Abstract

Latar belakang yang mendasari penelitian ini ialah bahwa Legenda Sendang Made ini struktur naratifnya belum diketahui banyak orang. Selain itu terdapat banyak makna serta mempunyai nilai budaya yang beragam dan resepsi masyarakat yang masih dijaga. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan mengenai struktur naratif, makna, nilai budaya dan resepsi masyarakat dalam cerita Legenda Sendang Made. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data berasal dari informan juru kunci dan pengelola Sendang Made. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu observasi secara langsung, wawancara, perekaman, pencatatan, dokumentasi, transkripsi serta teknik terjemah. Hasil penelitian adalah (1) deskripsi struktur naratif yang ada dalam Legenda Sendang Made, (2) makna simbol, simbol yang diperoleh adalah simbol upacara pernikahan, simbol sendang condong, simbol sendang payung, simbol sendang kamulyan, simbol sendang drajat, simbol sendang pengilon, simbol sendang gede, simbol keraton, simbol prasasti, simbol letak Sendang Made, dan simbol pendapa agung Sendang Made, (3) nilai budaya yang didapat adalah ritual kungkum sinden, rutinitas bersih sendang, dan (4) resepsi masyarakat yang didapat adalah kepercayaan cerita legenda Sendang Made, kepercayaan manfaat air Sendang Made, kepercayaan larangan mengambil ikan di Sendang Made. Kepercayaan tersebut diyakini masyarakat Sendang Made terkhusus di desa Made tentang legenda Sendang Made sehingga legenda Sendang Made dijadikan sebagai peninggalan sejarah budaya dan legenda Sendang Made memiliki kekuatan magik sehingga dikeramatkan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the feasibility of LKS IPA with cognitive conflictstrategy, that has been developed to reduce misconceptions Heat material. This researchincludes the development of research which refers to the 4-D models by Thiagarajan. TheSamples are50 students of SMP Negeri 1 Lamongan. The design of the study is one grouppretest-posttest design implemented in a single group without a comparison group. Researchinstrumenst used in the form of validation sheets, observation sheets, and diagnostic testsmisconceptions. The misconceptions identification can be done by individuals or groups usingCertain of Response Index (CRI). Techniques to determine the improvement of learningoutcomes in this study using techniques normalized gain <g>. Data analysis is the initialdiagnostic test (pretest) aims to identify the concepts that experienced student misconceptions,while the end of the diagnostic test (posttest) aims to determine the effectiveness of IPA LKScognitive conflict strategy in overcoming misconceptions. The result shows the degression ofmisconceptions. The decline of students misconceptions after study shows that thedevelopment of LKS IPA with cognitive conflict strategy provides a good contribution inreducing students misconceptions. Based on the understanding of the concept of positivestudent learning outcomes indicate that happens to change, the use of LKS IPA with cognitiveconflict strategy contributes improve students' conceptions in line with the findings.

Abstract

Peristiwa tutur tidak dapat lepas dalam kehidupan termasuk juga dalam program talkshow “dr. Oz Indonesia” di TV. Tindak tutur memiliki peran penting dalam program tersebut guna menjelaskan cara merawat kesehatan tubuh agar tetap awet muda di usia lanjut. Tindak tutur digunakan untuk menyampaikan maksut pembicaraan antara dokter sebagai sumber informasi dengan sampel, bintang tamu, dan penonton “dr. Oz Indonesia”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bentuk tindak tutur lokusi, bentuk tindak tutur ilokusi, dan bentuk tindak tutur perlokusi dalam program talkshow “dr. Oz Indonesia dengan tema “Mencegah Penuaan Dini”. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Penggunaan metode deskriptif kualitatif untuk mendeskripsikan tindak tutur lokusi, ilokusi, dan perlokusi dalam acara “dr. Oz Indonesia” Trans TV tema Mencegah Penuaan Dini. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bentuk: 1) tindak tutur lokusi, 2)tindak tutur ilokusi, dan 3)tindak tutur perlokusi. Tindak tutur yang terdapat pada interaksi antara dokter (sumber informasi), sampel, bintang tamu, dan penonton “dr. Oz Indonesia”. 1) Tindak tutur lokusi dalam penelitian ini ditemukan bentuk pernyataan, bentuk pertanyaan, dan bentuk perintah. 2) Tindak tutur ilokusi dalam penelitian ini ditemukan bentuk: a) deklarasi dengan wujud kalimat sesuai kenyataan dan kalimat yang merubah keadaan; b) tindak tutur ilokusi asertif dalam bentuk memberi saran, mengklaim, menyatakan, dan menyebuutkan; c) tindak tutur ilokusi ekspresif dalam bentuk ucapan terimakasih dan menyanjung; d) tindak tutur ilokusi komisif dalam bentuk menawarkan dan menyatakan kesanggupan; e) tindak tutur ilokusi komisif dalam bentuk memberikan aba-aba, meminta, dan menyerahkan.

