Abstract

This study aims to determine the search for factors that influence the performance of employees at the Aerospace Technology College. This study uses Multiple Linear Regression analysis tools, the subjects of this study are STTKD employees. Factors that influence employee performance which is one of the important factors in improving company performance making it easier for companies to focus on factors that significantly influence the performance of STTKD employees. The results of this study prove that the factors of motivation, leadership, compensation and organizational climate have a significant influence on employee performance

Abstract

One of the services at Sentani Airport is service at the departure and arrival terminals which are handled by TIS (Terminal Inspection Service) officers. This unit is tasked with carrying out inspections of operational support facilities in the curbside area, RPA, and passenger waiting rooms that have been provided by the airport manager. This study aims to determine how big the influence of service quality on passenger satisfaction at Sentani airport and how big the level of passenger satisfaction with services at Sentani airport. The research was conducted on September 02-October 29, 2021 at Sentani Airport, this research is a quantitative study, the population in this study were passengers at Sentani Airport where the passengers had experienced the facilities at the departure terminal and arrival terminal, while the sample in this study this is 100 respondents. The data collection technique used a questionnaire/questionnaire and observation. This study has one variable consisting of the independent variable service quality (X) and the dependent variable passenger satisfaction (Y). Data collection using simple linear regression analysis through SPSS. The results showed that H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted, which means that there is a significant influence between the quality of terminal services at Sentani Airport based on passenger satisfaction with the t-test results found to be 0.000, which means the value is significantly less than 0.05 (0.000 <0.05). The results of the R2 test found that service quality affects passenger satisfaction, which is 0.646. So this means that service quality affects passenger satisfaction by 64.6% and in the category of a strong correlation and the remaining 35.4% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Barang Berbahaya (Dangerous goods) adalah unsur-unsur zat bahan dan atau barang berbahaya yang sangat peka terhadap suhu udara, tekanan dan getaran serta dapat mengganggu terhadap kesehatan manusia maupun binatang, dapat menggangu serta membahayakan keselamatan penerbangan dan dapat merusakkan peralatan pengangkutan. Penelitian tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui lebih dalam tentang pengetahuan penumpang terkait barang bawaan berbahaya di Bandar Udara Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Bima. Penulis menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pengambilan datanya melalui kuesioner yang berisi 20 pertanyaan kemudian dibagikan kepada 50 responden yakni penumpang di Bandar Udara Sultan Muhammad Salahudin Bima secara acak.. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dan pengukuran indeks pengetahuan penumpang terkait barang bawaan berbahaya adalah sebesar 4 (Sangat Tahu). Nilai rata-rata (mean) yang di dapatkan dari hasil pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yaitu sebesar 83,90 dan nilai tertinggi dari item pertanyaan yaitu “Pada saat pemeriksaan di Security Check Point 1 maupun Security Check Point 2 penumpang wajib melepaskan jam tangan, ikat pinggang, topi, jaket” sebesar 4,58. Sedangkan nilai terendah dari item pertanyaan yaitu “Power bank dengan kapasitas lebih dari 160 WH tidak diperbolehkan masuk ke dalam kabin pesawat udara” dan “dan Parfum atau zat cair dengan berat 120 ml tidak diperbolehkan untuk dibawa masuk ke dalam kabin pesawat udara” sebesar 3,88.

Abstract

Wings Air is one of the airlines operating in Indonesia. Wings Air (PT Wings Abadi) is a domestic airline based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Wings Air has won the trust of air transportation users with its Low cost Carrier and can accompany transportation users to routes that are not covered by other airlines. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the application of paid baggage at Wings Air on the interest of passengers at H.Hasan Aroeboesman Ende Airport. This study uses quantitative research methods. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and literature studies. The instrument used as a data collection tool was in the form of a questionnaire, for indirect interview and observation guidelines. Data analysis using Validity Test, Reliability Test, Hypothesis Testing, Simple Linear Regression, Coefficient of Determination. The results of this study indicate that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, which means that there is an effect of the application of paid baggage by Wings Air on the interest of H.Hasan Aroesboeman Ende Airport passengers, as evidenced by hypothesis testing, it is known that the value of t count > t table, namely 12.999> 1.98422 with sig. 0.000 < 0.05 . The percentage based on the coefficient of determination test is known that R square is 0.633, this means that the influence of the application of paid baggage for Wings Air on the interest of passengers at H.Hasan Aroesboeman Ende Airport is 63.3%.

