Abstract

This study aims to analyze the quality of earnings in Islamic banking companies whether they have maximum earnings quality. The location of this research wa carried out at the Indonesia Stock Exchange through media browsing on the https://www.idx.co.id website for 10 Islamic banking companies. The sampling technique uses a saturated sampling technique in which the entire population is sampled. The data source is taken fromsecondary data. The data analysis technique uses the earnings quality formula, namely operating profit and average cash to analyze finansial from 2016-2020. The results of the study show that (1) Companies that have good earnings quality are Bank BNI Syariah, Bank Mandiri Syariah and Bank BCA Syariah because they have maximum profit quality. (2) Companies that have poor earnings quality are Bank Muamalat Syariah, Bank Mega Syariah and Bank Jabar Banten Syariah, the rest are considered to have constant earnings quality

Abstract

Companies seek to maximize performance to retain new investors Existing investors want to increase investment in working capital and current fortunes. Profit is an important goal for companies to grow Business growth. This study focuses on the financial performance of MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) in the Majene Regency area, specifically looking at working capital and sales volume. A quantitative approach using a descriptive methodology was the research methodology employed. The study collected data from 30 MSMEs through a Roscoe technique. The data was then analyzed using multiple regression statistical tests. According to the findings, when taken into account jointly, working capital and sales volume significantly and favorably impact profitability. However, when considered individually, the increase in working capital was found to have an insignificant positive impact on profitability, while the increase in sales volume was found to have a positive and significant effect. In order to increase firm profitability, the report recommends that MSMEs in the Majene Regency concentrate on growing sales volume and making the most use of working capital.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di Desa Adolang bertujuan untuk memberdayakan Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Bura Asso melalui pelatihan produksi eco-packaging berbasis serat limbah pelepah pisang Loka Pere. Pelatihan ini bertujuan mengatasi masalah peningkatan konsumsi plastik sekali pakai yang berdampak negatif pada lingkungan, dengan mengubah limbah pelepah pisang yang selama ini tidak dimanfaatkan menjadi produk ramah lingkungan sebagai alternatif kemasan plastik. Kegiatan ini mengajarkan teknik pengolahan pelepah pisang menjadi serat dan produk eco-packaging seperti eco-box, eco-paperbag, dan eco-book, serta memberikan pengetahuan tentang pemasaran digital untuk memperkenalkan produk ke pasar. Pelatihan dilaksanakan dalam bentuk teori dan praktik, berlangsung selama 3 bulan, dan melibatkan 25 peserta dari anggota KWT Bura Asso. Hasil pelaksanaan pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa 96% peserta merasa lebih siap untuk memproduksi eco-packaging secara mandiri, dan 80% peserta mengaku dapat mengoperasikan media sosial untuk memasarkan produk mereka. Pelatihan ini berhasil meningkatkan keterampilan teknis dalam pengolahan pelepah pisang serta pemahaman tentang keberlanjutan dan pengurangan konsumsi plastik. Namun, beberapa peserta mengungkapkan bahwa mereka membutuhkan pelatihan lanjutan untuk memperdalam keterampilan dalam pembuatan produk eco-packaging lainnya. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan ini memberikan dampak positif dalam mendukung ekonomi sirkular dan pengurangan sampah plastik di komunitas, meskipun peningkatan durasi pelatihan dan sesi lanjutan diharapkan untuk mengoptimalkan hasilnya.