Abstract

Pragmatik adalah cabang linguistik yang mempelajari bagaimana bahasa digunakan dalam komunikasi dan bagaimana pragmatik menyelidiki makna sebagai konteks, bukan sebagai sesuatu yang abstrak dalam komunikasi. Penelitian ini mengkaji kesantunan berbahasa pada debat pilpres 2019. Bahasa pada dialog pilpres 2109 berdiri sebagai sesuatu yang harus dibaca dan dilihat oleh masyarakat. Kalimat-kalimat yang digunakan pada dialog pilpres 2109 mempengaruhi cara berpikir masyarakat. Dalam penelitian ini penulis mengkaji tentang kesantunan berbahasa pada diaolog debat pilpres 2019 dengan meneliti dialog pada masing-masing capres dan cawapres pada debat pilpres 2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kualitatif bersifat deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mendokumentasikan, mentranskrip, menyimak, dan mencatat serta mengisi data pada lembar korpus. Penulis terlebih dahulu mendokumentasikan debat yang dilakukan oleh masing-masing capres dan cawapres pada debat pilpres 2019, selanjutnya penulis mentranskrip dokumntasi debat tersebut dan mentranskripkan wacana lisan ke tulis, kemudian penulis menyimak dan mengamati isi debat secara keseluruhan serta mencatat hal-hal yang dirasa penting, tahapan yang terakhir yakni memilah kalimat yang santun dan tidak santun berdasarkan teori Leech dan memasukannya dalam lembar korpus yang kemudian dianalisis. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah tayangan debat pilpres 2019 antara Ir. H. Joko Widodo dan Prof. Dr. K.H. Ma’ruf Amin sebagai capres dan cawapres nomor urut 01 dan H. Prabowo Subianto Djojohadikusumo dan H. Sandiaga Salahuddin Uno, B.B.A., M.B.A. sebagai capres dan cawapres nomor urut 02. Metode yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah dengan teknik dokumentasi, transkripsi, simak, catat, pengisian lembar korpus, analisis secara heuristik dan menarik simpulan. Peneliti menememukan bentuk tuturan yang santun dan tidak santun dalam dialog debat capres dan cawapres 2019 berdasarkan prinsip kesantunan baik pematuhan maupun penyimpangan terhadap maksim Leech. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa debat pilpres 2019 terdapat banyak pelanggaran dibandingkan ketaatan pada maksim kesantunan berbahasa sehingga sangat menarik untuk dikaji.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to improve the citizens skills and knowledge by the training and mentoring of organic crop cultivation in bare land to maintain stability of family food security and applying some simple techniques that are easily implemented by the citizens, especially the housewives group. The methods used in this community service are lectures, discussion and demonstrations (practice). Based on the activity results, it can be concluded that the citizens are very enthusiastic and actively participates in this activity. According to the citizens, this activity is very helpful in providing enthusiasm, motivation and knowledge to them in building a healthy and sustainable food security family.

