Abstract: Research objectives 1) analyze the profile of sports in theMelawi Regency area, 2) analyze the condition of human resources at thefeatured sport in Melawi Regency, 3) analyze the condition of thefacilities and infrastructure owned for the featured sports in the MelawiDistrict, 4) analyzing the performance of the branch management incoaching the featured sports branch in Melawi Regency, 5) analyzinggovernment policy in setting expenditure budget funds (APBD) inimproving sports performance in Melawi District.The Data was collectedthrough interview, observation and documentation methods.Researchresult. 1) Sport coaching in Melawi Regency is still under low category;where there are only 5 sports have good performance. 2) The HumanResources of the featured sports branch in Melawi Regency are still ingood category. It is shown that the potency of athletes of the featuredsport has fulfilled the requirements, 3) Sports facilities and infrastructureof the featured sports in Melawi Regency are still in low category, wherethey are not suit the standards, 4) The management performance incoaching the team of superior sports Melawi Regency is still not good. 5)Government policy on sports in Melawi district is still in low category.The funding assistance from the Government is very minimal.Keywords: Coaching, Sports Achievement, Superior SportAbstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) menganalisis profil olahragayang ada di daerah Kabupaten Melawi, 2) menganalisis kondisi sumberdaya manusia olahraga yang di miliki pada cabang olahraga prestasiunggulan di Kabupaten Melawi, 3) menganalisis kondisi sarana danprasarana yang dimiliki pada cabang olahraga prestasi unggulan diKabupaten Melawi, 4) menganalisis kinerja manajemen pengurus cabangterhadap pembinaan prestasi pada cabang olahraga unggulan diKabupaten Melawi, 5) menganalisis kebijakan pemerintah dalammenetapkan dana anggaran pendapatan belanja (APBD) dalammeningkatkan prestasi olahraga di Kabupaten Melawi. Teknikpengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dandokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: 1) Pembinaan olahraga diKabupaten Melawi masih dikategorikan kurang. Hal ini dikarenakanhanya 5 cabang olahraga yang berprestasi, 2) Sumber daya manusia olahraga pada cabang olahraga unggulan di Kabupaten Melawi masihdikategori baik karena potensi atlet yang dimiliki cabang olahragaunggulan sudah memenuhi syarat, 3) Sarana dan prasarana olahragapada cabang olahraga unggulan di Kabupaten Melawi masihdikategorikan kurang karena tidak sesuai dengan keadaan dan standar, 4)Kinerja manajemen pengurus cabang terhadap pembinaan prestasi padacabang olahraga unggulan di Kabupaten Melawi masih kurang baikkarena kinerja dari cabang olahraga unggulan sebagian masih belum baik.5) Kebijakan pemerintah terhadap olahraga di Kabupaten Melawi masihdalam ketegori kurang karena bantuan dana dari pemerintah sangatminim.Kata Kunci : Pembinaan, Olahraga Prestasi, Unggulan

Arisan is a form of contemporary muamalah activity which basically consists of 2 functions, namely as a means for saving and accounts receivable debt. Said to be a means of saving can be seen from the existence of refunds worth the money deposited, while referred to as a means of accounts payable that is due to the existence of parties that owe and owe. The arisan money that applies in Saga Gunting Village, South Kualuh District is the arisan that determines the winner of the participant, the participant will provide meals held at the house of the participant who gets the arisan money. In this money gathering, there is a benefit taking which is a point of concern is the origin of the benefits taken in the money gathering in the form of feeding to other participants, because it is very vulnerable to have an element of qardh benefit taking in it. Qardh in Islam is allowed without any profit taking in the social gathering and does not harm each other, while taking the benefits of the social gathering in the form of meals greatly reduces the results obtained from this money arisan because of those who make the social gathering there are still participants who object to the existence of feeding. The problem in this research is how Ibnu Qudamah's concept of qardh benefit taking law. How is the management of money gathering in Saga Scissors Village and what is the law of qardh benefit taking on the practice of money gathering. The research method used is qualitative descriptive research type analysis through primary data obtained from field research and secondary data obtained from library research. The results showed that the existence of usury in the practice of money gathering. This can be seen from the imbalance between the amount of contributions paid and the amount received due to the use of food costs. Whereas Ibn Qudamah forbade any additional taking or benefits of qardh. Because actually the arisan contract is a qardh contract (accounts receivable). Thus, this money gathering has an element that is forbidden. So to avoid this, cash must be applied for the costs of the meals.

Ayamaru lake is a shallow lake located in the Maybrat district, West Papua which has a significant role in supporting the water supply, transportation, tourism, fisheries, and transit area for the migratory bird. The data and information of the trophic status and the fish potential yield in this lake should be understood before making any decisions for effective resource management to enhance fish production. The study was conducted in March and July 2019 in five sampling sites of Ayamaru lake, West Papua. Three water quality parameters were sampled for this study namely transparency, chlorophyll-a, and total phosphate. Moreover, these three parameters were used to calculate the Trophic State Index (TSI) and Fish Potential Yield. The result showed that based on the TSI value, the Ayamaru lake was categorized as a mesotrophic lake supported by its clear water. This waterbody has a fish potential yield of 56.33 kg/ha/year or 55.2 ton/year.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari apakah ada pengaruh yang signifikan latihan quarter squat jump terhadap kecepatan tendangan bola. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif jenis penelitian eksperimen dengan desain one group pretest-posttest design. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah siswa sekolah sepak bola Putra Mandiri Semarang U-12 yang berjumlah 16 atlet. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama 12 kali pertemuan dengan frekuensi latihan 4 kali seminggu. Instrumen tes penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen tes shooting. Hasil dari rata-rata pretest adalah 1051,25 dan untuk hasil dari rata-rata posttest adalah 1111. Hasil penelitian melalui uji-t paired t-test menunjukkan t hitung 6,63 < t tabel 2,13145 dan nilai signifikansi 0,001 < 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil analisis tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada Pengaruh Latihan Quarter Squat Jump Terhadap Kecepatan Tendangan Bola Pada SSB Putra Mandiri Semarang.

