Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of capital adequacy ratio, non-performing loans, return on assets, lending. The effect of capital adequacy ratio financing on lending, the effect of non-performing loans on lending and the effect of return on assets on lending, and capital adequacy ratios, non-performing loans and return on assets on lending. 44 samples were taken from 2016 to 2019 with data on monthly capital adequacy ratios, non-performing loans, return on assets, and lending. The statistical methods taken in this research are multiple analysis, classic assumption test, descriptive statistical analysis, determination analysis and hypothesis testing using SPSS 25 analytical tools.In this research, we know the effect of capital adequacy ratio, non-performing loans, and return on assets in partial or joint lending. This method is a descriptive verification method with a quantitative approach to the source of annual financial statements at commercial banks. Purposive sampling technique. The data obtained were analyzed by testing the validity of the data, multiple linear regresis analysis and hypothesis testing using the f test and t test.The results of this study show that the partial capital adequacy ratio has a negative effect on lending, non-performing loans on lending have a positive effect and the return on assets on lending has a positive effect. Abstract

The study aims to determine how much influence of interest rate, PER, and PBV have on stock prices. The method used is descriptive verification with a quantitative approaches. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of a descriptive analysis of the highest interest rate occurred in 2014-2015 while the lowest interest rate in the 2017. There are 5 building construction sub-sector companies that have PER industry average, while 4 other companies have PER above industry average. Furthermore, there are 4 companies that have the value of PBV below the industry average and 5 companies have PBV above the industry average. Then, there are 5 companies that have a share price above the industry average and 4 companies have the stock price below the industry average. Based on the result of verificative analysis that interest rate variable has no signification effect on stock price, while PER variable has no signification effect on stock price and PBV variable has signification effect on stock price. R square test result show that the interest rate, PER, and PBV has effect of 29,3% against the stock price so that remaining 71,7% is affected by other variables that are not researched. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability on profit growth, the effect of leverage on profit growth, the effect of activity on profit growth and the effect of profitability, leverage and activity on profit growth in companies listed on the IDX30 Index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2013-2018. This study uses secondary data with the 2013-2018 research period. The data used comes from the annual financial statements of companies listed on the IDX30 Index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2018. The population in this study consisted of 30 companies listed on the IDX30 Index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. In this study, there were 13 sample companies with purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Data were processed using SPSS 25 software. The results of this study indicate that: (1) profitability has no significant effect on profit growth (2) leverage has a significant effect on profit growth (3) activity does not have a significant effect on profit growth (4) profitability, leverage and activity have a significant effect on profit growth. Abstract

This study aims to describe the influence of regret aversion bias and risk tolerance on west java young investors through investment decision partially and simultaneously. Data obtained by distributing questionnaires in 8 State Universities in West Java with sample of 363 people taken from grade 2015 of Economics and Business Faculty students. After the data is obtained, then the data is analyzed using the path analysis. The results of the verification test showed regret aversion bias partially has total influence 7% on investment decision while risk tolerance partially has total influence 22,8% on investment decision, finally total influence of regret aversion bias and risk tolerance on investment decision simultaneously is equal 29, 8% and the influence of other variables outside the model is 70.2%..

Abstract

Banyaknya perusahaan baru yang bergerak di berbagai sektor bisnis, membuat perusahaan lebih cermat dalam menentukan bisnis yang akan dikembangkan. Melihat kebutuhan dan gaya hidup masyarakat Indonesia sekarang, fenomena yang terjadi dengan gaya hidup masyarakat Indonesia adalah makan diluar rumah yang mengakibatkan menjamurnya restoran dan cafe. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui, menganalisis dan menjelaskan Store Atmosphere pada Cafe Limasan, Kualitas pelayanan pada Cafe Limasan, dan Keputusan Pembelian pada Cafe Limasan, seberapa besar hubungan antara Store Atmosphere dan kualitas pelayanan pada Cafe Limasan, seberapa besar pengaruh parsial antara Store Atmosphere dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Cafe Limasan dan seberapa besar pengaruh simultan antara Store Atmospher dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap Keputusan pembelian pada Cafe Limasan. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Jenis data menggunakan data kualitatif dan data kuantitatif. dan sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengunjung café limasan pada tahun 2018 sebanyak  2464 orang dan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diambil sebanyak 345 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu teknik sampling incidental. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis verifikatif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, menganalisis dan menjelaskan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi struktur modal. Faktor-faktor tersebut antara lain: struktur aktiva, profitabilitas dan ukuran perusahaan pada perusahaan food and beverage di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2015-2019. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penentuan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel terpilih sebanyak 14 perusahaan. Data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan tahunan yang dipublikasikan pada website www.idx.co.id. Analisis data dengan analisis regresi linier berganda dibantu dengan Software program SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, (1) Tidak terdapat pengaruh parsial struktur aktiva terhadap struktur modal; (2) Terdapat pengaruh parsial profitabilitas terhadap struktur modal; (3) Tidak terdapat pengaruh parsial ukuran perusahaan terhadap struktur modal; dan (4) Terdapat pengaruh simultan struktur aktiva, profitabilitas dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap struktur modal.

