Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the dimensions of Islamic education from Ibn Sina's perspective and at the same time discover the concept of Islamic education from Ibn Sina's perspective. This type of research is library research. The results of this study are the concept of Islamic education according to Ibnu Sina including curriculum dimensions, educational method dimensions, educator dimensions, student dimensions, and punishment dimensions (education). The findings in this study are that Ibn Sina's concept of education is in line with his view of human beings, namely human beings who are nurtured from all potential within themselves in a balanced and comprehensive manner. This research has implications for strengthening the concept of Islamic education which has been initiated by Islamic education experts, especially those in Indonesia.

Abstract

Abstract: The incorporation of sharia principles into financial technology offers a rare chance to harmonize contemporary financial services with Islamic ideals, particularly as Indonesia’s fintech industry continues to grow rapidly. This emerging industry, called Sharia fintech, is promoting ethical financial practices that appeal to a large segment of Indonesian society in addition to increasing access to financial services. The adoption of a strategic strategy that leverages strenghths, tackles weaknesses, seizes opportunities, and mitigates dangers is crucial for the sustained expansion of sharia fintech. An excellent tool for developing such a strategy is the SWOT analysis framework. With the largest muslim population in the world, Indonesia’s demographics are unquestionably favorable for sharia fintech. But what’s new is realizing that the ingrained cultural attachment to Islamic banking can be used as a driving force behind creative product development as well as a competitive advantage. Through the utilization of this cultural resonance, sharia fintech can actively influence financial behaviors that promote economic fairness, risk sharing, and ethical investment, rather than merely adhering to sharia law. Although there is clear demand for sharia compliant products, the finance industry still lacks comprehensive regulatory frameworks and regulated standards, which is a serious shortcoming. The novel aspect of this is that it promotes cooperation between academics, industry participants and regulators. This partnership has the potential to result in the creation of dynamic laws that are both in line with Islamic law and adaptable enough to take advantage of the fintech industry’s rapid innovation. Study This use method is qualitative with approach studies sourced literature from relevant articles, books, journals, and notes with a study to answer the problem formulated. Opportunities abound in Indonesia’s fintech scene, especially when it comes to increasing financial inclusion for marginalized groups. Leading this charge could be sharia fintech, which provides products that meet the unique financial requirements of these communities while still adhering to Islamic law. The innovation is in the way these products are conceptualized, connecting modern fintech to traditional Islamic financial procedurs. Examples include using blockchain to provide transparency in the distribution of zakat or developing AI powered risk assessment models that comply with sharia law. Based on the IFE and EFE analysis above can be concluded that that became obstacle in the most important development of sharia fintech in Indonesia is minimal knowledge of public villages For operating sharia fintech, the second is lack of source Power humans (HR) control contract transaction based sharia principles, then the third competition future technology, and finally that is development sharia fintech products with various type type contract.

Abstract

This study discusses the renewal of the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) concept based on transcendental values and its conceptual implications for empirical legal research and governance policies. PRA is a participatory rural assessment method based on the assumption that villages should be developed from within through a participatory process. The objective of this research is to develop an effective PRA concept and perspective for rural communities with a religious orientation. The research method uses a qualitative approach through description and explanation of legal phenomena and thoughts related to PRA. The findings indicate that the application of PRA in rural assessment and empowerment requires adaptation and alignment of values to maintain the existence of local values and wisdom that shape the characteristics of villages. The integration of the concept of syuro (an Islamic principle) into PRA will result in a concept that respects the participatory nature of PRA and the religious norms of the community. This concept ensures that village governance and development are guided by religious and ethical considerations, creating a more holistic and culturally sensitive approach. In conclusion, PRA adapted with transcendental values can be an effective tool in the empowerment of religious-based rural communities.

Abstract

A School Excellent Model (SEM) is a concept of excellent school management in which there are interesting programs that can lead to the goal of quality education. Education needs in the digital era are increasingly complex, requiring practitioners to adapt and have diverse skills and competencies. It is intended to achieve the goal of quality education by one of the goals of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This research uses a type of literature review in the form of a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of articles indexed by Scopus about the School Excellent Model from 2015 to 2022 that have gone through a process of screening, eligibility, extraction, and inclusion criteria. The results of the research literature review on SEM from 2015 to 2022 are 1) mapping related studies; a. competence of an educator in managing learning, conducting assessments or assessments, and integrating technology in learning. b. competence of a leader (principal) in managing institutions, resources, and teacher coaching. c. The need for relationships and cooperation with school partners such as the government, parents, and the community is urgent. d. Innovation and continuous improvement of education. 2) From mapping the results of research studies on SEM, several things were found that can be used as insights into Islamic religious education in Indonesia, including the development of the quality of Islamic religious educators who are technologically sensitive, competent, and adaptive and can formulate assessment techniques for quality learning (self-assessment, formative and assessment ). Development of leadership skills and communication skills for education managers and implementers.

