Abstract

Selama ini pewarnaan pada batik masih 90 % menggunakan pewarna sintetis. Bimbingan                      yang masih sangat diharapkan adalah menerapkan penggunaan pewarna alami. Mengingat pewarna alami ini sangat banyak macam warna dan asal bahannya, maka perlu mempelajari satu per satu sifat pengunaan dari masing- masing pewarna alami tersebut. Pada pengabdian  masyarakat ini pewarna alami yang digunakan adalah pewarna alami yang bahan bakunya dari bahan yang banyak di sekitar masyarakat tapi tidak digunakan yaitu Daun Mangga, Daun nangka dan Kulit Bawang Merah. Daun Mangga yang digunakan pada pelatihan ini yaitu Daun Mangga Harum Manis/ Daun Mangga Gadung. Sebelum melakukan percobaan peserta diberikan terlebih dahulu teori singkat yang terkait. Abstract

The wrong body position of workers while working can cause the risk of work accidents and cause complaints of illness, which will have a direct impact on reducing the worker's work productivity. To anticipate this, companies can improve work processes and activities to reduce risks or musculoskeletal complaints experienced by workers. Through the Quick Exposure Check (QEC) method carried out on workers, especially in the production section, workers' complaints due to incorrect work posture in the musculoskeletal area (back, shoulders, neck, arms and wrists) will be known so that recommendations can be made regarding process improvements. work for production workers and can reduce the risk of work-related injuries from the results of this analysis. From the research results, it was found that the QEC value for workers carrying out grinding/chopping, washing and drying work processes and activities was 65.34%; 60.79% and 64.77%, so there is a need for continued research and changes to workers' work processes and activities. With these changes, workers will be able to do work comfortably and reduce the risk of injury or musculoskeletal complaints in workers when doing work. Abstract

This study was conducted at PT. XYZ to evaluate and reduce the risk of musculoskeletal disorders among host streamers through the design of ergonomic workstations. The research method used was a quantitative case study approach, with the population consisting of employees at PT. XYZ who worked as host streamers. Primary data were collected through observation, questionnaires, guidelines, and interviews. Posture measurements were taken using the REBA (Rapid Entire Body Assessment) and RULA (Rapid Upper Limb Assessment) methods. The results indicated that prior to the intervention, host streamers had REBA and RULA scores that signified a high risk of musculoskeletal disorders, particularly in the neck, shoulders, back, and legs. After implementing an adjustable live streaming workstation design, along with adjustments to lighting and microphone positions, there was a significant decrease in the REBA and RULA scores. The REBA score decreased from 10 to 1, and the average RULA score dropped from 7 to 3. This indicated a significant reduction in the risk of musculoskeletal disorders. This indicates a significant reduction in the risk of musculoskeletal disorders. Thus, designing an adjustable ergonomic workbench significantly reduces the risk of musculoskeletal disorders in host streamers at PT XYZ and improves worker comfort.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze service quality based on customer satisfaction and determine the factors that affect service quality to get solutions to the causes of problems based on service quality. This research will use the servqual method to measure service quality with the level of perceptions and expectations of consumers in the services provided by service providers. Furthermore, the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method is used in measuring the level of importance and performance so that companies can find out the attributes that need to be improved and maintained in services based on Cartesian diagrams and will produce a basis for customer satisfaction. After that, Fishbone Diagram is used to analyze the consequences by finding and describing the factors that cause existing problems. Then, improvement proposals are given and submitted by PDAM to be followed up by PDAM Kab.Banggai. The results of the Service Quality analysis of the quality of service of PDAM Kab. Banggai obtained a negative Gap in the Reliability dimension at attribute B5 (-1.200), in the Responsiveness dimension obtained a negative Gap at attribute C1 (-1.140), at attribute C2 with a negative Gap (-1.120) and in the Assurance dimension with a negative Gap (-0.560). The results of the analysis using Importance Performance Analysis obtained 4 attributes that are included in the top priority for improvement, namely the attributes contained in quadrant I. For further research, it is expected to conduct research to implement the proposed improvements given and analyze the quality of service after implementing the proposed improvements given by the author so that the effectiveness of the services that have been implemented can be known.

Abstract

PT. Leo Textile adalah sebuah perusahaan kepemilikian swasta, didirikan pada Agustus 1999 yang berada di Jawa Timur. PT. Leo Textile bergerak di bidang industri tekstil (pemintalan) berupa benang sebagai produk hasil akhirnya, dengan berbagai jenis dan nomor disesuiakan dengan standar tertentu sesuai permintaan konsumen, dengan pemasaran lokal maupun ekspor. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh, pada proses produksi di PT. Leo Textile didapati permasalahan terkait produk yang dihasilkan (benang), yakni jumlah kecacatan (defect) yang melebihi standar yang ditetapkan sebesar 2%. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini ialah untuk menganalisis penyebab (defect) yang terjadi pada benang yang ditimbulkan dalam proses produksi di PT. Leo Textile serta merekomendasikan usulan perbaikan dalam upaya mengurangi cacat pada produk benang. Dalam penyelesaian permasalahan ini peneliti mengaplikasikan metode Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) serta metode 5W +1H sebagai rancangan dalam evaluasi untuk perbaikan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pada jenis benang regular PE 10 yang memiliki jumlah cacat tertinggi dengan jenis kecacatan yang paling mendominasi yaitu cacat slub/gelombang. Diketahui akibat timbulnya kecacatan yang menjadi prioritas untuk diperbaiki yaitu disebabkan oleh faktor material terkait kualitas bahan baku (kotor/terkontaminasi). Rekomendasi usulan perbaikan yang dapat diberikan yaitu menerapkan sistem produksi serta inspeksi kualitas yang lebih ketat/terukur selama proses produksi berlangsung guna memastikan bahwa setiap tahap memenuhi standar yang ditetapkan atau mencegah potensi timbulnya cacat / kontaminasi pada material yang diproses.

Abstract

CV XYZ merupakan salah satu perusahaan industri pengolahan kayu berbasis plywood. Dalam manajemen perusahaan terdapat beberapa risiko pada rantai pasok yaitu ketidakmampuan supplier dalam memenuhi ketersediaan bahan baku, keterlambatan pengantaran bahan baku, breakdown mesin, dan distribusi produk terhambat. Pendekatan dengan metode SCOR dan HOR perlu dilakukan untuk meminimalisir risiko- risiko pada aliran rantai pasok perusahaan. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan 25 kejadian risiko, 28 agen risiko, 3 agen risiko prioritas, dan 9 strategi aksi mitigasi. Tiga agen risiko prioritas tersebut yaitu (A11) ketidakmampuan supplier dalam memenuhi bahan baku, (A17) ketidakpatuhan karyawan terhadap SOP, dan (A20) mesin sudah tua dan mengalami penurunan kinerja. Dengan (PA2) yaitu penetapan kontrak tertulis dengan supplier sebagai strategi aksi mitigasi dengan peringkat tertinggi.Kata kunci: House Of Risk, Manajemen Risiko Rantai Pasok, SCOR
