<![CDATA[Abstract The multi-generational workplace is a global phenomenon emerges today. In the various organizations worldwide there will be four to five generations working in the same workfore and at the same time. Nazarene Church in Indonesia is now dealing with this phenomenon. Leadership managment related to inter-generational leadership succession strategy has become an insist issue to elaborate. The objectives of this research are to find data of the diversity of the generation in the denomination and to find strategy to tackle the intergerational leadership succession. This research is conducted by collecting the data from the field and also undergoing literature review to examine the previous theories and reseach foundings related to the topic. The research found that the denomination had clergy from four different generations who are ministering together side by side at the same time. The findings also indicate the urgency of a leadership transition inter generations in this church. Therefore, the author proposes some recomendations as the intergenerational leadership transition strategy, namely: mentoring, strengthened intergenerational leadership, intentional leadership development programs, and intergenerational leadership collaboration. AbstraksiLingkungan kerja multi generasi adalah fenomena global yang muncul dewasa ini. Di berbagai organisasi di seluruh dunia akan terdapat empat hingga lima generasi yang bekerja ditempat dan waktu yang sama. Gereja Kristen Nazarene di Indonesia pada saat ini sedang menghadapi fenomena tersebut. Pengelolaan kepemimpinan yang berkaitan strategi suksesi kepemimpinan lintas generasi menjadi isu mendesak untuk dikaji. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menemukan data tentang keragaman generasi yang ada di gereja dan untuk menemukan strategi untuk mengatasi persoalan suksesi kepemimpinan antar generasi. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menghimpun data dari lapangan dan juga melakukan studi literatur untuk mengkaji teori-teori dan penelitian terdahulu yang berhubungan dengan topik yang dibahas. Penelitian yang dilakukan menemukan bahwa transisi kempemimpinan lintas generasi merupakan hal mendesak bagi GKN di Indonesia. Oleh karena itu penulis menyampaikan beberapa rekomendasi sebagai strategi transisi kepemimpinan lintas generasi, yaitu: mentoring, penguatan hubungan lintas generasi, program pengembangan kepemimpinan terencana dan kolaborasi kepemimpinan lintas generasi]]>

<![CDATA[Pendidikan Tinggi sebagai penyelenggara pendidikan beserta segenap perangkat pendidikan di dalamnya dituntut untuk adaptif dan inovatif mengatasi tantangan di tengah pandemi COVID-19.  Sekolah Tinggi Theologia Nazarene Indonesia berupaya supaya untuk terus membuat proses belajar mengajar berjalan dengan efektif dan optimal. Selain perlunya optimalisasi pemanfaatan media pembelajaran pendukung, keseimbangan model pembelajaran synchronous (serempak) dan asynchronous (tidak serempak) perlu mendapat perhatian. Survei yang dilakukan terhadap tenaga kependidikan di lembaga ini menunjukkan kebutuhan akan peningkatan kompetensi dosen dalam menyelenggarakan perkuliahan daring di era disrupsi pandemic ini. Tujuan pelatihan yang hendak dicapai adalah memperdalam pemahaman para peserta dalam beradaptasi dengan sistem pembelajaran daring dan untukmeningkatkan kompetensi tenaga pendidik dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran synchronous maupun asynchronous dengan media pembelajaran daring (e-campuz dan zoom). Hasil dari pelatihan adalah meningkatnya kemampuan dan keterampilan dosen dalam penggunaan media pembelajaran daring dan aplikasi pengelolaan kelas. Peserta merasa mampu dan lebih siap dalam menyelenggarakan pembelajaran daring dan mengelola kelas dengan lebih baik.]]>

<![CDATA[Covid-19 berdampak pada pendidikan tinggi teologi di Indonesia. Akibat pandemi, pendapatan keuangan kampus mengalami penyusutan. Mahasiswa tidak dapat membayar uang kuliah karena pendapatan orang tua berkurang. Pandemi Covid- 19 menjadi pengalaman yang tidak terprediksi untuk PTKK di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan penulis adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Di dalam tataran praktikal, dalam waktu singkat, PTKK di era ataupun sesudah pandemi wajib beralih bentuk dalam prasarana, finansial serta administrasi, tata cara pengajaran, konten kurikulum (dari teoritis ke misiologis atau efisien), dan kedudukan atau ikatan daya pengajar. PTKK ditantang untuk meninggalkan kerutinan yang tidak relevan, merengkuh cara-cara terkini yang relevan, ataupun mencampurkan keduanya menjadi kombinasi perlengkapan pembelajaran yang lebih efisien.]]>

<![CDATA[The background of this article was the financial problems that occurred in the context of a clergy's life and ministries institution. There were court cases of clergies and church organizations due to legal disputes and asset issues. This article aimed to get ethical principles from biblical research according to the minister's life and how they related to money matters. The research question tried to answer was, what are the economic ethics principles for the ministers based on 1 Timothy 6:3-10? Method applied in this research was qualitative descriptive with a literature study approach. The authors used the exegetical method for some keywords in the focused text to elaborate and explain the text. The finance ethical principles for the ministers found are: not making a material gain as a purpose of the ministries, living with contentment, developing self-control, warding off materialism.]]>

<![CDATA[The Bible contains thousands of names in it. Every name presented in the Bible is almost always attached to the message and the meaning behind it. The onomastics biblical study is a linguistic study of the names in the Bible. The method used in this study is a comparative historical linguistic approach to the names in the New Testament text. The study in this article discovers various approaches by the original New Testament authors in reducing personal names in it, namely: transliteration, translation, absorption - Hellenization, giving epithet or cognomen, equivalence, and the usage of nickname or hypocoristic. The findings in this article are useful as references in various discourses related to personal names in the Bible, especially for the Sacred Name Movement group and its variants.]]>

Exponential development of globalization and the growth of technology of communication have transformed values, views and cultures of human civilization nowadays. These are the symptoms of world web wide era; where the local issues can be global discussion in minutes. In one hand, the Church of God should be sensitive to the age changes, does some adaptations and changes to be relevant. In the other hand, the Church of God should not be conformed to this world. Deep inside a person, there is always a spiritual awareness that makes the person have a need of spiritual relationship with the Creator. In the Church context, worship is conducted with many forms and elements. The number of denominations and liturgies often lead to both a confusion and longing for a formulation or guidance in shaping a liturgy. The style and concept of worship in the Nazarene Church in Indonesia needs an emphasise on its understanding related to the denomination’s history. The Nazarene Church has been in existence Indonesia for almost four decades and spread to many different places in Indonesia.]]>