Abstract

Mosso Village is a coastal area that produces flying fish in the waters of the Makassar Strait, West Sulawesi Province. This prompted the local government to establish a flying fish processing center at that location. One of the main businesses that is being pushed to become a superior product at the Center is smoking flying fish. The main problem of people smoking flying fish is that people's income and welfare are still low. This happens because people process smoked flying fish using very simple technology and do not apply good and correct methods for smoking fish. The aim of implementing the smoking equipment in this activity is to provide training on how to use the fish smoking equipment properly and correctly as well as introduce the parts of the equipment and how to apply the smoking equipment using simple technological innovations to increase the maximum production of smoked fish. The fish smoking equipment training service activity was carried out on Saturday, August 26 2023, namely providing material in the sub-district office hall and applying the equipment in the Somba environment, Mosso Village. The method of activity carried out is counseling and training on how to apply the innovative flying fish smoking tool. This activity was attended by the Siamasei fish smoking group, which consists of 20 members. The result of this activity is that there is an increase in skills and the addition of new information and knowledge to the business partner group regarding the procedures for producing smoked flying fish products according to standard operating procedures (SOP) and standard sanitation operational procedures (SSOP) so that the group can produce processed fish products smoke of high quality and high selling value, and material on business management and marketing of flying fish smoking products, as well as on the application of simple technological innovations that can be used to improve the quality and quantity of flying fish smoking products. Apart from that, the business partner group was provided with knowledge related to better packaging of smoked fish products that have a longer shelf life. The training activities that have been carried out help the community in developing the flying fish processing business, increasing the quantity and quality of smoking production and with the presence of smoking equipment, it is hoped that the business partner group can increase sales value so that their welfare increases.

Abstract

AbstrakKelurahan Mosso adalah wilayah pesisir penghasil ikan terbang di Sulawesi Barat. Kelurahan Mosso termasuk wilayah strategis karena terletak di jalan poros menuju ibukota Sulawesi Barat. Hal ini menjadikan pemerintah mendirikan sentral pengolahan ikan terbang pada lokasi tersebut. Salah satu usaha utama di Sentra tersebut adalah pengeringan ikan terbang. Permasalahan utama masyarakat di kelurahan mosso, masih belum mempunyai teknologi alat inovasi pengeringan ikan terbang pada sentra tersebut adalah pendapatan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat masih rendah. Hal ini terjadi karena masyarakat hanya melakukan olahan ikan terbang seperti ikan kering dan masih menggunakan teknologi yang masih sangat sederhana dan tidak menerapkan cara pengeringan ikan yang baik dan benar. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah memberikan pelatihan pengeringan ikan yang baik dan benar serta memperkenalkan penerapan alat pengering ikan dengan menggunakan inovasi teknologi sederhana untuk meningkatkan produksi yang lebih maksimal. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilaksanakan selama dua kali yaitu kegiatan pelatihan prosedur pengolahan produk pengeringan ikan yang baik dan benar sesuai SOP dan SSOP dan pelatihan dan penerapan alat pengeringan ikan terbang yang dilaksanakan pada Hari Sabtu, tanggal 27 Agustus 2023 bertempat di Aula Kantor Camat Sendana, Kelurahan Mosso, Kabupaten Majene, Provinsi Sulawesi Barat. Kemudian selanjutnya pelatihan pengemasan dilaksanakan pada hari Minggu, 11 Agustus 2024 di Rumah Produksi Kelompok Purnama. Evaluasi tingkat pengetahuan dan keterampilan mitra dilakukan pada awal dan akhir kegiatan. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengetahui pengetahuan mitra adalah metode kuesioner dan tingkat keterampilan mitra dilakukan dengan metode pengamatan langsung pada masing-masing individu yang tergabung dalam kelompok mitra. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah terdapat 85% peningkatan keterampilan dan pengetahuan kepada kelompok mitra usaha dalam penerapan inovasi pengeringan ikan terbang dengan Solar Dryer. selain itu, terdapat peningkatan 90% pengetahuan terkait dengan pengemasan produk ikan kering yang lebih baik serta memiliki daya simpan yang lebih lama. Keywords: ikan terbang; masyarakat; penerapan teknologi; pengeringan; Sulawesi Barat AbstractMosso Village is a coastal area that produces flying fish in West Sulawesi. The main problem of the people in the Mosso Village, still not have the technology of innovative drying flying fishing in the center is the income and well-being of the community is still low. It's because people just treat flying fish like dry fish and still use technology that's still very simple and doesn't apply a good and correct way of drying fish. The aim of this activity is to provide good and correct fish drying training as well as introduce the application of fish dryers using simple technology innovations to maximize production. The activities of dedication to the community were carried out twice, namely training procedures for processing good and correct fish drying products in accordance with SOP and SSOP and training and application of flying fishing drying equipment on Saturday, August 27, 2023 in the Camat Sendana Office Hall, Mosso Village, district of Majene, West Sulawesi Province. Then the next packaging training will be held on Sunday, August 11, 2024 at the Purnama Group Production House. The degree of knowledge and abilities of partners is assessed at the end of the activity. The questionnaire approach is used to determine partners' knowledge, and the degree of abilities of partners is determined through direct observation of each participant in the partnership group. The result of this activity is that there is an 85% increase in skills and knowledge to the business partner group in implementing the innovation of drying flying fish with Solar Dryer. Abstract

