Abstract

The wrong body position of workers while working can cause the risk of work accidents and cause complaints of illness, which will have a direct impact on reducing the worker's work productivity. To anticipate this, companies can improve work processes and activities to reduce risks or musculoskeletal complaints experienced by workers. Through the Quick Exposure Check (QEC) method carried out on workers, especially in the production section, workers' complaints due to incorrect work posture in the musculoskeletal area (back, shoulders, neck, arms and wrists) will be known so that recommendations can be made regarding process improvements. work for production workers and can reduce the risk of work-related injuries from the results of this analysis. From the research results, it was found that the QEC value for workers carrying out grinding/chopping, washing and drying work processes and activities was 65.34%; 60.79% and 64.77%, so there is a need for continued research and changes to workers' work processes and activities. With these changes, workers will be able to do work comfortably and reduce the risk of injury or musculoskeletal complaints in workers when doing work. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze service quality based on customer satisfaction and determine the factors that affect service quality to get solutions to the causes of problems based on service quality. This research will use the servqual method to measure service quality with the level of perceptions and expectations of consumers in the services provided by service providers. Furthermore, the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method is used in measuring the level of importance and performance so that companies can find out the attributes that need to be improved and maintained in services based on Cartesian diagrams and will produce a basis for customer satisfaction. After that, Fishbone Diagram is used to analyze the consequences by finding and describing the factors that cause existing problems. Then, improvement proposals are given and submitted by PDAM to be followed up by PDAM Kab.Banggai. The results of the Service Quality analysis of the quality of service of PDAM Kab. Banggai obtained a negative Gap in the Reliability dimension at attribute B5 (-1.200), in the Responsiveness dimension obtained a negative Gap at attribute C1 (-1.140), at attribute C2 with a negative Gap (-1.120) and in the Assurance dimension with a negative Gap (-0.560). The results of the analysis using Importance Performance Analysis obtained 4 attributes that are included in the top priority for improvement, namely the attributes contained in quadrant I. For further research, it is expected to conduct research to implement the proposed improvements given and analyze the quality of service after implementing the proposed improvements given by the author so that the effectiveness of the services that have been implemented can be known.

Abstract

PT. Leo Textile adalah sebuah perusahaan kepemilikian swasta, didirikan pada Agustus 1999 yang berada di Jawa Timur. PT. Leo Textile bergerak di bidang industri tekstil (pemintalan) berupa benang sebagai produk hasil akhirnya, dengan berbagai jenis dan nomor disesuiakan dengan standar tertentu sesuai permintaan konsumen, dengan pemasaran lokal maupun ekspor. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh, pada proses produksi di PT. Leo Textile didapati permasalahan terkait produk yang dihasilkan (benang), yakni jumlah kecacatan (defect) yang melebihi standar yang ditetapkan sebesar 2%. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini ialah untuk menganalisis penyebab (defect) yang terjadi pada benang yang ditimbulkan dalam proses produksi di PT. Leo Textile serta merekomendasikan usulan perbaikan dalam upaya mengurangi cacat pada produk benang. Dalam penyelesaian permasalahan ini peneliti mengaplikasikan metode Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) serta metode 5W +1H sebagai rancangan dalam evaluasi untuk perbaikan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pada jenis benang regular PE 10 yang memiliki jumlah cacat tertinggi dengan jenis kecacatan yang paling mendominasi yaitu cacat slub/gelombang. Diketahui akibat timbulnya kecacatan yang menjadi prioritas untuk diperbaiki yaitu disebabkan oleh faktor material terkait kualitas bahan baku (kotor/terkontaminasi). Rekomendasi usulan perbaikan yang dapat diberikan yaitu menerapkan sistem produksi serta inspeksi kualitas yang lebih ketat/terukur selama proses produksi berlangsung guna memastikan bahwa setiap tahap memenuhi standar yang ditetapkan atau mencegah potensi timbulnya cacat / kontaminasi pada material yang diproses.