Abstract

To support a good flight There are several aspects that must be considered so that the flight can take place safely and comfortably. One of wich is terms of security aspect. In this endemic era, employees have problems in carrying out their duties due to the inaccessibility of some work areas because of the limited budget issued by the central government. With the inaccessibility of some work areas will be able to affect the results of the employee’s own performance in completing the predetermined target. Abstract

Seeing the development of the business world which is currently increasing and competition in the service sector is getting tougher, this has pushed the level of competition in the business sector. Air transportation can also reach remote or remote areas, besides that it can also save travel time compared to other means of transportation such as land and sea. Some of the supervision carried out by Aviation Security officers during the pilgrimage is to check the hajj passengers and their luggage, ensure that the prospective haj passengers enter the special bus for prospective haj pilgrims, place labels on the door and trunk of the bus as a sign that the bus is sterile. of dangerous or prohibited goods, this of course can add to the workload and affect the performance of aviation security officers. This research uses quantitative methods. The data collection process in this study uses primary data. Primary data sources were obtained through interviews and distributing questionnaires which were distributed directly to aviation security officers at Adi Soemarmo airport. The results of this study indicate that based on the partial test results, it can be seen that the calculated t value is 2,338 with a significance level of 0.025. Because t count t table (2.3382000) and significance value 0.05 (0.025 0.05) the decision taken was Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. Or there is an influence of workload on the performance of aviation security officers at the 2022 Hajj page season at Adi Soemarmo airport. Shows that there is a relationship of 0.216, which means that 21.6% and 79.4% are influenced by other factors or variables

Abstract

Baggage handling has an important role, this is because handling is related to passenger satisfaction. Baggage handling must be managed properly to avoid mistakes such as loss and damage. Baggage handling is the process of servicing passenger baggage at the departure station to the arrival station. The baggage handling process must be carried out carefully, conscientiously, caringly and carefully so that timeliness (OTP) can be achieved. This study uses qualitative methods and the data produced is in the form of descriptions. The primary data in this study were the results of interviews with the load master, ramp and porter officers. As for the secondary data in this study in the form of literature and previous research. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques were carried out in the form of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The handling carried out during the loading unloading process is preparing documents such as loading check lists, loading instructions, stowing, and coordinating with load control or FOO and porters. While the obstacles during the loading and unloading process to achieve OTP include weather factors, aircraft engine damage, lack of supporting facilities and lack of porter personnel.

Abstract

Adi Soemarmo Boyolali Airport is one of the airports used for Hajj departures. There are so many pilgrims who make movements in the airside area, a lot of supervision is required for the maneuvering of buses and pilgrims. This activity forced the AMC unit to carry out surveillance in the airside area. Because the airside area is an area that not everyone can enter without permission from the airport. This study uses a qualitative method. Data collection techniques in this study were in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The techniques in analyzing the research data are in the form of data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing, and data validity. This supervision is carried out on buses and passengers who will make pilgrimage flights, so that operations run smoothly and regularly. Obstacles in the supervision of the Apron Movement Control (AMC) unit towards maneuvering buses in the Airside area during Hajj flights at Adi Soemarmo Boyolali Airport are related to weather factors and the lack of knowledge of passengers about the rules in the Airside area.

Abstract

Availability of existing and adequate facilities is a benchmark and a requirement for every airport service provider and its manager to be able to meet the needs of prospective passengers using airport services. Several fields participate in managing, maintaining, supervising the flow of passengers and goods as well as controlling terminal and landside operations, namely the AOLT (Airport Operational Landside and Terminal) unit which plays an important role in supervising and supporting the existing facilities and infrastructure at the airport so that it runs according to provisions of PM 178 of 2015 concerning "Airport Service User Service Standards". Therefore the purpose of this study is to determine the roles and constraints of AOLT (Airport Operational Landside and Terminal) officers in supervising facilities and infrastructure at I Gusti Ngurah Rai airport, Denpasar, Bali. This study uses qualitative methods, techniques in data collection through the results of observation, interviews and documentation as well as in analyzing data using data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. This research was conducted at the AOLT (Airport Operational Landside and Terminal) unit at I Gusti Ngurah Rai airport, Denpasar, Bali. The results obtained from this study indicate that the role of AOLT (Airport Operations Landside and Terminal) officers in supervising facilities and infrastructure at I Gusti Ngurah Rai airport Denpasar Bali is quite good and according to what is contained in the Company's Skep and those contained in PM 178 Year 2015 concerning service standards for airport service users and standard operating procedures (SOP). However, there are still obstacles experienced by officers such as a lack of personnel or human resources (HR) and inadequate facilities.

Abstract

Dalam sebuah Industri penerbangan terkenal dengan istilah “sweeping bagasi” dimana hal tersebut merupakan hal penting dan dilakukan dengan tujuan mengurangi kelebihan bagasi. Sweeping bagasi dilakukan oleh petugas yang nantinya penumpang bisa merasa puas akan pelayanan yang diberikan oleh petugas tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ppengaruh kinerja petugas pasasi saat sweeping bagasi terhadap kepuasan penumpang PT Gapura di Bandar Udara Internasional Supadio Pontianak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data beruapa penyebaran kuesioner dan studi Pustaka. Data primer berupa hasil dari penyebaran kuesioner dan data sekunder berupa survey dan catatan historis. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, relibilitas, uji regresi sederhana, uji hipotesis dan uji determinasi.Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara variabel kinerja petugas terhadap variabel kepuasan penumpang. Selain itu, kinerja petugas pasasi dalam sweeping bagasi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan penumpang dibuktikan dengan hasil koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,632. Hal tersebut berarti bahwa pengaruh kinerja petugas pasasi dalam sweeping bagasi berpengaruh sebesar 63,2% terhadap kepuasan penumpang PT Gapura Angkasa di Bandar Udara Internasional Supadio Pontianal.