Writing about the theory of decision making is made with the aim of knowing and also getting to know how the management side of decision making is in a company and also an organization. The writing and research of the journal uses the method of reviewing literature studies taken from various writings, journals and also references which are national and international standards. Decision-making theory requires a series of structured and programmed processes that produce changes to the organization in a much better direction. In making this decision, it will set goals and objectives and identify problems. Then develop and determine alternatives in the decision-making process. The results of this study will later pay attention to several models or methods and also techniques for making the right decision to apply. From the research and also the elaboration of the literature review, it can be concluded that the decision-making process itself requires stages and steps that must be passed by all parties. By knowing the types of methods and techniques for making decisions that are appropriate and appropriate so as not to cause adverse factors. In practice, this decision-making should not be influenced by things that can make the decisions taken actually harm an organization. Decisions taken must be able to help organizations achieve their targets.

The purpose of this study was to determine how hand eye coordination analysis can provide accuracy in petanque shooting techniques. This review study followed PRISMA standards for systematic reviews and meta-analyses. Studies had to be published within the previous five years, from January 2020 to July 2024. This review consists of nine studies. In four research articles, it focuses on analyzing hand eye coordination on petanque shot results. Five articles were about accuracy training to improve petanque shot accuracy. This article presents an analysis of hand-eye coordination. Analyzing hand-eye coordination helps players understand how power, speed and posture affect shots, helping players achieve more accurate shots

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui analisis gerak biomekanika jump serve pada atlet bola voli putra JVC Kabupaten Grobogan. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian adalah Atlet Klub JVC di Kabupaten Grobogan dengan sampel sebanyak 10 atlet. Teknik purposive sampling digunakan dengan beberapa kriteria. Data dalam bentuk video dianalisis menggunakan aplikasi Kinovea versi 0.9.5. Hasil pada fase awalan rata-rata sudut ekstensi bahu sebesar 70,40º dan sudut fleksi lutut 140,1º . Pada fase awalan akan memukul, rata-rata sudut fleksi siku yang dihasilkan sebesar 77,46º , sudut ekstensi bahu dihasilkan sebesar 138,16º dan sudut fleksi lutut yang dihasilkan sebesar 91,51º. Fase perkenaan, diperoleh nilai rata-rata sudut fleksi bahu sebesar 125,07º dan pada sudut ekstensi lutut dihasilkan rata-rata yaitu sebesar 156,64º. Kesimpulan pada fase awalan, terdapat 2 sampel yang menghasilkan sudut bahu yang efektif mendekati sudut 77,20 º, sudut lutut terdapat 2 sampel yang menghasilkan sudut efekti mendekati sudut 136,5 º. Pada fase awalan akan memukul terdapat 2 sampel yang menghasilkan sudut siku efektif mendekati angka 60 º, sudut bahu terdapat 2 sampel yang menghasilkan sudut bahu efektif mendekati sudut 134 º. Sedangkan sudut lutut yang efektif mendekati 173 º terdapat 2 sampel. Fase perkenaan tinggi loncatan yang dihasilkan dimana semakin tinggi loncatan maka semakin baik dalam menghasilkan jump serve yang mematikan, tinggi loncatan paling besar yaitu 78,54 m. Saran agar menggunakan analisis video jump serve, dengan memperhatikan setiap gerakan agar dapat mengevaluasi gerakan yang masih kurang efektif ketika melakukan jump serve.

This research discusses the factors that influence people's interest in enrolling their children in MDTA Irsyadul Islamiyah and the solutions offered to increase this interest. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The techniques used in data collection are observation, interviews and documentation. The data in this study were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman technique, namely by reducing data, displaying data, and drawing conclusions. The results show that the factors driving community interest include close proximity, the experience of parents who have attended the MDTA, invitations from relatives, good reputation of teachers, adequate facilities, and affordable tuition payment system. In contrast, the lack of interest is caused by alternative options such as afternoon tutoring, lack of encouragement from parents, the desire to teach religion themselves at home, limited facilities and infrastructure, and financial constraints. This study concludes that although MDTA Irsyadul Islamiyah has various supporting factors, there are still some obstacles that cause a lack of community interest. Therefore, the MDTA tries to increase its attractiveness by improving facilities and infrastructure, implementing a more flexible tuition payment system, waiving fees for orphans, and organizing additional activities such as recitation and tahfiz qur'an, nasyid, and sports. These steps are expected to increase community interest and expand the reach of MDTAs in the neighborhood.

This study explores the role of transformational leadership in enhancing organizational performance from a Human Resource Management (HRM) perspective. Utilizing qualitative methods, including semi-structured interviews and focus group discussions with 30 participants across various industries, the research identifies key themes that illustrate how transformational leadership behaviors influence employee motivation, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and innovation. Findings reveal that visionary leadership fosters a shared sense of purpose, while empowerment and trust enhance employee engagement and ownership. Intellectual stimulation encourages creativity and collaboration, contributing to an innovative culture. Furthermore, supportive HRM practices, such as leadership development programs and performance management systems, are crucial in nurturing transformational leaders. The results underscore the significant impact of transformational leadership on organizational effectiveness and highlight the importance of strategic HRM initiatives in cultivating leaders who can inspire teams to achieve shared goals. This research contributes to the understanding of effective leadership dynamics within organizations and offers practical implications for HRM practices aimed at fostering high-performance cultures.
