Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of buzzer marketing and brand trust on purchasing decisions for Daviena Skincare products by students of the Management Research Program Class of 2021, Universitas Buana Perjuangan Karawang. The focus of this study includes buzzer marketing activities on social media and excessive claims from Daviena that have the potential to damage customer trust. The research method used is quantitative with a survey technique through a Likert scale-based questionnaire, involving 100 respondents selected by purposive sampling. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results of the study showed that buzzer marketing had a moderate effect on purchasing decisions, while brand trust had a stronger and more significant effect. Simultaneously, these two variables were proven to influence purchasing decisions for Daviena Skincare products. These findings indicate that in the competitive skincare industry, effective buzzer marketing strategies and efforts to build brand trust can increase consumer purchasing interest. Therefore, companies are advised to maintain customer trust while continuing to utilize social media positively.

Abstract

This research examines how service quality and pricing perception affect Afifah Makeup purchases. In early 2024, internal restrictions caused a severe reduction in service and price-influenced purchase choices. This quantitative research uses multiple linear regression. Purposive sampling chose 111 clients who had utilized the service at least once for the study. SPSS 15 analyzed Likert scale questionnaire data. The findings revealed that service quality and pricing influenced perception purchases. Price dominates perception of service quality, with a regression coefficient of 0.731 against 0.263. The R Square score of 0.892 shows that these two factors explain 89.2% of purchase choices. This survey suggests Afifah Makeup enhance service and pricing transparency to attract more clients.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Certified Independent Study Internship Program (MSIB) in developing students' competencies at the Social Economic Accelerator Lab (SEAL). The identified phenomenon indicates a mismatch between the majors chosen by students and their interests and abilities, which can hinder the learning process. The research method employed is descriptive qualitative, involving data collection through interviews and observations of students, mentors, and representatives from the Merdeka Campus.The results of the study indicate a significant improvement in students' skills after participating in the internship program, with average scores increasing from 66.30 to 86.139. Additionally, participants reported a high level of satisfaction with their internship experiences, while mentors noted that students were able to apply the skills acquired in the workplace. This research confirms that the MSIB program is effective in bridging the gap between higher education and industry needs, as well as providing practical experiences that enhance students' job readiness. Recommendations for program improvement include increasing support for mentors and providing initial training for students before entering the workforce.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to understand the effect of workload and compensation on employee performance either partially or simultaneously at PT Nico Jaya Pratama. A descriptive quantitative approach is applied in this study. The population involved in this study is all employees of PT Nico Jaya Pratama, especially 185 people who work in the E Assembly department plant. The simple random sampling method in the probability sampling technique is applied in selecting samples in this study. namely all employees of PT Nico Jaya Pratama with a random system. The Slovin formula with a level of 5% is used to collect samples of 127 employees. Employee Performance is the Dependent Variable, Workload is the Independent Variable, and Compensation is the Independent Variable. Using SPSS Statistic 26 software. Based on the results of the study, it was revealed that the workload is classified as high, with the highest value of 86.92 on the overload work task indicator. Compensation is classified as appropriate, with the highest TCR value of 86.92 on the insurance indicator. Performance is classified as good, with the highest TCR value of 86.92 on the ability to work together indicator. Workload directly plays a positive and significant role in the performance of PT Nico Jaya Pratama employees because it has a regression coefficient value of the workload variable (X1) which will increase employee performance (Y) by 0.632. Compensation directly has a positive and significant impact on employee performance at PT Nico Jaya Pratama because it has a regression coefficient of compensation variable (X2) which will increase employee performance (Y) by 0.415. Simultaneously, workload and compensation have a positive and significant impact on employee performance in the determination coefficient R2 of 0.899 proving that 89.9% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by workload and compensation.