Abstract

CV XYZ merupakan salah satu perusahaan industri pengolahan kayu berbasis plywood. Dalam manajemen perusahaan terdapat beberapa risiko pada rantai pasok yaitu ketidakmampuan supplier dalam memenuhi ketersediaan bahan baku, keterlambatan pengantaran bahan baku, breakdown mesin, dan distribusi produk terhambat. Pendekatan dengan metode SCOR dan HOR perlu dilakukan untuk meminimalisir risiko- risiko pada aliran rantai pasok perusahaan. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan 25 kejadian risiko, 28 agen risiko, 3 agen risiko prioritas, dan 9 strategi aksi mitigasi. Tiga agen risiko prioritas tersebut yaitu (A11) ketidakmampuan supplier dalam memenuhi bahan baku, (A17) ketidakpatuhan karyawan terhadap SOP, dan (A20) mesin sudah tua dan mengalami penurunan kinerja. Dengan (PA2) yaitu penetapan kontrak tertulis dengan supplier sebagai strategi aksi mitigasi dengan peringkat tertinggi.Kata kunci: House Of Risk, Manajemen Risiko Rantai Pasok, SCOR

Abstract

This study was conducted at PT. XYZ to evaluate and reduce the risk of musculoskeletal disorders among host streamers through the design of ergonomic workstations. The research method used was a quantitative case study approach, with the population consisting of employees at PT. XYZ who worked as host streamers. Primary data were collected through observation, questionnaires, guidelines, and interviews. Posture measurements were taken using the REBA (Rapid Entire Body Assessment) and RULA (Rapid Upper Limb Assessment) methods. The results indicated that prior to the intervention, host streamers had REBA and RULA scores that signified a high risk of musculoskeletal disorders, particularly in the neck, shoulders, back, and legs. After implementing an adjustable live streaming workstation design, along with adjustments to lighting and microphone positions, there was a significant decrease in the REBA and RULA scores. The REBA score decreased from 10 to 1, and the average RULA score dropped from 7 to 3. This indicated a significant reduction in the risk of musculoskeletal disorders. This indicates a significant reduction in the risk of musculoskeletal disorders. Thus, designing an adjustable ergonomic workbench significantly reduces the risk of musculoskeletal disorders in host streamers at PT XYZ and improves worker comfort.

Abstract

PT. B faces challenges in managing its raw material inventory due to fluctuations indemand and supply uncertainty, which can lead to excess or shortages. Thisnegatively impacts operational costs, customer service, and production continuity.Therefore, systematic and accurate inventory management is essential to reducewaste and the risk of supply chain disruptions. Forecasting methods such as movingaverages and exponential smoothing are used to predict raw material needs based onhistorical data and demand patterns. This study analyzes the application of theseforecasting methods at PT. B to find a more effective and efficient inventory controlsolution. Based on the selected forecast, the estimated demand for the upcomingperiod is estimated to be around 180,000 pcs of Ambri cigarette products. Abstract

Abstract:  This community service activity aims to improve the quality of the packaging of D'Klotiq Klompen Batik Etniq UMKM products through mentoring the implementation of more informative, attractive packaging designs that are in accordance with the characteristics of klompen as a traditional product. The main problem faced by partners is the use of simple packaging without brand identity and limited understanding of graphic design, branding and packaging material selection. The implementation method consists of three stages, namely observation and needs analysis, concept design, and implementation. The observation stage is carried out through interviews and surveys of the production process, as well as identifying the initial conditions of the packaging. The design stage focuses on creating alternative logo and packaging designs which are then discussed and revised with partners. Implementation is carried out by presenting packaging prototypes as applicable examples for UMKM. The results of the activity show that UMKM obtain a visual identity in the form of a new logo and a more representative and functional packaging design, which emphasizes wood and batik elements as the characteristics of klompen. The resulting design is expected to be able to increase the added value of the product, strengthen branding and increase consumer appeal, thus potentially increasing the competitiveness of UMKM in the local and national markets.Abstrak: Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas kemasan produk UMKM D’Klotiq Klompen Batik Etniq melalui pendampingan penerapan desain kemasan yang lebih informatif, menarik dan sesuai dengan karakteristik klompen sebagai produk tradisional. Permasalahan utama mitra adalah penggunaan kemasan sederhana tanpa identitas merek serta keterbatasan pemahaman mengenai desain grafis, branding dan pemilihan material kemasan. Metode pelaksanaan terdiri dari tiga tahap, yaitu observasi dan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan konsep, dan implementasi. Tahap observasi dilakukan melalui wawancara dan survei proses produksi, serta mengidentifikasi kondisi awal kemasan. Tahap perancangan berfokus pada pembuatan alternatif desain logo dan kemasan yang kemudian didiskusikan dan direvisi Bersama mitra. Implementasi dilakukan dengan penyajian prototipe kemasan sebagai contoh aplikatif bagi UMKM. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa UMKM memperoleh identitas visual berupa logo baru serta desain kemasan yang lebih representatif dan fungsional, yang menonjolkan unsur kayu dan batik sebagai ciri khas klompen. Desain yang dihasilkan diharapkan mampu meningkatkan nilai tambah produk, memperkuat branding dan meningkatkan daya tarik konsumen, sehingga berpotensi meningkatkan daya saing UMKM di pasar local maupun nasional.

