Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas POC keong mas terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil padi sawah varietas Ciherang. Pelaksanaan penelitian dimulai bulan April sampai dengan Agustus 2018, bertempat di Desa Sumber Sari, Kecamatan Kota Bangun, Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara. Penelitian disusun dalam Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan 3 ulangan. Faktor perlakuan adalah POC keong mas (k) yang terdiri atas 7 taraf, yaitu tanpa POC keong mas (k0), POC keong mas dengan konsentrasi 7 ml L-1 air (k1), POC keong mas dengan konsentrasi 14 ml L-1 air (k2), POC keong mas dengan kosentrasi 21 ml L-1 air (k3), POC keong mas dengan konsentrasi 28 ml L-1 air (k4), POC keong mas dengan kosentrasi 35 ml L-1 air (k5), dan POC keong mas dengan konsentrasi 42 ml L-1 air (k6). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan POC keong mas berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman 20 dan 40 hari setelah tanam (HST), jumlah anakan 42 HST, anakan produktif, umur berbunga 80 %, jumlah gabah per malai dan hasil gabah kering giling ha-1, tetapi berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman umur 1 minggu sebelum panen. Perlakuan POC keong mas dengan konsentrasi 35 ml L-1 air (k5) memberikan hasil gabah kering giling terendah yaitu 5,22±0,98 t ha-1 dan rata-rata hasil tertinggi gabah kering giling diperoleh dari perlakuan POC keong mas dengan konsentrasi 42 ml L-1 air (k6) yaitu sebanyak 6,39±0,50 t ha-1.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of Jago Tani's NPK on the growth and yield of soybeans (Glycine max (L) Merill). This research started from August 2020 to November 2020 at Rempanga Village, Loa Kulu District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency. This study was arranged in a randomized block design (RAK) with three replications. The treatment level of Jago Tani NPK administration consisted of 7 levels, namely j0 (without urine/control), j1 (giving NPK 2 ml/liter), j2 (giving NPK 4 ml/liter of water), j3 (giving NPK 6 ml/liter), j4 (administration of NPK 8 ml/liter), j5 (administration of NPK 10 ml/liter) and j6 (administration of NPK 12 ml/liter) The results of the Jago Tani NPK study had no significant effect on the parameters of plant height, age of flowering plants, number of pods per plant, dry seed weight per plot, weight of 100 seeds (g) and yield per hectare (t ha-1). The average yield per hectare (t ha-1), the highest was obtained from treatment j3 (6 ml/liter) with a yield of 2,7797 t ha-1, while the lowest was from treatment j5 (10 ml/liter) with a yield of 2,0760 t ha-1.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of NPK phonska fertilizer and chicken manure on the growth and yield of sweet corn (Zea mays Saccharata Sturt). This research started from November 2021 to January 2022, carried out in Jonggon Jaya village, Loa Kulu Sub District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency, East Kalimantan Province. The study was arranged in a Factorial Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) consisting of 2 factors and repeated three times. The first factor was Phonska NPK fertilizer (p), which consisted of four levels, namely p0 (without treatment), p1 (150 kg ha-1), p2 (300 kg ha-1), p3 (450 kg ha-1). The second factor was the application of chicken manure (s) which consisted of four levels, namely s0 (without treatment), s1 (10 t ha-1), s2 (20 t ha-1) and s3 (30 t ha-1). The results showed that Phonska NPK fertilizer had no significant effect on all observation parameters. The highest average yield on cob weight per hectare was p1 (150 kg ha-1) 14.07 t ha-1. Meanwhile, for the lowest treatment, the average weight of cob weight per hectare was 12.96 t ha-1, namely in treatment p2 (300 kg ha-1). The results showed that chicken manure had no significant effect on all observation parameters. The highest average yield on cob weight per hectare was s1 (10 tons ha-1) 14.17 t ha-1. Meanwhile, for the lowest treatment, the average weight of cob weight per hectare was 13.09 t ha-1, namely the s3 treatment (30 tons ha-1). The results of the interaction between NPK phonska fertilizer and chicken manure had no significant effect on all observation parameters. The highest yield of cob weight per hectare was in the s2p1 treatment with an average yield of 14.83 t ha-1 and the lowest yield of cob weight per hectare was in the s3p2 treatment with an average yield of 9.52 t ha-1.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to assess the effect of different potassium doses and fertilizer sources on growth rate and time of bulb formation of garlic (Allium sativum L.). The research was conducted in April to Agustus 2019 in Sidomukti Village, Bandungan District, Semarang Regency and at Ecology and Crop Production Laboratory, Faculty of Animal and Agricultural Sciences, Diponegoro University, Semarang. The research used a factorial randomized block design with three groups. The first factor was the dose of potassium fertilizer which consisted of a dose of  60 kg K2O/ha, 120 kg K2O/ha, 180 kg K2O/ha, and 240 kg K2O/ha. The second factor was the source of potassium fertilizer which consisted of KCl, ZK, and KNO3. Parameters that collect were time of bulb formation, growth rate, relative growth rate, and potassium absorption of bulb. The data obtained were analyzed by analysis of variance and obtained further by the Duncan test (Duncan's Multiple Range Test) at a significance level of 5%. The results showed that the application of ZK and KNO3 fertilizers at 240 kg K2O/ha had been able to increase the growth rate and the relative growth rate. The higher dose of fertilizer was increasing of potassium absorption of the bulb and made time of bulb formation getting slower.   References Ahmed, M. E., El-Kader, N. I. Abstract