Abstract

Salah satu tujuan utama pendirian Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDesa) adalah meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat desa serta menambah Pendapatan Asli Desa (PAD). Desa Gading telah memiliki BUMDesa yang bergerak di bidang PAMSIMAS (penyaluran air) dan koperasi simpan pinjam. Namun, BUMDesa Mitra Mulia Gading menghadapi kendala karena belum memiliki kedudukan hukum (legal standing) sebagai badan usaha, sehingga tidak dapat menerima hibah dari Pemerintah Desa Gading sebagai salah satu sumber modal usaha. Selain itu, BUMDesa ini belum memetakan aset desa yang dapat digunakan untuk pengembangan usaha, maupun memiliki sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang memadai untuk pengelolaan BUMDesa. Solusi yang diusulkan adalah pengesahan BUMDesa Mitra Mulia Gading sebagai badan hukum, dilanjutkan dengan pengaturan tata kelola agar operasional usaha dapat berjalan dengan baik. Langkah berikutnya adalah memetakan aset desa untuk dimanfaatkan dalam pengembangan usaha serta mengidentifikasi jenis usaha yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat Desa Gading. Hasil dari Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini meliputi terbitnya Surat Keputusan (SK) BUMDesa Mitra Mulia Gading dari Kementerian Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Republik Indonesia, sehingga BUMDesa dapat menjalankan kegiatan usahanya, menerima hibah sebagai modal, memanfaatkan aset desa secara optimal, serta menentukan jenis usaha baru. Dengan demikian, tujuan pendirian BUMDesa diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat yang signifikan bagi masyarakat dan Pemerintah Desa Gading.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship has become an essential pillar of the global economy in the era of globalization and the Industrial Revolution 4.0 because it can reduce local unemployment. In Mojokerto Regency, vocational schools strive to equip students to be ready to work or become entrepreneurs. However, there are still obstacles to building entrepreneurial confidence, especially the need for more support for education, capital, technology, and mentors. This study uses a quantitative approach with Partial Least Squares structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM) to predict and confirm the given hypothesis. This study uses Google Forms to collect data from vocational school students in Mojokerto. The respondents in this study were 201 respondents. The results of this study indicate that entrepreneurial learning and the elaboration of mindsets have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial confidence. The higher the Entrepreneurship Learning, the higher the Entrepreneurial Confidence.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji relevansi pemikiran Buya Yahya dalam pendidikan Islam untuk mewujudkan moderasi beragama yang sesuai dengan tuntutan era society 5.0. Moderasi beragama di sini dipahami sebagai sikap yang menghargai kebenaran agama sendiri serta menghormati dan menghargai keyakinan agama lain tanpa harus menyetujui keyakinan tersebut. Permasalahan yang dihadapi dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana mengintegrasikan gagasan moderasi beragama Buya Yahya dalam konteks pendidikan Islam di era society 5.0. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang menggabungkan metode kepustakaan dan analisis konten. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gagasan moderasi beragama Buya Yahya dapat diaplikasikan dalam konteks pendidikan Islam di era society 5.0. Pemikiran Buya Yahya tentang moderasi beragama dapat membantu mengembangkan individu yang mampu mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Islam dalam kehidupan sehari-hari dan menghadapi tantangan era society 5.0 dengan sikap yang mengutamakan keseimbangan dan kesederhanaan (Wasathiyah). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa gagasan-gagasan Buya Yahya sangat relevan dalam pendidikan Islam di era society 5.0, sehingga Buya Yahya dapat dijadikan sebagai acuan dalam mengembangkan individu-individu yang mampu mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Islam dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.

Abstract

This research focuses on improving the competencies and insights of students in business learning at Vocational High Schools (SMK). Lack of innovation in teaching methods often results in a disinterest and lack of understanding of business materials. The study aims to explore and implement innovative approaches, such as technology integration and project-based learning, to enhance students' learning experiences. The use of technology, project-based learning, and collaboration with local business practitioners have shown positive results in increasing students' interest and understanding of business materials. The study emphasizes the importance of adopting innovative teaching methods to improve the relevance and effectiveness of business education in Vocational high schools.

Abstract

Education in today's digital era is required to be adaptive and accommodating to the development of information and communication technology. The education process is carried out dynamically according to civilisation. One of the significant changes that occur today is the transfer of assessment practices from conventional-traditional to electronic assessment practices which are then called E-Assessment. This electronic assessment is developed with various variants, starting from web-based, applications, and so on. Internet access has been massive and widespread throughout the region, making most people assume that E-assessment is relevant to be applied in today's learning world. This research is a type of qualitative research with a systematic literature review (SLR) approach. Data sources come from research journal articles and books that are in accordance with the theme of the discussion. The data analysis technique uses content analysis. The findings or results of the study are that E-assessment is relevant to be implemented in senior high schools because of their skills in accessing and operating various applications. The digital literacy possessed by today's millennial generation greatly supports the E-assessment process in schools. Application-based E-Assessment can be developed with several applications, such as kahoot, quizizz, moodle, and others. The application of E-assessment has several advantages, such as saving money, reducing time for correction, feedback and evaluation results can be received in real time, and improving the digital skills of educators and students
