Abstract

This research is based on the computer network learning process carried out by the teacher  and students delivering material that is done in conventional ways such as  lectures and books make students less active so that it results in lower student grades  not good. To overcome this problem, a media was developed  learning to use Android is more effective, efficient, and can improve  enthusiasm and student learning outcomes. This research was conducted to describe the process of development of learning media and measuring the level of effectiveness and feasibility  learning media for computer network class x odd semester at SMA N 1 Ambarawa. The purpose of the research is to increase students' interest in learning by using  information and communication technology, especially Smartphones in the form of applications  android. This study uses themethod Research and Development with the model  development waterfall which has several stages of requirements analysis, system design,  implementation, system testing and maintenance. This product design includes data,  navigation, flowchart and user interface. With data collection techniques carried out  by means of observation, interviews and questionnaires. The results showed that material expert validation got a score of 96%,  while for validation by media experts get 89% so it can be concluded  that the development of learning media is very valid with very good criteria for  used. Percentage of respondents by students with practicality test average results  a percentage of  85.5% can be concluded that the development of learning media  Android-based is very practical with very good criteria for use.Suggestions that can be given should be from SMA N 1 Ambarawa to get  apply learning media using android to students as  one of the supporters of the learning process.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Skabies dan herpes merupakan penyakit kulit yang masih menjadi masalah kesehatan di masyarakat, khususnya di lingkungan dengan tingkat kepadatan penduduk tinggi dan penerapan Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) yang rendah. Kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat tentang penyebab, cara penularan, dan pencegahan kedua penyakit ini dapat meningkatkan angka kejadian. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan warga dalam mencegah skabies dan herpes melalui edukasi serta simulasi penerapan PHBS. Metode yang digunakan meliputi ceramah interaktif, diskusi, pembagian leaflet, dan simulasi praktik PHBS yang benar, diikuti oleh 30 peserta warga Kelurahan Tanjung Raya di Posyandu Lestari 3. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur peningkatan pengetahuan, serta observasi langsung keterampilan peserta dalam simulasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan rata-rata skor pengetahuan dari 62,3 menjadi 88,5 (peningkatan 26,2 poin). Selain itu, 90% peserta mampu mempraktikkan langkah PHBS dengan benar sesuai panduan. Kesimpulan kegiatan ini terbukti efektif meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam  pencegahan skabies dan herpes. Kata Kunci:  Skabies, Herpes, PHBS.  ABSTRACT Scabies and herpes are skin diseases that remain a health problem in the community, especially in areas with high population density and low implementation of Clean and Healthy Living Behaviours (PHBS). Lack of public knowledge about the causes, transmission, and prevention of these two diseases can increase their incidence. This community service activity aims to enhance residents' knowledge and skills in preventing scabies and herpes through education and simulations of CHLS implementation. The methods used included interactive lectures, discussions, leaflet distribution, and simulations of proper PHBS practices, attended by 30 residents of Tanjung Raya Village at the Lestari 3 Health Post. Evaluation was conducted through pre-tests and post-tests to measure knowledge improvement, as well as direct observation of participants' skills in the simulations. The results of the activity showed an increase in the average knowledge score from 62.3 to 88.5 (an increase of 26.2 points). In addition, 90% of participants were able to practise PHBS steps correctly according to the guidelines. The conclusion of this activity proved to be effective in increasing the community's understanding and skills in preventing scabies and herpes. Keywords: Scabies, Herpes, PHBS

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to briefly analyze the strategies, challenges, and impacts of internalizing Islamic economic values in improving digital literacy and shaping entrepreneurial ethics based on the values of justice (al-‘adl), honesty (al-sidq), trustworthiness, and benefit (al-maslahah). This study discusses the internalization of Islamic economic values in the development of digital literacy and entrepreneurial ethics through an Islamic values education approach in the Arab community in Palembang City. This study is motivated by the importance of digital literacy as a means of economic empowerment for Muslim communities in the era of technological transformation, as well as a medium for learning Islamic values and morality in business activities. This research is qualitative with a phenomenological approach; the research data were obtained from in-depth interviews with 15 informants, consisting of business actors, community leaders, and consumers, supplemented by participatory observation and documentation of the digital activities of the business community. The analysis was conducted interactively using the Miles and Huberman model with reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing, as well as triangulation of sources and methods to ensure validity. The results show that the level of digital literacy among business actors varies, influenced by factors such as generation, social trust, and community support. The internalization of Islamic economic values has been proven to strengthen ethical awareness, increase consumer trust, and encourage fair and sustainable entrepreneurial behavior. This study contributes to the development of a digital literacy-based Islamic values education model that integrates business ethics and entrepreneurial spirituality.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Hirschsprung is a disorder of the lower large intestine from the anus to the upper intestine and is congenital in the lower part of the colon connected to the rectosigmoid in toddlers who expereience pst operative hirchprung after   surgery there is a surgical wound in the lower left abdomen, impaired skin integrity can be a major problem. And for that, help is needed to overcome post operative wounds so tht impaired skin integrity can improve again. The purpose of this study was to describe the application of nursing in post operative hirschprung. The research method used with a case study design and the number of respondents was two clients with the criteria of client who experienced impaired skin integrity in hirschprung. The results showed that impaierd skin integrity in both clients could be resolved for 3 days which was indicated by improved skin integrity, improved skin elasticity, no signs of infections. Conclusion: by providing wound care with sterile and on sterile techniques. Post operative hirschprung wounds improved. Keywords: Nursing Action Aplication, Patient, Hirschprung.  ABSTRAK Hirschsprung merupakan kelainan pada usus besar paling bawah mulai anus sampai usus bagian atas dan bersifat kongenital pada bagian bawah kolon yang terhubung dengan rectosigmoid. Pada anak usia balita yang mengalami post operatif hirschsprung setelah melakukan tindakan operasi ada luka operasi di abdomen kiri bawah, gangguan integritas kulit dapat menjadi masalah utama. Dan untuk itu perlu bantuan untuk mengatasi luka post operatif sehingga gangguan integritas kulit dapat kembali membaik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menggambarkan aplikasikeperawatan pada post operatif hirschsprung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dengan desain studi kasus dan jumlah reponden dua klien dengan kriteria klien yang mengalami gangguan integritas kulit pada hirschsprung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan gangguan integritas kulit pada kedua klien dapat terselesaikan selama 3 hari yang ditandai dengan integritas kulit membaik, elastisitas kulit membaik, tidak ada tanda-tanda infeksi. Kesimpulan : Dengan memberikan perawatan luka secara tekhni steril dan on steril maka luka post operatif hirscprung  membaik. Kata Kunci: Aplikasi Tindakan Keperawatan, Pasien, Hirschprung.
