Abstract

Penggunaan absensi kertas untuk pegawai yang belum terdaftar di catatan kepegawaian di Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Badung menyebabkan beberapa kendala, seperti ketidakakuratan data dan kesulitan dalam pemrosesan absensi. Oleh karena itu, dalam penelitian ini, sebuah sistem pencatatan absensi berbasis web diusulkan sebagai solusi untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan sebuah sistem pencatatan absensi yang efisien, dan dapat diakses secara online. Sistem ini ditujukan untuk pegawai magang, non ASN, atau mahasiswa PKL yang bekerja di Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Badung. Metode pengembangan sistem melibatkan analisis kebutuhan pengguna, desain antarmuka, pengembangan basis data, dan implementasi fitur-fitur yang relevan. Sistem ini memberikan kemudahan bagi pegawai magang, non ASN, atau mahasiswa PKL dalam mencatat kehadiran mereka dengan menggunakan perangkat elektronik yang terhubung dengan internet. Fitur utama yang disediakan oleh sistem ini antara lain pendaftaran pengguna, pencatatan kehadiran harian, pemrosesan dan penyimpanan data absensi, serta laporan absensi yang dapat diakses secara real-time.

Abstract

Banyak pengusaha dan instansi yang bergerak di bidang pariwisata di Bali, telah menyediakan berbagai jenis layanan tersebut. Salah satu jenisnya adalah aplikasi pemesanan paket perjalanan wisata yang dikembangkan oleh sebuah instansi di daerah Ubud, Bali bernama Triponlist. Pada aplikasi ini, wisatawan bisa mendapatkan informasi lengkap dari berbagai daerah wisata di Bali dan paket kunjungan wisata yang dapat dipilih untuk menikmati daerah tersebut. Aplikasi ini juga dapat mendukung usaha kecil masyarakat lokal yang ada di daerah wisata tersebut, dengan memperkenalkannya pada masing-masing menu daerah wisata. Fasilitas-fasilitas seperti ini sangat membantu serta menguntungkan pengembang pariwisata di Bali untuk tetap menjaga ketertarikan wisatawan terutama wisatawan asing untuk berwisata ke Bali.

Abstract

Praktik kerja lapangan sebagai Fullstack Developer di PT Media Kreasi Abadi membawa kita ke dalam dunia pengembangan perangkat lunak yang dinamis. Sebagai Fullstack Developer, tugas utama mencakup merancang dan membangun aplikasi perangkat lunak, mengoptimalkan kinerja, dan menjaga keamanan data. Tidak hanya dalam proses pengembangan aplikasi, dalam berbagai pekerjaan, seringkali timbul beragam masalah manajemen tugas, termasuk kurangnya koordinasi, tugas yang tercecer, kurangnya transparansi, penjadwalan yang buruk, dan evaluasi kinerja yang tidak efektif. Artikel ini membahas permasalahan tersebut dan memperkenalkan aplikasi "Kerjatim" sebagai solusi yang dirancang untuk meningkatkan efektivitas manajemen tugas dalam pengembangan aplikasi. Dalam konteks ini, akan diajukan beberapa rumusan masalah dan strategi penyelesaian untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut.

Abstract

Kebutuhan akan manajemen proyek yang efektif semakin mendesak pada era digital, terutama untuk perusahaan yang menangani banyak proyek, seperti PT Guna Teknologi Nusantara dengan lebih dari 200 klien. Untuk membantu dalam pemantauan dan koordinasi proyek, dikembangkan sebuah aplikasi manajemen proyek berbasis web menggunakan framework Laravel dan database MySQL. Metode Waterfall diterapkan dalam proses pengembangan, yang meliputi fase analisis, desain, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Aplikasi ini menawarkan fitur-fitur seperti login, registrasi, manajemen pengguna, manajemen proyek dan tugas, serta pelaporan bulanan. Pengujian dengan metode Black-Box menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi berfungsi sesuai dengan spesifikasi.

Abstract

Scheduling courses in the Informatics Program of the Faculty Scheduling courses in the Informatics Program of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Universitas Udayana, is very crucial for optimizing resources like classroom spaces, and instructor time. However, manual scheduling consuming so much time and is prone to errors, which can lead to scheduling conflicts between courses, instructors. and rooms. This study aims to develop a web-based course scheduling application that's efficient and accessible to the staff. The methods used include situation analysis, problem formulation, interface design, and system implementation. The implementation result shows that the application simplifies the scheduling process and reduces the risk of scheduling conflicts. This system is expected to improve efficiency of scheduling in the Informatics Program at Universitas Udayana.

