Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of buzzer marketing and brand trust on purchasing decisions for Daviena Skincare products by students of the Management Research Program Class of 2021, Universitas Buana Perjuangan Karawang. The focus of this study includes buzzer marketing activities on social media and excessive claims from Daviena that have the potential to damage customer trust. The research method used is quantitative with a survey technique through a Likert scale-based questionnaire, involving 100 respondents selected by purposive sampling. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results of the study showed that buzzer marketing had a moderate effect on purchasing decisions, while brand trust had a stronger and more significant effect. Simultaneously, these two variables were proven to influence purchasing decisions for Daviena Skincare products. These findings indicate that in the competitive skincare industry, effective buzzer marketing strategies and efforts to build brand trust can increase consumer purchasing interest. Therefore, companies are advised to maintain customer trust while continuing to utilize social media positively.

Abstract

This research examines how service quality and pricing perception affect Afifah Makeup purchases. In early 2024, internal restrictions caused a severe reduction in service and price-influenced purchase choices. This quantitative research uses multiple linear regression. Purposive sampling chose 111 clients who had utilized the service at least once for the study. SPSS 15 analyzed Likert scale questionnaire data. The findings revealed that service quality and pricing influenced perception purchases. Price dominates perception of service quality, with a regression coefficient of 0.731 against 0.263. The R Square score of 0.892 shows that these two factors explain 89.2% of purchase choices. This survey suggests Afifah Makeup enhance service and pricing transparency to attract more clients.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Certified Independent Study Internship Program (MSIB) in developing students' competencies at the Social Economic Accelerator Lab (SEAL). The identified phenomenon indicates a mismatch between the majors chosen by students and their interests and abilities, which can hinder the learning process. The research method employed is descriptive qualitative, involving data collection through interviews and observations of students, mentors, and representatives from the Merdeka Campus.The results of the study indicate a significant improvement in students' skills after participating in the internship program, with average scores increasing from 66.30 to 86.139. Additionally, participants reported a high level of satisfaction with their internship experiences, while mentors noted that students were able to apply the skills acquired in the workplace. This research confirms that the MSIB program is effective in bridging the gap between higher education and industry needs, as well as providing practical experiences that enhance students' job readiness. Recommendations for program improvement include increasing support for mentors and providing initial training for students before entering the workforce.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to understand the effect of workload and compensation on employee performance either partially or simultaneously at PT Nico Jaya Pratama. A descriptive quantitative approach is applied in this study. The population involved in this study is all employees of PT Nico Jaya Pratama, especially 185 people who work in the E Assembly department plant. The simple random sampling method in the probability sampling technique is applied in selecting samples in this study. namely all employees of PT Nico Jaya Pratama with a random system. The Slovin formula with a level of 5% is used to collect samples of 127 employees. Employee Performance is the Dependent Variable, Workload is the Independent Variable, and Compensation is the Independent Variable. Using SPSS Statistic 26 software. Based on the results of the study, it was revealed that the workload is classified as high, with the highest value of 86.92 on the overload work task indicator. Compensation is classified as appropriate, with the highest TCR value of 86.92 on the insurance indicator. Performance is classified as good, with the highest TCR value of 86.92 on the ability to work together indicator. Workload directly plays a positive and significant role in the performance of PT Nico Jaya Pratama employees because it has a regression coefficient value of the workload variable (X1) which will increase employee performance (Y) by 0.632. Compensation directly has a positive and significant impact on employee performance at PT Nico Jaya Pratama because it has a regression coefficient of compensation variable (X2) which will increase employee performance (Y) by 0.415. Simultaneously, workload and compensation have a positive and significant impact on employee performance in the determination coefficient R2 of 0.899 proving that 89.9% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by workload and compensation.

Abstract

Dalam menghadapi persaingan yang semakin dinamis dan kompleks di era globalisasi ini, sebuah organisasi dituntut untuk terus beradaptasi dan kinerja karyawan serta kualitas pelayanan memegang peran kunci dalam menentukan keberhasilan untuk menghadapi tatangan ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja karyawan dan kualitas pelayanan serta faktor penghambat/kendala dan faktor pendukung kinerja karyawan dalam pelayanan pengadaan barang dan jasa di Perum Peruri. Metode penelitian ini kualitatif, penelitian kualitatif adalah prosedur penelitian yang menghasilkan data deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa kinerja karyawan pada indikator kualitas kerja, kuantitas kerja, efektivitas dan komitmen sudah baik, mengenai indikator ketepatan waktu sudah cukup baik namun masih perlu ditingkatkan disiplin kerja bagi beberapa karyawan.  Kualitas pelayanan departemen pengadaan pada seluruh indikator yaitu Bukti Fisik, Keandalan, Daya Tanggap, Jaminan dan Empati sudah baik, hal itu dibuktikan dengan wawancara kepada user/pengguna layanan pengadaan. Faktor penghambat kinerja karyawan dalam memberikan pelayanan pengadaan barang dan jasa karena alur proses yang panjang sehingga membutuhkan waktu lebih namun memang harus di lalui dikarenakan prosedur, kendala ketika sistem error, keterbatasan jumlah karyawan dengan beban kerja yang cukup banyak,  proses pengadaan masih ada yang manual yaitu penandatanganan kontrak pengadaan dan masih ada user/pengguna layanan yang belum menyadari atau peduli terhadap SLA (Service Level Agreement) waktu proses pengadaan. Faktor pendukung kinerja karyawan dalam memberikan pelayanan pengadaan barang dan jasa yaitu adanya pelatihan dan sertifikasi karyawan sehingga karyawan pengadaan berkompeten, regulasi yang jelas, lingkungan kerja yang mendukung serta sarana dan prasarana sangat memadai.