Abstract

Today's digital developments provide easy access for everyone to obtain knowledge and information. But in fact, not all of them are able to adapt quickly to digital developments. One of them is in terms of digital literacy that has penetrated the world of education. In community service this aims to empower teachers and students of SDN Munungrejo-Ngimbang Lamongan through digital literacy based on the Quick Response Code (QR Code). The method of implementing community service goes through several stages, namely (1) socialization of digital literacy, (2) production of digital literacy, (3) printing of digital literacy, (4) delivery of digital literacy, (5) utilization of digital literacy for training, (6) sharing digital literacy, (7 ) Practice digital literacy. The results of this QR code-based digital literacy community service activity received a positive response at the Munungrejo Elementary School, they believed that the activities carried out were very useful as a medium for gaining knowledge for both students and teachers. The Quick Response Code on digital literacy also has an impact on growing interest in reading among students at SDN Munungrejo-Ngimbang Lamongan.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effectiveness of gamification in developing soft skills and STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) among students. The background of this study is the low interest and achievement of students in STEM fields, as well as the lack of 21st century skills, such as creativity, collaboration, communication, and problem-solving, that are needed in the digital era. This study uses an experimental method with a pretest-posttest control group design. The sample of this study is grade X students from three public high schools in Lamongan, namely SMA Negeri 2 Lamongan, SMAN 1 Sukodadi, And SMA Negeri 1 Babat, who are divided into two groups, namely the experimental group that receives learning with gamification, and the control group that receives regular learning. The instruments of this study are STEM ability tests and soft skill questionnaires compiled based on predetermined indicators. This study produces findings that there are significant differences between the experimental and control groups regarding STEM ability and soft skills. The experimental group shows higher improvement than the control group. This indicates that gamification can be an effective strategy for developing soft skills and STEM among students. This study contributes to developing the theory and practice of gamification in education, especially in STEM fields. This study also provides suggestions for teachers, schools, and future researchers.

Abstract

The purpose of writing this work is to determine the application of the Problem Based Learning Model to Improve Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS). This research uses a narrative qualitative method based on interviews and observations at classroom action research (PTK) at Al-Ishlah Vocational High School class raise Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS). The five PBL steps followed by teachers involve student orientation to the problem, student organization in learning, investigative guidance, development of work results, and analysis and evaluation of the problem solving process. The results of the first cycle show that PBL has not been completely successful in improving student learning outcomes. An in-depth evaluation of the understanding and application of PBL is needed. The second cycle recorded significant improvements, with the average student assignment score increasing. Teacher reflection shows several obstacles, such as lack of attention from students and limited interaction between them. The implementation of PBL at Al-Ishlah Vocational School has a positive impact on students' HOTS abilities. There was a significant shift in the distribution of average student grades between the first and second cycles. The PBL model, according to the steps, based on research shows that PBL can be an effective approach to improving the quality of learning at Al-Ishlah Vocational School.

Abstract

The general goal of education is to develop Indonesian people completely in the sense that carried out education still maintain unity, diversity and develop individual’s ideals. Every citizen has the right to obtain education equally with excellence and a balance (equity) between the utilization (access) with achievement. The higher education system must be able to create a quality higher education that is also affordable by the people of Indonesia. A university leader must be in-line and lead a "quality revolution". All energy and attention are focused on the "quality revolution". For this reason, this paper will examine the Implementation of Higher Education Quality Management Systems. As a case study is that has implemented a Quality Management System. According to Law No. 12 of 2012 concerning Higher Education. Quality Higher Education is Higher Education that produces graduates who are able to actively develop their potential and produce Science and / or Technology that is useful for the Community, nation, and country. The government operates a higher education quality assurance system to get quality education. The Higher Education quality assurance system referred to consists of: a. internal quality assurance system developed by Higher Education; and b. external quality assurance system carried out through accreditation. Implementation of Quality Management Systems in Higher Education can produce Quality and Affordable Education.