Abstract

Easy and efficient access to banking services is essential for customers in the digital era, including those of rural banks such as BPR. BPR Saraswati Eka Bumi currently does not offer a mobile banking application, causing customers to rely on manual processes for opening accounts, saving, applying for loans, and placing deposits. In response to this issue, a mobile application interface was designed to support the digital transformation of BPR Saraswati Eka Bumi's services. The design process adopted the design thinking method, consisting of five stages: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. Through these stages, key features were developed including online account registration, SiMaPan savings, loan application, and digital deposit services. The resulting interface prototype was tested internally and received positive feedback regarding its usability and clarity. This design is expected to serve as a reference for the future development of BPR Saraswati Eka Bumi’s official mobile banking application.

Abstract

Bali, a beautiful island in Indonesia, offers the perfect combination of natural beauty, rich culture, and the friendliness of its people. Known for its stunning beaches, clear sea water, and stunning rice terraces, Bali is a popular tourist destination worldwide. In addition, the rich cultural life with religious ceremonies, traditional dances and sculpture makes Bali a center for artistic and cultural activities. Tourists can enjoy an unforgettable experience while exploring ancient temples, visiting traditional markets or interacting with the friendly locals. Bali is a mesmerizing paradise that promises a life full of adventure and peace. The purpose of this research is to build a recommendation system for tourist attractions which is expected to be able to make it easier for tourists who are on vacation to Bali to find tourist attractions they want to go to, especially in the Gianyar area.

Abstract

In the era of digitalization of medical information, safeguarding patient data confidentiality has become paramount. This research aims to address the issue of data leakage by implementing file encryption using the AES-128 algorithm. The research methodology encompasses problem identification, system design, testing, and evaluation. The encryption steps of AES-128, namely SubBytes, ShiftRows, MixColumns, and AddRoundKey, are applied to enhance the security of patient data. Testing is conducted using various types of medical data, and an analysis is performed to assess the level of security and algorithm performance. The results indicate that file encryption with AES-128 can provide a high level of security for patient medical information. The AES-128 algorithm generates secure ciphertext that cannot be easily decrypted without the corresponding key. This research contributes to the field of medical information security by implementing AES-128 file encryption in patient data management systems. By enhancing data privacy and security, the utilization of this algorithm has the potential to provide strong protection against data breaches. Further studies can explore the wider application of AES-128 in the context of medical data security and improve algorithm performance.

Abstract

In this digital era, technology pervades every aspect of daily life, revolutionizing industries and interactions. Within this landscape, online-based transportation services have emerged as transformative solutions, notably exemplified by Gojek in Indonesia. This study delves into sentiment analysis of Gojek reviews using Multinomial Naive Bayes and Bag-of-Words extraction, aiming to gauge user perceptions and responses. Leveraging a dataset of 9.996 App reviews, the research undertakes comprehensive preprocessing, including case folding, filtering, tokenization, stopword removal, and stemming, followed by sentiment labeling. By employing Bag-of-Words feature extraction, textual data is converted into numerical vectors, enabling the application of the Multinomial Naive Bayes classification model. Evaluation metrics, derived from a confusion matrix, reveal an accuracy rate of 86.29%, with precision, recall, and F1-Score values of 86.94%, 86.41%, and 86.26% respectively. This study underscores the efficacy of the adapted Multinomial Naive Bayes model with Bag-of-Words feature extraction in discerning user sentiments towards Gojek, offering valuable insights for enhancing service applications in the digital realm.

Abstract

Image captioning, the task of automatically generating descriptive captions for images, has gained significant attention due to its potential applications in various domains. This paper addresses the challenges associated with integrating computer vision and natural language processing techniques to develop an effective image caption generator. The proposed solution leverages the VGG-16 model for feature extraction from images and an LSTM (Long Short-Term Memory) model for caption generation. The Flickr8k dataset, containing approximately 8000 images with five different captions per image, is utilized for training and evaluation. The methodology encompasses several steps, including data preprocessing, feature extraction, model training, and evaluation. Data preprocessing involves cleaning captions by removing punctuations, single characters, and numerical values, while incorporating start and end sequences. Image features are extracted using the pre-trained VGG-16 model, and similar images are clustered to ensure accurate feature extraction. Subsequently, the captions and corresponding image features are merged and tokenized for model training. The LSTM model is designed with input layers for image features and captions, as well as an output layer for caption generation. Extensive hyperparameter tuning is conducted to optimize the model's performance, involving variations in the number of nodes and layers. The generated captions are evaluated using BLEU scores, where a score closer to 1 indicates higher similarity between predicted and actual captions. The proposed system demonstrates promising results in generating meaningful captions for images, with potential applications in assisting visually impaired individuals, medical image analysis, and advertising industry automation.