Abstract

This study aims to identify competency gaps among employees at PT Pupuk Kujang Cikampek and to design relevant training programs based on a Training Needs Analysis (TNA). A descriptive qualitative approach was applied, using interviews, observations, and document analysis as data collection techniques. The findings indicate that the training programs previously implemented have not fully addressed the actual needs in the field. Several issues were identified, including limited understanding of ISO-based risk mitigation, difficulties in troubleshooting machinery, insufficient knowledge of renewable energy technologies, and weak business risk analysis and environmental compliance. Based on the TNA, this study recommends five training programs: machine inspection and maintenance, ISO-based risk analysis, energy audit and industrial efficiency, business and financial risk management, and sustainability strategies and environmental regulation. These training programs are regularly designed to align with the specific needs of each division. The results of this research are expected to support the company in improving the effectiveness of human resource development and training, thereby enhancing operational efficiency and industrial sustainability

Abstract

This study aims to find out how effective and how influential the communication marketing strategy is through customer service expertise carried out by qualified employees at the Janji Jiwa X La Teraaza store to increase the brand image of this, this analysis technique uses qualitative methods in which researchers use techniques in-depth interviews and field observations as the main materials for research in order to obtain valid data by direct oral and written interviews and via telephone. The results of this study indicate that marketing communications carried out by human resources in implementing expertise in customer service is very influential in increasing the brand image of Janji Jiwa X la teraaza Summarecon Bekasi. Improving employee performance is influenced by the individual character of employee competence, the individual character of work enthusiasm has a significant effect on employee performance. Companies must have a competitive advantage that is very difficult to imitate, which will only be obtained from employees who are productive, innovative, creative, passionate and loyal. Marketing communication skills need to be honed and carried out consistently by employees on duty at the store, namely through continuous learning and development.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), yang mencakup persepsi kegunaan, kemudahan penggunaan, sikap terhadap penggunaan, dan niat perilaku untuk menggunakan, terhadap preferensi konsumen di kalangan karyawan Peruri. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode analisis jalur berbasis Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 140 responden pengguna Shopee yang berasal dari populasi sebanyak 216 karyawan pada Divisi Teknik Jaminan Keandalan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa TAM berpengaruh signifikan terhadap preferensi konsumen, dengan nilai R-Square sebesar 0,438 sehingga preferensi konsumen dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel TAM sebesar 43,8%. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa persepsi terhadap kemudahan penggunaan dan manfaat teknologi berperan penting dalam membentuk sikap, niat perilaku, serta keputusan konsumen dalam memilih platform belanja daring. Hasil ini diperkuat oleh berbagai studi sebelumnya yang menunjukkan bahwa komponen-komponen dalam TAM secara konsisten memengaruhi perilaku konsumen dalam konteks digital. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoritis dalam pengembangan model perilaku konsumen, serta implikasi praktis bagi pelaku e-commerce dalam merancang strategi platform yang berorientasi pada kenyamanan dan kemudahan pengguna.

Abstract

Produktivitas dan efisiensi perusahaan industri bergantung pada disiplin kerja. Penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana sifat individu memengaruhi disiplin kerja karyawan PT Rejeki Jaya Bike Karawang. Kemampuan, nilai, sikap, dan minat memengaruhi perilaku kerja, termasuk kehadiran, kepatuhan terhadap aturan, pemanfaatan waktu, dan tanggung jawab. Survei kuantitatif terhadap 55 pekerja tetap dan kontrak digunakan dalam penelitian ini. SPSS 30 digunakan untuk analisis data deskriptif dan terverifikasi menggunakan bootstrapping, regresi kuantil, dan regresi kernel. Sifat individu berdampak positif terhadap disiplin kerja, sebagaimana terlihat dari korelasi Pearson sebesar 0,972 dan regresi kernel R² sebesar 0,945, yang menunjukkan hubungan yang baik. Sifat individu sebagian mendorong disiplin kerja. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa pengembangan kualitas individu menjadi strategi penting membentuk budaya kerja disiplin dan profesional. Implikasi praktisnya, perusahaan perlu merancang kebijakan SDM yang terarah melalui pelatihan, pembinaan, dan sistem penghargaan yang sesuai dengan karakter karyawan untuk meningkatkan disiplin kerja secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas MS GLOW, merek perawatan kulit terkemuka. Dua eksogen berbeda, dukungan selebriti dan kualitas produk, digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data spesifik untuk setiap produk. Menggunakan metode pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif, kemudian peneliti mengambil 101 orang sebagai sampel penelitian ini secara acak dari 137 pengguna produk perawatan kulit MS Shine di Kecamatan Tempuran Kabupaten Karawang. Sementara itu, alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur (pemeriksaan jalan) menjadikan informasi sajian juga mengungkap rincian korelasi antara variabel eksogen dan pengaruh secara langsung dan tidak langsung terhadap variabel endogennya. Ada korelasi antara kualitas produk dengan kategori produk yang dipasarkan dan Celebrity Endorsement, namun korelasinya hanya 5,7 persen, masih signifikan. Selain itu, ada korelasi yang signifikan antara dukungan selebriti dan kualitas produk, masing-masing minimal 89,8 persen dan maksimal 95,5 persen, dengan varian 4,5 persen berasal dari variabel yang tidak termasuk dalam riset asli.