Abstract

As a result of the huge variety of different sources and knowledge available in this age of globalization, the fast-paced, instantaneous lifestyles required at all of society's levels are supported by an adoption of information systems. Customers have flocked to use online payment features as a result of the accessibility of numerous shopping platforms and the convenience of transactions. The Covid-19 pandemic's rise has also sparked changes in a number of areas, including the economy. According to the current situation, more people are definitely adopting digital platforms with all its advantages, benefits, and conveniences. These suggests that electronic money is well acceptable, especially in heavily inhabited urban regions where it may help stop the spread of the Covid-19 virus. As a result, the fierce competition in the market for digital wallets requires companies to be capable of developing and sustain high-quality electronic services. As a result, users of the application may feel more trustworthy. 100 people who currently use GoPay made up the sample for this study. This essential information was gathered through surveying. examination of data using linear regression. The findings demonstrated that E-Trust and E- Satisfaction significantly impacted GoPay consumers' intention to continue using the service.

Abstract

ABSTRAKBerdasarkan analisis situasi dan kondisi mitra, yaitu MTsS. Miftahul Huda Tegalwaru-Karawang, terdapat masalah pokok yang dialami oleh sekolah ini, yakni berupa masalah dalam teknis pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran dimasa pandemi covid-19. Hal ini dikarenakan belum siapnya Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh (PJJ). Banyak guru yang bertugas di MTs Miftahul Huda masih kurang melek pemanfaatan teknologi khususnya dalam pemanfaatn website Youtube sebagai media pembelajara untuk pembelajaran jarak jauh. Maka dari itu, pemecahan masalah tersebut sejalan dengan tujuan pelatihan ini, yakni memudahkan guru-guru MTsS. Miftahul Huda dalam proses pembelajaran Jarak Jauh dengan pemanfaatan teknologi khususnya penggunaan model pembelajaran Flipped Classroom Instruction. Flipped Classroom merupakan proses pembelajaran yang didalamnya terdapat video dari pengajar atau berbasis online (youtube) berisikan materi pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini ialah metode ceramah dan praktikum. Kegiatan pelatihan dilakukan selama satu hari dan melibatkan 30 guru MTsS. Miftahul Huda Tegalwaru Karawang. Hasil dari pelatihan tersebut, sekitar 80% guru-guru MTs. Miftahul Huda menjadi lebih mengetahui model pembelajaran yang dapat digunakan secara jarak jauh dengan pemanfaatan teknologi, yakni pemanfaatn website Youtube sebagai media pembelajaran dalam model pembelajaran Flipped Classroom dan bisa diasumsikan model pembelajaran tersebut efektif digunakan pada masa pandemic covid-19 ini. Kata Kunci: pelatihan; flipped classroom; technology; PJJ. ABSTRACTBased on the analysis of the situation and condition of the partner, namely MTsS. Miftahul Huda Tegalwaru-Karawang, there are main problems experienced by this school, namely problems in the technical implementation of the learning process during the COVID-19 pandemic. This is because of distance teaching and learning are not ready yet. Many teachers are still less literate in the technology used for distance teaching and learning process. Therefore, the problem solving is in line with the purpose of this training, which is to facilitate MTsS. Miftahul Huda teachers in the distance teaching and learning process by utilizing technology, especially the use of the Flipped Classroom Instruction learning model. Flipped Classroom is a learning process in which there are videos from teachers or online-based (youtube.com) containing learning materials. The methods used in this training are lecture and practicum methods. The training activity was carried out for one day and involved 30 teachers of MTsS. Miftahul Huda Tegalwaru Karawang. As a result of the training, around 80% of teachers of MTs. Miftahul Huda became more aware of the learning model that can be used remotely with the use of technology, namely the use of the Youtube website as a learning medium in the Flipped Classroom learning model and also it can be assumed that the learning model is effectively used during this COVID-19 pandemic. Keywords: training; flipped classroom; technology; PJJ.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kualitas Produk terhadap Minat Beli Teh Elumor. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat yang menggunakan produk Teh Elumor. Sampel yang diteliti berjumlah 50 responden. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah Kualitas Produk (X), dan variabel dependennya adalah Minat Beli (Y). Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis linier SPSS. Dalam penelitian ini diperoleh hasil bahwa terdapat pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap minat secara signifikan yaitu sebesar 2,6%.

Abstract

Startegi pemasaran dalam penggunaan social media marketing menjadi salah satu pemasaran dalam menarik minat konsumen. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh social media marketing terhadap minat beli jasa Wedding Service. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang menggunakan jasa Nurelia Wedding Service dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 204 responden. Variabel independen (X) penelitian ini social media marketing (X) dan variabel dependen (Y) minat beli (Y). Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis linier SPSS. Hasil penelitian diketahui social media marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel minat beli sebesar 47,1%,.
