Abstract

Human resources as labor or employees play an important role in improving productivity and achievement of predetermined objectives. Efforts to mobilize labor are an important task for agencies. In this case the agency should be able to do coaching on employees so that they want to perform work activities effectively and efficiently. By conducting coaching on employees, will be obtained by qualified, competent, reliable, have high morale to achieve a goal that leads to work performance. The result of data analysis with multiple linear regression analysis method Y = 5.567 + 0,105X1 + 0,967X2 + 0,450X3 + 1,078X4 + 0,164X5 + e, it means that every improvement of motivation variable consist of X1, X2, X3, X4, X5 for one unit then it will also increase the productivity at the Department of Population and Civil Registration Kab. Asahan of 0.105, 0.967, 0.450, 1.078, and 0.164 units.

Abstract

Penyaluran dana di perbankan memiliki pengaruh yang sangat besar terhadap kehidupan ekonomi masyarakat. Dengan adanya penyaluran dana ke masyarakat baik dari perbankan konvensional maupun perbankan syariah, masyarakat dapat menggunakan dana tersebut untuk kegiatan usahanya baik mikro maupun makro yang berdampak terhadap tumbuhnya perekonomian Indonesia. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yaitu untuk menganalisis pengaruh kredit perbankan konvensional dan pembiayaan perbankan syariah terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia selama 10 tahun dari tahun 2009 sampai dengan tahun 2018. Tahapan metode yang akan dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah diagram alir penelitian, pengumpulan data, studi pustaka, identifikasi masalah, praproses, analisis data (analisis data yang digunakan yaitu regresi linier berganda, uji normalitas, uji asumsi klasik (uji multikolinearitas dan uji autokorelasi), uji statistik (koefisien determinasi (R2), uji F statistik, dan uji t statistik), hasil analisis data, evaluasi akhir, dan pendekatan penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu variabel kredit perbankan konvensional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) dan variabel pembiayaan perbankan syariah tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB). Kemudian variabel kredit perbankan konvensional dan variabel pembiayaan perbankan syariah secara simultan signifikan mempengaruhi variabel Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB).

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki latar belakang yaitu untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh pembiayaan musyarakah Bank Umum Syariah dan pembiayaan mudharabah Bank Umum Syariah terhadap Return on Asset Bank Umum Syariah selama 48 bulan yaitu mulai dari bulan Januari tahun 2016 sampai bulan Desember tahun 2019. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yaitu untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh pembiayaan musyarakah Bank Umum Syariah dan pembiayaan mudharabah Bank Umum Syariah terhadap Return on Asset Bank Umum Syariah selama 48 bulan yaitu mulai dari bulan Januari tahun 2016 sampai bulan Desember tahun 2019. Variabel pembiayaan musyarakah Bank Umum Syariah dan variabel pembiayaan mudharabah Bank Umum Syariah secara simultan signifikan mempengaruhi variabel Return on Asset Bank Umum Syariah.

Abstract

This study aims to identify how self-concept in beauty clinic consumers. This research is descriptive in nature and uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used were observation and interviews. The subjects consisted of 4 people characterized by women aged 20-28 years who visited the beauty clinic. Based on the interviews obtained, the results showed that subjects 1 and 3 did not feel they had the ideal self so the subjects felt dissatisfied with their condition and treated at the beauty clinic. Subjects 2 and 4 feel they have an ideal self by showing that physicality is not a standard in their lives, so visiting a beauty clinic is not a necessity for them but rather just looking after it. Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a significant influence between the amount of third party funds and the number of offices on Islamic Commercial Bank financing, and how much effect between the amount of third party funds on Islamic Commercial Bank financing and between the number of offices on Islamic Commercial Bank financing. The research design used is a quantitative research design using multiple linear regression analysis techniques supported by classical assumption tests and hypothesis testing with the help of the SPSS version 19 program. The samples of this study are the amount of third party funds, number of offices, and financing of Islamic Commercial Banks from January 2018 to December 2020. The results showed that simultaneously or simultaneously the amount of third party funds and the number of offices had a significant and positive effect on Islamic Commercial Bank financing based on the F test where Fcount > Ftable (265,455 > 3,28), while the significant level was 0,000 < 0,05. Partially, the factors that significantly effect the financing of Islamic Commercial Banks are the factor of the amount of third party funds where tcount > ttable (16,821 > 2,032) and the significance is 0,000 < 0,05. While the variable number of offices has a significance of 0,114 > 0,05, and the value of t count < ttable (-1,625 < 2,032). This means that the variable number of offices does not have a significant effect on Islamic Commercial Bank financing. Variations in factors that affect the financing of Islamic Commercial Banks are explained by the independent variables, the amount of third party funds and the number of offices which together explain the effect of 94,1%. While the remaining 5,9% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Coal has good skills and attitudes in work, such as being able to work well with co-workers, so that it can improve its work effectiveness which will provide a great opportunity for employees to move forward and improve their position in the organization. Sei District Head Office District districts. The place of research was carried out at the Sei Sub-District Head Office, Kab. Coal located at Jalan Lintas Sumatra, Durian District, Kab. Coal. Research Time starts from May 2017 to July 2017. The population in this study were all employees at the Sei Sub-District Head Office, Kab. Coal, amounting to 30 people. Employees at Sei Sub-District Head Office District. Abstract

Social media now has a very important role in people's lives. Social media has a function as a tool for interacting and socializing between one individual and another. And this can be done online, which gives humans the possibility to interact without space and time limitations. Social media has a very important role in the economic industry. Especially in shopping in e-commerce. This research was conducted to find out how much influence social media has on consumers' decisions to buy the goods they want. This research method by analyzing data from methods such as questionnaires, observation and also literature study. Besides that, the quantitative method is the method used in this research. Testing the validity, reliability and also the coefficients is one way of analyzing the data obtained to see the influence of social media on consumer decisions. There is a significant influence exerted by social media on consumers' desire to shop at E-Commerce.

Abstract

Writing about the theory of decision making is made with the aim of knowing and also getting to know how the management side of decision making is in a company and also an organization. The writing and research of the journal uses the method of reviewing literature studies taken from various writings, journals and also references which are national and international standards. Decision-making theory requires a series of structured and programmed processes that produce changes to the organization in a much better direction. In making this decision, it will set goals and objectives and identify problems. Then develop and determine alternatives in the decision-making process. The results of this study will later pay attention to several models or methods and also techniques for making the right decision to apply. From the research and also the elaboration of the literature review, it can be concluded that the decision-making process itself requires stages and steps that must be passed by all parties. By knowing the types of methods and techniques for making decisions that are appropriate and appropriate so as not to cause adverse factors. In practice, this decision-making should not be influenced by things that can make the decisions taken actually harm an organization. Decisions taken must be able to help organizations achieve their targets.

Abstract

Background: The objective of every company is to generate profit, increase sales and improve the welfare of employees and shareholders. Purpose: This research aims to investigate the impact of sub-manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange on profitability, liquidity, and activity. Method: The study employed a quantitative research method and utilized purposive sampling to select 10 out of 26 companies that met the researcher's criteria. Result: The research results indicate a significant influence between profitability, liquidity, and activity on financial performance (F-test, sig value of 0.000 < 0.05, F table 2.807 > 255.546). The regression model is considered worthy of further research. Additionally, the T-test shows that profitability and liquidity have a significant effect on financial performance, while activity does not.