Parappe Village is an area with significant ecological and economic potential in the development of stingless bee (Trigona) commodities. However, this potential has not been optimally supported due to limited production capacity and relatively small sales volume, as the market share is still local. The purpose of this activity is to provide guidance and training on creating store management accounts and content creation so that beekeepers can take advantage of a wider market, especially the Shopee marketplace, thereby increasing their production and sales volume. As a result of this activity, beekeepers better understand the importance of marketing their products on the Shopee marketplace and gain a larger market share. As a result, in a short period, they were able to secure their first buyer on the marketplace, and their product already has strong competitiveness due to its attractive packaging and nutritional information label issued by the Ministry of Health. Successfully utilizing the marketplace will increase sales volume and encourage the community in Parappe village to focus on being trigona honey bee farmers and also to use Shopee marketplace as a marketing platform.

Abstract

AbstrakKelurahan Mosso merupakan wilayah penghasil ikan terbang di Sulawesi Barat. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah memberikan pelatihan dan penerapan cara pembuatan bakso ikan terbang yang baik dan benar. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilaksanakan pada Hari Minggu, tanggal 5 Juli 2025 yaitu pemberian materi dan penerapan pembuatan bakso ikan terbang di lingkungan Somba, Kelurahan Mosso, Kabupaten Majene, Provinsi Sulawesi Barat. Metode kegiatan ini adalah pemberian materi cara pembuatan bakso dan penerapan pembuatan bakso ikan terbang secara langsung. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh kelompok Pokhlaksar Mosso Indah dengan jumlah anggota 10 orang terdiri dari ketua, sekretaris, bendahara dan anggota mitra usaha. Pengukuran tingkat pengetahuan peserta dilakukan melalui pre-test dan post-test dengan rentang skor 0–100, sedangkan keterampilan dinilai menggunakan skala 1–4. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada rata-rata pengetahuan peserta, yaitu dari 50 menjadi 80 setelah pelatihan. Selain itu, sebanyak 85 % peserta mencapai level keterampilan ≥3, yang mengindikasikan bahwa sebagian besar peserta telah memiliki kemampuan baik dalam proses produksi dan pengemasan produk bakso ikan terbang. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah peningkatan keterampilan dan pengetahuan baru kepada kelompok mitra usaha dalam penerapan pembuatan bekso ikan terbang dengan baik dan benar yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas bakso ikan terbang.  Selain itu, kelompok mitra usaha diberikan pengetahuan terkait dengan pengemasan produk bakso ikan terbang sehingga daya simpan lebih lama. Keywords: ikan terbang; masyarakat;  bakso ikan terbang; pengemasan; Sulawesi Barat Abstract Mosso Village is a producer of flying fish in West Sulawesi. The purpose of this activity is to provide training and the proper method for making flying fish meatballs. The community service activity was conducted on Sunday, July 5, 2025, which included the provision of materials and the practical application of making flying fish meatballs in the Somba area, Mosso Village, Majene Regency, West Sulawesi Province. The method of this activity is the provision of material on how to make meatballs and the direct application of making flying fish meatballs. This activity was attended by the Mosso Indah Pokhlaksar group, consisting of 10 members including the chairman, secretary, treasurer, and business partner members. Participants' knowledge levels were measured using a pre-test and post-test with a score range of 0–100, while skills were assessed using a scale of 1–4. The evaluation results showed a significant increase in participants' average knowledge, from 50 to 80 after the training. Furthermore, 85% of participants achieved a skill level ≥3, indicating that most participants had developed good skills in the production and packaging of flying fish meatballs. The outcome of this activity was an increase in skills and new knowledge for the business partner group in the proper and correct application of making flying fish meatballs, which can improve the quality of flying fish meatballs. Additionally, the business partner group was provided with knowledge related to packaging flying fish meatball products to extend their shelf life.