This research aimed to assess the effect of Naphthalene Acetic Acid (NAA) and nitrogen fertilizer on the growth of sugarcane (Saccharum officinarum L.) bud chips. The research was conducted using a 4 x 4 factorial design with the basis of a completely randomized design (CRD) of 3 replications. The first factor was the concentration of NAA which consisted of 0 ppm (without NAA), 50 ppm, 100 ppm, and 150 ppm. The second factor was the dose of nitrogen fertilizer which consisted of a dose of 45 kgN/ha, 90 kg N/ha, 135 kg N/ha, and 180 kg N/ha. The growth parameters observed included plant height, number of leaves, tillers, root dry weight, and shoot dry weight. The data were analyzed by analysis of variance and continued with Duncan’s test (Duncan’s Multiple Range Test) at a 5% level. The results showed that the application of NAA could not increase the growth of sugarcane bud chips on all parameters. Application of nitrogen fertilizer at a dose of 45 kg N/ha could increase plant height growth, number of leaves, root dry weight, and shoot dry weight. Nitrogen fertilizer with a dose of 180 kg N/ha reduced the growth of sugarcane bud chips. The higher dose of nitrogen fertilizer inhibited the growth of sugarcane bud chips.

Abstract

MSMEs, infrastructure and cooperatives were the determining factors for economic growth. Good and stable economic growth would have an impact on people's welfare. Economic growth was a process not an economic picture at a dynamic time of an economy. This study aimedd to describe the influence of MSMEs on economic growth, describe the influence of infrastructure on economic growth, describe the effect of cooperatives on economic growth and described MSMEs, Infrastructure and cooperatives on the economic growth of DKI Jakarta. The method used is a quantitative method. The data was taken from the national statistical center for the period 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019. The data was processed using SPSS 21. Prerequisite tests include normality test, homoenity test and heteroscedasticity test. Hypothesis testing includes t test, F test and coefficient of determination. The results showed that MSMEs had an effect on economic growth, Infrastructure had an effect on economic growth, cooperatives had an effect on economic growth and MSMEs, infrastructure, cooperatives had a simultaneous effect on economic growth in DKI.The implication of the result was Expansion of job opportunities and employment. Formation of Gross Domestic Product (GDP). Provision of safety nets, especially for low-income people to carry out productive economic activities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui respon bibit tanaman kelor terhadap media tanam dan pemberian ZPT Ratu Biogen. Penelitian ini dimulai dari bulan Oktober sampai Desember 2021, bertempat di Kelurahan Jahab, Kecamatan Tenggarong, Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) yang terdiri atas 2 faktor dan diulang sebanyak 3 kali. Perlakuan media tanam sebagai faktor pertama (M) terdiri atas 4 taraf, yaitu m0 (tanah), m1 (tanah + sekam bakar = 1:2), m2 (tanah + sekam bakar = 2:2), m3 (tanah + sekam bakar = 3:2). Perlakuan ZPT Ratu Biogen sebagai faktor kedua (B) terdiri atas 3 taraf, yaitu b0 (kontrol), b1 (2 ml L-1 air), b2 (4 ml L-1 air). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa respon bibit kelor dari media tanam sangat nyata terhadap parameter tinggi tanaman umur 15, 30 dan 45 HST, diameter batang umur 15 dan 45 HST; berpengaruh nyata terhadap parameter umur muncul tunas, jumlah daun umur 15 HST, serta diameter batang umur 30 HST; dan berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap parameter jumlah daun umur 30 dan 45 HST. Respon bibit kelor dari pemberian ZPT Ratu Biogen berpengaruh nyata terhadap parameter tinggi tanaman umur 30 HST dan berpengaruh tidak nyata pada parameter pengamatan umur muncul tunas, jumlah daun umur 15, 30 dan 45 HST, tinggi tanaman umur 15 dan 45 HST, dan diameter batang 15, 30 dan 45 HST. Interaksi antara media tanam dan ZPT Ratu Biogen berpengaruh tidak nyata pada semua parameter pengamatan.
