Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara loneliness dengan perilaku cyberloafing pada karyawan PT ENVILAB di Kota Gresik. Loneliness dipahami sebagai perasaan kesepian akibat kurangnya keterhubungan sosial, sedangkan cyberloafing merupakan perilaku berselancar di internet untuk tujuan non-pekerjaan saat jam kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional dengan partisipan sebanyak 100 karyawan yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan skala UCLA Loneliness dan Cyberloafing Scale. Hasil analisis data menggunakan korelasi Product moment menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara loneliness dan cyberloafing (r = 0,476; p < 0,05). Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat loneliness yang dirasakan karyawan, semakin tinggi pula kecenderungan mereka melakukan cyberloafing. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya intervensi organisasi dalam mengurangi rasa kesepian karyawan melalui peningkatan interaksi sosial dan dukungan psikologis guna meminimalisir perilaku cyberloafing dan meningkatkan produktivitas kerja.

Abstract

Coffee is an important commodity with significant global demand. In Indonesia, East Java Province contributed 85.15% of the national coffee production in the Large Estate sector in 2022, supporting the growth of the local coffee industry such as coffeeshops. In Surabaya, the Mata Hati Community, consisting of people with disabilities, launched a coffee brand called "Kopicek" as an effort to empower disabled individuals, especially the blind. However, they face challenges in terms of quality control, manual production processes, and limited promotion. To carry out and create innovations in empowering the visually impaired or the blind, our team provides mentoring and training to improve the quality and efficiency of Kopicek's production. Through a community service program, the social service team designed solutions to improve the quality and efficiency of Kopicek's production. These solutions include quality control training, provision of automated coffee machines and custom packaging press machines that are accessible to blind baristas, as well as digital marketing training. The results of this program are expected to help the Mata Hati Community maintain coffee product consistency, expand marketing through digital media, and enhance Kopicek's branding in the local market.

Abstract

AbstractConsumptive behavior can result in waste, anxiety and feelings of insecurity in individuals. Consumer behavior in individuals can be influenced by various factors, including hedonic lifestyle and self-control. This research aims to analyze the relationship between hedonic lifestyle and self-control and consumer behavior among Shopee e-commerce users. The type of research used is quantitative correlational with multiple regression analysis techniques. There were 282 participants in this research. The research results show that hedonic lifestyle and self-control have a very significant relationship with consumer behavior, shown by obtaining a significance value of 0.000 (p<0.01). Partially, hedonic lifestyle shows a t value of 11.296 with a significance of 0.000 (p<0.01). This means that there is a very significant positive relationship between hedonic lifestyle and consumer behavior. Meanwhile, self-control shows a t value of -3.114 with a significance of 0.002 (p<0.01). Perilaku konsumtif pada individu dipengaruhi oleh berbagai macam faktor diantaranya yaitu gaya hidup hedonis dan kontrol diri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara gaya hidup hedonis dan kontrol diri dengan perilaku konsumtif pada pengguna e-commerce Shopee. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif korelasional dengan teknik analisis regresi ganda. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 282 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya hidup hedonis dan kontrol diri memiliki hubungan sangat signifikan dengan perilaku konsumtif, ditunjukkan melalui perolehan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (p<0,01). Secara parsial, gaya hidup hedonis menunjukkan nilai t sebesar 11,296 dengan signifikansi 0,000 (p<0,01). Artinya ada hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan antara gaya hidup hedonis dengan perilaku konsumtif. Sementara kontrol diri menunjukkan nilai t sebesar -3,114 dengan signifikansi 0,002 (p<0,01). Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between organizational citizenship behavior with work-life balance and perceived organizational support in married employees at Apartment. X. This analysis independent variable work-life balance and perceived organizational support with dependent variable organizational citizenship behavior. This research is a type of quantitative research using the correlational method. The sampling technique in this study used a random sampling method where the subjects were taken from the entire population of 86 respondents of Apartment employees. X employees who are married. The results of this study indicate that the first hypothesis is accepted, work-life balance and perceived organizational support have a positive relationship with organizational citizenship behavior. The second hypothesis is also accepted which shows that there is a positive relationship between work-life balance and organizational citizenship behavior. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode random sampling yang dimana subjek diambil dari keseluruhan populasi sebanyak 86 responden karyawan Apartemen. X yang sudah menikah. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis pertama diterima, work-life balance dan perceived organizational support memiliki hubungan positif dengan organizational citizenship behavior. Hipotesis kedua juga diterima yang menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara work-life balance dengan organizational citizenship behavior. Sedangkan, untuk hipotesis ketiga tidak diterima yang berarti tidak ada hubungan antara perceived organizational support dengan organizational citizenship behavior.Kata kunci: Work-Life Balance, Perceived Organizational Support, Karyawan, Organizational Citizenship Behavior

Abstract

Abstract Social media addiction is a condition where individuals are unable to control intensive and excessive use of social media, which can trigger psychological and social disorders (Kootesh et al., 2016). Social media addiction can be influenced by several factors, one of which is self-control (Muna & Astuti, 2014). Fear of missing out is another factor that influences social media addiction (Fathadika & Afriani, 2018). This research design uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression. The sample consisted of 92 students from the Faculty of Psychology, University of 17 August 1945 Surabaya. The regression results show that the hypothesis is accepted, namely that there is a relationship between self-control and fear of missing out with the tendency to become addicted to social media in adolescents.   Keywords: Tendencies, Addiction, Self-Control, Fear of Missing Out, Social Media.   Abstrak Kecanduan media sosial merupakan kondisi di mana individu tidak mampu mengendalikan penggunaan media sosial secara intensif dan berlebihan, yang dapat memicu gangguan psikologis dan sosial (Kootesh et al., 2016). Kecanduan media sosial dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor salah satunya adalah self control (Muna & Astuti, 2014). Fear of missing out merupakan faktor lain yang mempengaruhi kecanduan media sosial (Fathadika & Afriani, 2018). Desain penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan regresi linier berganda. Sampel berjumlah 92 Mahasiswa Fakultas Psikologi Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya. Hasil regresi menunjukkan hipotesis diterima, yakni adanya hubungan antara self control dan fear of missing out dengan kecenderungan kecanduan media sosial pada remaja.   Kata Kunci: Kecenderungan, Kecanduan, Self Control, Fear Of Missing Out, Sosial Media
