Abstract

ABSTRACT                 Stress Management (How To Turn Stress Into High Productivity). If you are living with high level of stress, you are putting your entire well-being at risk. It narrows your ability to think clearly, function effectively, and enjoy life. It may seem that there is nothing you can do about stress. Effective stress management help you break the hold stress has on your life, so you can be happier, healthier, and more productive. The ultimate goal is a balanced life, with time for work, relationships, rileksation and fun, and the resilience to hold up under pressure and meet challenges head on. Stress management starts with identifying the sources of stress in your life, this isn’t as straightforward as it sounds. While it’s easy to identify major stressors such as changing jobs, moving, or going through a divorce, pinpointing the sources of chronic stress can be more complicated. It’s all too easy to overlook how your own thoughts, feelings, and behaviors contribute to your everyday stress levels.A stress journal can help you identify the regular stressors in your life and the way you deal with them. Each time you feel stressed, keep track of it in your journal or use a stress tracker on your phone. The following stress management tips in this article can help you to overcome the stress in your life.

Abstract

Indonesia is a pluralistic country with a population of 269 million. Nowadays,it coincide with exploded population faced with unemployment problem. Based on BPS data, in 2018 the  unemployment problem came from high school graduate. This research aim to determine career choices for career planning. The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is a psychometric personality test that has been widely used to help people choose the career field that best targets the participants are 8th grade students from SMK Santo Lukas North Jakarta, the method psychology through the MBTI test. Measurements were made through questionnaires that contained questions in previous studies with inventory self-report techniques from Cohen for reporting self-condition regarding the lives of one's testicles. The MBTI test was conducted by asking students to obtain a questionnaire, which would then be processed and it is known the personality is then announced with the appropriate type of work. Each result of the questionnaire was submitted and approved, so that all students were satisfied with the learning they had obtained at that time.

Abstract

The demand of labour scarcity problem had been surge while the availability of labour market outpacing the available job. The data from BPS (2020) shows people graduated from higher school had a largest contribution compared from the other. Looking at this situation Indonesia ministry of industry (Kemenperin) recall an action to give an outlook of Industrial Revolution as an opportunity to drive more entrepreneur in Indonesia. It believes, Indonesia have a prolific people to compete the other South East Asian Country. However, the novelty of COVID-19 pandemic hardly hit many sector business, some of business also furlough or even to rid off their employee. As a result, negative growth is unavoidable, in April- June accounted to decreased -5,32% at least to be compared economic performance in year-to-year period. In order to cope the foresee situation, this community services had an initiative to emerged entrepreneurial leadership in industrial revolution era for higher education student. The aim of this services are to creating a young entrepreneur in future. Furthermore, two communication seminar was held in online media via (google meet) in Monday, mei 4th 2020 at 11.00pm until 13.00 pm.  As a result, a positive feedback given by the student and they suggested to recall again with the specific issue in entrepreneurship area.

Abstract

A shoe distributor company is a company engaged in the distribution of shoes to consumers. In its daily practice, shoe distributor companies have not implemented the IT Security Policy properly. Then the Community Service program is carried out with the aim of enforcing the established information security policy. The method is in the form of exposing material to shoe distributor companies regarding the importance of having and implementing an IT Security Policy, especially an IT Security Policy on Hardware. The implementation of the program was carried out in two major stages, namely the pre-implementation stage where the research team received data on company problems, conducted an analysis of these problems, prepared presentation materials/materials and the implementation stage where the PKM implementing team coordinated and executed the PKM material presentation activities. The presentation of the material was carried out face to face at the Head Office of the shoe distributor company. The activity began with an opening & introductory session, followed by presentation of material, which was divided into five major topics, namely explanation of system security, explanation of Policy, Standards, Procedures, Guidelines, explanation of Sample Template Policy, Standards, Procedures, Guidelines, explanation of Hardware security, and explanation of company Case Study. Then, the activity continued in the question-and-answer session and after that continued with the evaluation activities carried out by filling out the Google feedback link in the program implementation form for the participants. The results obtained in the PKM activities were that the implementation was carried out well and was beneficial for the shoe distributor company with several suggestions for improvement, namely the delivery of material that could be slower, examples that were more specific and appropriate.