Abstract

Showroom Pak H. Karya mengalami penurunan penjualan sepeda motor bekas pada 2021–2023 di tengah persaingan ketat industri otomotif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan guna meningkatkan penjualan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan desain penelitian studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan angket, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan metode SWOT untuk mengidentifikasi faktor internal dan eksternal showroom. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa showroom memiliki keunggulan dalam variasi produk, harga kompetitif, dan pelayanan yang baik, namun terkendala dalam promosi, lokasi yang kurang strategis, dan manajemen stok yang belum optimal. Untuk meningkatkan penjualan, showroom perlu mengoptimalkan pemasaran digital, memperluas strategi promosi, serta membangun kerja sama dengan mitra bisnis. Dengan strategi yang tepat, showroom dapat mempertahankan daya saing dan meningkatkan volume penjualan secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Yang memengaruhi kesuksesan karyawan di sebuah perusahaan adalah Kemampuan Kerja dan Etos Kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji Pengaruh Kemampuan Kerja dan Etos Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Adyawinsa Electrical and Power, dengan pendekatan analisis menggunakan model Regresi Linier Berganda dengan sampel 64 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Successive Interval (MSI) digunakan untuk mentransformasi data. Kedua faktor ini dapat memengaruhi kinerja karyawan, berdasarkan nilai (R2) sebesar 66,2%. Penelitian ini menegaskan betapa pentingnya meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan dan menyediakan sumber daya yang cukup untuk mencapai Perusahaan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Yamatogomu Indonesia. Motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja merupakan dua faktor penting yang memengaruhi tingkat produktivitas dan efektivitas karyawan dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 60 karyawan PT Yamatogomu Indonesia yang dipilih secara acak. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda untuk mengukur hubungan antara variabel independen (motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja) dengan variabel dependen (kinerja karyawan). Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa baik secara parsial maupun simultan, variabel motivasi dan disiplin memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Yamatogomu Indonesia. Hal ini dibuktikan melalui hasil uji simultan (Uji F) dan uji parsial (Uji t) yang menunjukkan nilai signifikan dari kedua variabel independen, mendukung hipotesis yang diajukan. Dengan demikian, terdapat pengaruh secara simultan antara motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Yamatogomu Indonesia. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya peningkatan motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja sebagai strategi utama untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi manajemen PT Yamatogomu Indonesia, yaitu perlunya penerapan program pengembangan motivasi, seperti penghargaan dan insentif, serta kebijakan disiplin yang konsisten untuk menciptakan disiplin kerja yang produktif.

Abstract

Dalam menghadapi persaingan yang semakin dinamis dan kompleks di era globalisasi ini, sebuah organisasi dituntut untuk terus beradaptasi dan kinerja karyawan serta kualitas pelayanan memegang peran kunci dalam menentukan keberhasilan untuk menghadapi tatangan ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja karyawan dan kualitas pelayanan serta faktor penghambat/kendala dan faktor pendukung kinerja karyawan dalam pelayanan pengadaan barang dan jasa di Perum Peruri. Metode penelitian ini kualitatif, penelitian kualitatif adalah prosedur penelitian yang menghasilkan data deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa kinerja karyawan pada indikator kualitas kerja, kuantitas kerja, efektivitas dan komitmen sudah baik, mengenai indikator ketepatan waktu sudah cukup baik namun masih perlu ditingkatkan disiplin kerja bagi beberapa karyawan.  Kualitas pelayanan departemen pengadaan pada seluruh indikator yaitu Bukti Fisik, Keandalan, Daya Tanggap, Jaminan dan Empati sudah baik, hal itu dibuktikan dengan wawancara kepada user/pengguna layanan pengadaan. Faktor penghambat kinerja karyawan dalam memberikan pelayanan pengadaan barang dan jasa karena alur proses yang panjang sehingga membutuhkan waktu lebih namun memang harus di lalui dikarenakan prosedur, kendala ketika sistem error, keterbatasan jumlah karyawan dengan beban kerja yang cukup banyak,  proses pengadaan masih ada yang manual yaitu penandatanganan kontrak pengadaan dan masih ada user/pengguna layanan yang belum menyadari atau peduli terhadap SLA (Service Level Agreement) waktu proses pengadaan. Faktor pendukung kinerja karyawan dalam memberikan pelayanan pengadaan barang dan jasa yaitu adanya pelatihan dan sertifikasi karyawan sehingga karyawan pengadaan berkompeten, regulasi yang jelas, lingkungan kerja yang mendukung serta sarana dan prasarana sangat memadai.

Abstract

This study aims to identify competency gaps among employees at PT Pupuk Kujang Cikampek and to design relevant training programs based on a Training Needs Analysis (TNA). A descriptive qualitative approach was applied, using interviews, observations, and document analysis as data collection techniques. The findings indicate that the training programs previously implemented have not fully addressed the actual needs in the field. Several issues were identified, including limited understanding of ISO-based risk mitigation, difficulties in troubleshooting machinery, insufficient knowledge of renewable energy technologies, and weak business risk analysis and environmental compliance. Based on the TNA, this study recommends five training programs: machine inspection and maintenance, ISO-based risk analysis, energy audit and industrial efficiency, business and financial risk management, and sustainability strategies and environmental regulation. These training programs are regularly designed to align with the specific needs of each division. The results of this research are expected to support the company in improving the effectiveness of human resource development and training, thereby enhancing operational efficiency and industrial sustainability
