisfaction at PT. Denpasar Independent Building Enterprises. 4) There is a partially positive influence between work morale on job satisfaction at PT. Denpasar Independent Building Enterprises.

Abstract

Kinerja seorang karyawan bersifat individual, karena setiap karyawan mempunyai tingkat kemampuan yang berbeda-beda dalam mengerjakan tugasnya. Kinerja karyawan dapat dipengaruhi oleh tingkat kesejahteraan, lingkungan kerja fisik, dan tingkat kedisiplinan karyawan dalam perusahaan. Kesejahteraan adalah balas jasa secara material maupun non material untuk memperbaiki kondisi fisik dan mental karyawan. Lingkungan kerja fisik adalah semua keadaan berbentuk fisik yang terdapat di tempat kerja. Kedisiplinan seseorang dalam bekerja dapat dilihat dari kesadaran dan kesediaan seseorang mentaati SOP perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial maupun simultan antara tingkat kesejahteraan, lingkungan kerja fisik, dan disiplinakerja secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Kampung Ubud Hotel. Jumlah sampel yang ditentukan dengan metode sampel jenuh adalah 35 responden. Instrumen penelitian diuji menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Data dianalisis uji asumsi klasik untuk model regresi dan uji regresi linear berganda sebagai pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial tingkat kesejahteraan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, namun lingkungan kerja fisik dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan pada kinerja karyawan. Secara simultan tingkat kesejahteraan, lingkungan kerja fisik, dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Kampung Ubud Hotel.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the development of technology in the field of information and communication which has an impact on the emergence of new innovations in terms of electronic payments. Non-cash money or electronic money (e-money) is a payment instrument that fulfills the elements, namely issued on the basis of the value of money deposited in advance by the holder to the issuer, the value of money is stored electronically in a medium such as a server or chip, used as a means of payment to merchants who are not the issuer of the electronic money and the value of electronic money deposited by the holder and managed by the issuer is not a deposit as referred to in the laws governing banking.The benefits and convenience offered by electronic money can influence the increase in users. When a product has benefits and convenience when used in everyday life, it is likely that the product will be used by the wider community. This study aims to explain the factors that influence trust and its consequences on continuous usage intention of e-money in Denpasar City in terms of perceived benefits, perceived convenience and perceived risk. Trust here acts as a mediating variable. The research sample was 100 people in Denpasar city. The research method used is quantitative method with PLS-based structural equation model analysis or SEM. This research shows that perceived benefits and perceived ease of use influence respondents confidence in using e-money continuously, while perceived risk does not show any influence on respondents confidence in their intention to use e-money continuously. Furthermore perceived benefits and perceived ese of use hav positive effect on the intention to continue using e-money, while perceived risk has no effect on the intention to use e-money continuously.

Abstract

The development of the retail business in Indonesia which is growing rapidly makes competition increase. As a form of retail business, UD. Aryawan who is in, South Denpasar must have an advantage over competitors in order to survive or even win the competition in the retail business. One way to create a competitive advantage is to apply the right marketing mix so that it can satisfy consumers. This study aims to determine the effect of Product Completeness and Store Atmosphere on Consumer Purchase Decisions at UD. Aryawan South Denpasar, as well as knowing which factors have a dominant influence on consumer purchasing decisions at UD. Aryawan South Denpasar. Sampling was carried out using Accidental Sampling as many as 97 respondents. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews, literature study and questionnaires (questionnaire). The data analysis technique used is quantitative analysis consisting of validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, analysis of determination, statistical analysis of F test (F-test) and statistical analysis of t-test (t-test). The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect simultaneously and partially between product completeness and Store Atmosphere on purchasing decisions at UD. Aryawan, South Denpasar.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of emotional intelligence, communication and organizational culture on employee performance at PERUMDA Tirta Sanjiwani Drinking Water, Gianyar Regency. This study uses census techniques so that all members of the population are involved as research subjects. Primary data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The measurement scale uses a Likert Scale which consists of five answer choices. Hypothesis testing is done using multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded (1) Emotional intelligence, communication and organizational culture simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (3) Communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance , and (4) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The implication of the results of this research is that improving employee performance can be done by motivating and encouraging employees to dare to take initiative.

Abstract

Kinerja karyawan adalah indikator krusial untuk menilai efektivitas sebuah organisasi, yang dipengaruhi oleh berbagai elemen, termasuk disiplin dalam bekerja dan motivasi. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah rendahnya kinerja karyawan di UPT Samsat Gianyar, yang tercermin dari tinggi nya tingkat absensi, keterlambatan, serta rendahnya motivasi bekerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, serta menguji peran motivasi kerja sebagai variabel mediasi dalam hubungan tersebut. Metode yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan kausal. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 90 responden yang merangkum seluruh pegawai UPT Samsat Gianyar, diambil dengan metode pengambilan sampel jenuh. Proses analisis data dilakukan menggunakan teknik Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS) melalui tiga tahap: analisis model luar, model dalam, dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan motivasi kerja. Namun, motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, sehingga tidak mampu memediasi hubungan antara disiplin kerja dan kinerja pegawai. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan kinerja lebih dipengaruhi secara langsung oleh disiplin kerja dibandingkan dengan motivasi kerja.

Abstract

This study examines the role of Tri Hita Karana a traditional Balinese philosophy emphasizing harmony among humans, nature, and the divine as an ethical foundation and strategic framework in the local fruit farming businesses in Bali. The research aims to analyze how the principles of parhyangan (relationship with God), pawongan (relationship with people), and palemahan (relationship with the environment) influence farmers’ ethical behavior and strategic decision-making to promote sustainable agricultural practices. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews and observations of local fruit farmers. The findings reveal that the integration of Tri Hita Karana values significantly shapes farming ethics, encouraging environmentally friendly and socially responsible behaviors. Furthermore, these values guide farmers in developing adaptive and culturally rooted strategies that enhance the resilience and sustainability of their agricultural enterprises. This study highlights the importance of embedding indigenous wisdom into modern agricultural practices to achieve sustainability, cultural preservation, and economic viability in Bali’s local fruit farming sector.

Abstract

Bresela village is a business center for fiber ceremony facilities in Gianyar district. The success of the business in the village of Bresela is influenced by several factors, one of which is marketing mix. The purpose of this study was to determine the business development of fiber-based ceremonial facilities in Bresela Village and to analyze the implementation of Maketing Mix in the success of the business. This research is qualitative research with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation studies. Determination of informants in this study using purposive sampling technique and using data triangulation techniques. The results of the study explained that the business development of fiber-based ceremonial facilities in Bresela Village has increased in terms of the number of businesses, profitability, total production, market share and an increase in the number of workers. Marketing implementation means in the business success of fiber-based ceremonial facilities in Bresela Village through the aspects of product, price, place and promotion can increase sales volume so that it determines business success.
