Abstract

This study aimed at describing how the implementation of religious culture in increasing the spiritual intelligence of participants in schools. This study used a qualitative descriptive method with the objectives being studied were students of MI Terpadu Ad-Dimyati Bandung. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of religious culture in increasing the spiritual intelligence of students through smiling, greeting, and greeting (3S), Tausiah, reading short surahs, and Asmaul Husna, prayer zuhr in the congregation, Dhuha prayer, Istighasah, and Infaq (Gerakan Dua Bumi-The movement of Two Earths) have met the criteria for increasing the spiritual intelligence of students. Because as an Islamic educational institution, the school is not only concerned with cognitive aspects but also good habituation and spiritual concepts that can be applied in everyday life. This research is expected to broaden the writer's insight, especially and generally for readers. Whereas for schools the implementation of religious culture to improve the spiritual intelligence of students should involve the participation of families and communities so that the increase in spiritual intelligence is more optimal

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah frekuensi berdzikir berpengaruh terhadap tingkat kecemasan yang muncul pada mahasiswa Psikologi dalam mengikuti praktikum participation chart di Bandung. Kecemasan akademik sering kali menjadi hambatan bagi mahasiswa ketika harus menghadapi situasi evaluatif, sehingga perlu dikaji faktor-faktor yang berpotensi memengaruhinya, termasuk aktivitas spiritual seperti berdzikir. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan regresi linear sederhana. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan jumlah partisipan sebanyak 33 mahasiswa. Uji regresi menunjukkan hasil P-value = 0,360 yang lebih besar dari 0,05, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa frekuensi berdzikir tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat kecemasan mahasiswa dalam konteks praktikum tersebut. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa meskipun berdzikir dapat memberikan ketenangan secara subjektif bagi sebagian individu, secara statistik tidak terbukti memengaruhi tingkat kecemasan praktikum participation chart. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi bahwa faktor kecemasan mahasiswa mungkin lebih dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain, seperti strategi coping, dukungan sosial, atau kepercayaan diri. Penelitian lanjutan dengan jumlah sampel lebih besar dan melibatkan variabel moderator maupun mediator disarankan agar diperoleh gambaran lebih komprehensif mengenai hubungan antara aktivitas spiritual dan kecemasan akademik.

Abstract

This study explores the integration of Cognitive Load Theory (CLT) and multisensory learning to enhance cognitive understanding and student engagement in the digital age. Through a systematic analysis of 45 literature sources (2018–2024), a Neuro-Cognitive Load framework was developed that combines principles from cognitive psychology and neuroscience. Findings indicate that this integrated approach reduces external load by 32% through optimal visual-auditory presentation (<7 minutes), while activating brain regions associated with multisensory processing. At the practical level, the combination of worked examples and haptic simulations enhances STEM knowledge transfer by 41%. Cognitive impacts include improved retention (55%), reduced conceptual errors (38%), and enhanced knowledge transfer (29%). Student engagement analysis shows increased attention focus (73%), positive affect (M=4.2 vs 3.1), and active participation (2.3× higher). Implementation challenges include resource limitations (85% of teachers experienced technical difficulties) and student diversity, addressed through low-tech solutions (audio-enhanced diagrams) and teacher training (ES=0.89). The study’s conclusions emphasize the synergy of CLT-multisensory when it meets: (1) precise design aligned with cognitive capacity, (2) varied stimulation, and (3) contextual adaptation. The main implication is the need for educators to act as skilled cognitive designers who integrate neuroscience with pedagogical practices. Recommendations include developing a phased implementation protocol and further research on adaptive systems based on cognitive profiles. Temuan menunjukkan pendekatan terintegrasi ini mengurangi beban eksternal 32% melalui penyajian visual-auditori optimal (<7 menit), sekaligus mengaktifkan area otak terkait pemrosesan multisensorik. Pada tingkat praktis, kombinasi worked examples dan simulasi haptik meningkatkan transfer pengetahuan STEM 41%. Dampak kognitif mencakup peningkatan retensi (55%), penurunan kesalahan konseptual (38%), dan peningkatan transfer pengetahuan (29%). Analisis keterlibatan siswa menunjukkan peningkatan fokus perhatian (73%), positive affect (M=4.2 vs 3.1), dan partisipasi aktif (2.3× lebih tinggi). Tantangan implementasi termasuk keterbatasan sumber daya (85% guru mengalami kesulitan teknis) dan keragaman siswa, yang diatasi melalui solusi low-tech (audio-enhanced diagram) dan pelatihan guru (ES=0.89). Kesimpulan penelitian menggarisbawahi sinergi CLT-multisensorik ketika memenuhi: (1) desain presisi sesuai kapasitas kognitif, (2) variasi stimulasi, dan (3) adaptasi kontekstual. Implikasi utama adalah perlunya pendidik berperan sebagai desainer kognitif yang terampil mengintegrasikan neurosains dengan praktik pedagogis. Rekomendasi mencakup pengembangan protokol implementasi bertahap dan penelitian lanjutan tentang sistem adaptif berbasis profil kognitif.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was determining the ‘masyiatullah’ concept in Islamic education process. The approach in this study used a qualitative approach, an approach in natural objects condition, where researchers become key instruments. The results showed that masyiatullah concept was the core of Islamic education, where the concept become a solid foundation to form students who believe and have faith. Ideally, Islamic education theology can produce a generation who had the awareness that they are servants of God.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe how much the intensity of reading the Quran affects the emotional intelligence of psychology students class of 2023 of Sunan Gunung Djati State Islamic University, Bandung. The research used is the result of reading the Quran on the emotional intelligence of students who have four different scales, namely strongly agree, agree, disagree, and strongly disagree. By using the instrument used in this study, namely using a google form questionnaire about the intensity of reading the Quran on students' emotional intelligence by seeing how much influence it has. The data analysis technique used was drawing conclusions and presenting non-probability sampling data with the type of purposive sampling used for 60 students. The results of the data analysis can find out how much percentage of aspects are fulfilled from the influence of the intensity of reading the Quran with the emotional intelligence of each student.
