Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis dalam mendeskripsikan bentuk dan makna pantun dalam bahasa daya dialek dan menjadi bahasa Indonesia. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah Sumber data primer dan sekunder sumber data primer Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dengan analisis konten (analisis isi). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pantun pada masyarakat Desa Banjar Agung Kecamatan Buay Rawan Kabupaten Oku. Selatan memiliki bentuk dan makna tertentu didalam pantun jika diucapkan sesuai dengan kegunaannya masing-masing. Berdasasrkan Hasil penelitian ini terdapat beberapa jenis pantun di Desa Banjar Agung dan memiliki yaitu struktur pantun pembacaan tingkat heuristik dari sepuluh bait pantun terdapat struktur atau susunan, funsi atau arti dari bait-bait tersebut yang dianalisis berdasarkan susunan Indonesia. Selanjutnya analisis berdasarkan pembacaan hermeneutik isi pantun ini menceritakan tentang kisah antara dua insan yang ingin menjalin kasih dengan saling menerima segala kekurangan untuk mencapai kehidupan bahagia sampai hidup mati mereka bersama.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) The level of customer satisfaction with the service quality of the Amuntai wall clock shop, (2) Service quality that is considered important by customers. Product objective management is to assist companies in developing new products according to customer requirements by adjusting the company's capabilities. Wooden wall clocks are a new idea which today many people think negatively that the times will disappear, because of their diminishing popularity and eventually not being used anymore. The results showed that: (1) Customers were quite satisfied with the service quality of wall clocks. (2) The purpose of this product management is to present a design with a new concept which is expected to improve the innovation climate in this industry. Studies and analyzes conducted in (1) this research include conducting interviews in detail, analyzing parts and materials, material analysis producing data, namely a choice of materials that are deemed appropriate for use in the product. (2) The result of product management is a wall clock design made of wood with a design that can be adjusted to the desires of consumers and there are still other product developments according to the results of previous studies and analyzes. Wall clocks are an important component in supporting daily activities, even though you are equipped with a personal watch whose price may reach millions of rupiah, but have we ever carried out activities without looking at the wall clock. Actually you also need to know if we pay attention to its shape, wall clocks can also add to the aesthetic value of a room. The simple concept is how wide of the wall you want to install the clock on.

Abstract

The form of business organization in which two or more people work together in terms of funds, entrepreneurship, skills and good intentions to run a business, is categorized by the jurists as a form of syirkah. However, in practice, we often face problems that can harm various parties, including Muslim women entrepreneurs in Wahdah Makassar. The aim of the research is to determine the perception of Muslim Wahdah cadres regarding the syirkah contract and how it is implemented. The formulation of the problem raised is: first, what is the perception of Wahdah Muslimah cadres regarding the syirkah contract; second, how is the implementation of the syirkah contract among Wahdah Muslim women from the perspective of muamalat fiqh. The method used is a mixed methods method. Apart from that, it also uses an explanatory sequential design approach (explanatory sequential design). The results can be concluded as follows: first, the results of the quantitative descriptive analysis show a figure of 98.1%, which means that the perception of Muslimah Wahdah Makassar cadres is in the positive category, with an average score from respondents of 80.19 points. secondly, the implementation of the syirkah contract among Muslim Wahdah entrepreneurs is also positive, looking at the analysis of the results of the interviews conducted, showing that they understand quite well in carrying out the syirkah contract in accordance with muamalat fiqh. According to them, the syirkah contract is a contract that is prescribed by law, so complete knowledge is needed to carry out this system in accordance with muamalat fiqh.