Abstract

The packaging is one of the industrial tasks in beverage an industry which is repetitive and monotonous with the same position throughout the day. In order to complete the packaging process, the workers do the tasks in sitting position during one work shift. Sitting position at work is commonly applied in both service and manufacturing industry. This position is mostly applied because it is considered to make a worker feel comfortable in finishing the task. Being supported by a comfortable physical work environment, a worker may sit in long hours during the workday. The aim of the study was to determine the level of productivity of the task done in the prolonged sitting position and affected by the work environment and level of fatigue. With software of SPPS 22 using analysis double correlation test, it was obtained that the value of Sig. F Change 0.027. The software analysis showed that the physical work environment and fatigue influenced packaging productivity significantly. R (the value of Pearson Correlation) obtained was 0.742 which means that there is a strong correlation between free variable (X) and bound variable (Y).R (the value of Pearson Correlation) obtained was 0.742 which means that there is strong correlation between free variable (X) and bound variable (Y).

Abstract

Paguyuban Lentera Kasih merupakan salah satu paguyuban yang menangani anak-anak berkebutuhan khusus atau penyandang disabilitas yang berada di wilayah Kecamatan Blimbing – Kota Malang. Kecamatan Blimbing adalah kecamatan pertama di Kota Malang yang memiliki paguyuban orang tua penyandang disabilitas seperti ini, dimana terdapat 187 penyandang disabilitas yang membutuhkan pendampingan dan konseling. Dari penyandang disabilitas tersebut, banyak diantara mereka yang mampu berkreasi dalam membuat produk kerajinan tangan dan barang seni lainnya (misalnya: lukisan, taplak meja, keset, dll). Permasalahan yang muncul adalah belum maksimalnya proses pemasaran dari produk atau kreasi penyandang disabilitas tersebut. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah pembuatan perangkat lunak website profile Paguyuban Lentera Kasih yang telah disesuaikan dengan permintaan dan kebutuhan, kemudian dilakukan pelatihan serta pendampingan untuk pengoperasian dan pengelolaan website profile tersebut. Dalam website tersebut akan ditampilkan profil paguyuban, katalog dari produk kreasi penyandang disabilitas, talenta (bakat) yang dimiliki oleh penyandang disabilitas dan contact person dari pengurus paguyuban. Pembuatan website profile Paguyuban Lentera Kasih akan berfungsi sebagai media atau sarana pemasaran secara elektronik (online) yang telah menggunakan teknologi informasi untuk menampilkan katalog produk-produk kreasi dari penyandang disabilitas, sehingga masyarakat luas dapat melihat dan membeli produk-produk dalam katalog tersebut.

Abstract

Hospitals are high-risk workplaces that require a comprehensive Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3RS) to protect healthcare workers, patients, visitors, and the hospital environment. This study aims to analyze the implementation of SMK3RS at Karsa Husada Regional General Hospital, Batu City, East Java, with a focus on hazard identification, risk assessment, and risk control in three priority units: CSSD and Laundry, Hospital Facilities and Infrastructure Management Unit (IPSRS), and the Laboratory and Blood Bank Unit (BDRS). This research employed a case study approach involving 70 workers, with 60 respondents selected through stratified random sampling using the Slovin formula. Data were collected through questionnaires, in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, and document analysis. Instrument reliability was tested using Cronbach’s Alpha (? > 0.70). Hazard and risk analysis were conducted using Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control (HIRARC), and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). The results showed that the Laboratory and BDRS unit had the highest risk exposure, with two activities categorized as extreme risk, while the IPSRS unit had one extreme-risk activity related to working at heights without adequate PPE. Eight failure modes were identified as priority hazards requiring immediate control. Recommended corrective actions were formulated based on the Hierarchy of Controls, including elimination, substitution, engineering controls, administrative controls, and PPE compliance. In conclusion, the implementation of SMK3RS at the hospital still requires strengthening, particularly in high-risk units, to improve occupational safety performance and compliance with Minister of Health Regulation No. 66 of 2016.
