Abstract

In the current digital era, the emergence of technology and high business competition makes MSMEs compete with their competitors. Conventional marketing strategies are no longer enough to win the competition. Unfortunately, there are still many MSMEs that have not been able to optimize digital platforms as a marketing tool, especially MSMEs in Banjarsari Village. Therefore, Group 3 KKN students prepared a work program for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise Development in Banjarsari Village. The aim is to provide assistance and assistance as well as understanding the importance of digital marketing to expand market reach. The results achieved are that MSMEs in Banjarsari Village have an Online Shop as a means of marketing products online and facilitating communication and transactions with consumers.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui dampak – dampak yang berpengaruh terhadap pendekatan total usaha bata merah di Kabupaten Garut. Sering kali muncul kendala didalam usaha bata merah sehingga mengakibatkan kegagalan dalam menjalankan sebuah usaha. Metode yang digunakan adalah ANP ( Analytic Network Process) dan analisis BOCR (Benefit Opportunities Cost Risk). Hasil yang didapat bahwa dampak – dampak yang berpengaruh terhadap total usaha bata merah adalah nilai stabil dengan bobot tertinggi dalam pendekatan BOCR adalah Cost, Risk, Benefit, Opportunites . Dan untuk penentuan strategi menggunakan analisis SWOT. Dan terdapat penentuan strategi Strength-Opportunities, Sterngth-Treats, Weakness-Opportunities, Weakness-Treats untuk menanggulangi dampak – dampak tersebut.

Abstract

There are many strategies that can be carried out by companies that will have implications/impacts, which in general are the main actors or network members in the tapioca flour supply chain which consists of five organizations or parties, namely suppliers, producers, distributors, retailers and consumers. Then the company must be a totality, then the nature of competition between supply chain networks then has implications for phasing in the supply chain process where the evolutionary process requires phasing so that it needs to be detailed, differentiated and planned about what, who and how for each element such as driver, focus, benefits, tools, action areas, guidelines, models, alliances and training. PD. Mekar Jaya is a company that produces tapioca flour for industrial scale which received a red rating in the program. Therefore, "green" principles need to be extended to all departments, including supply chain activities. This research aims to determine the conditions and implications of green Green Supply management in PD. Mekar Jaya The performance measurement process is carried out through two main processes, namely the design of the performance measurement model and the resulting implications. In designing a performance measurement model and generating impacts, this research uses the Green SCOR and Analytical Network Process (ANP) methods to determine the implications.

Abstract

KN. COLLECTION is a factory that produces skullcaps, located at Kp. By the way, Samarang Garut. In production which involves human labor and the workplace environment, there are dangerous factors that can harm workers' health. One of them is dust in the workplace environment. while in room area 2 (Manual Knitting Machine) it is 150 AQI. The dust content value in these two areas has exceeded the threshold value of 60 AQI. Data collection was carried out using quantitative data collection techniques, namely sampling 30 data, then testing the data for normality using SPSS with the Kolgomorv Smirnov method, the results showed that the data was normally distributed. Based on the control analysis that has been carried out using the FMEA method to find the cause of the air pollution that occurred in the production work room of KN. COLLECTION. In the risk assessment process using FMEA, the assessment components are divided into 3 components, namely Occurrence, Risk Impact and Risk Detection. The research carried out has the aim of obtaining results (output) in the form of proposed improvements that can be implemented by the company to minimize air pollution that occurs in the company. Namely, with the proposal to add an Exhaust Fan from the inside out to regulate the release of dust from inside the room out of the room, to help ensure indoor air circulation remains clean, healthy and fresh. As well as the proposed filter on the machine that emits dust, a drainage channel for the dust is also created, in order to minimize the dust produced by the automatic knitting machine at KN. COLLECTION and creating a clean and comfortable work environment for production.

Abstract

CV Dynasty is a trading company engaged in the distribution of bottled drinking water. The CV Dynasty 611 company collaborates with suppliers to supply bottled drinking water. In carrying out its business processes, this company is often hampered by inventory management. This can be seen from the accumulation of goods and frequent placing of orders with suppliers, as well as problems in fulfilling products to consumers. So a method is needed to solve problems in inventory management and optimize storage and ordering costs and avoid buildup in the warehouse. So the inventory management method was chosen Economic order quantity, silver meal heuristic and Min – max method. These three methods are inventory management methods which are expected to be able to solve problems that occur at the CV Dynasty 611 company. The EOQ method produces an order frequency of 19 times, safety stock of 102 crates, ROP of 118 crates with a total inventory cost of IDR 36,925,824 and inventory cost efficiency of IDR 2,226,976 with an inventory cost efficiency percentage of 6%. Meanwhile, using the silver meal heuristic method produces an ordering frequency of 12 times a year, safety stock 156, ROP 114, total inventory costs IDR 8,881088 with inventory cost efficiency IDR 30,271,712 with a percentage of 77%. Meanwhile, using the min - max method produces an order frequency of 13 times in one year with a safety stock of 102 crates, ROP 114 crates with a total inventory cost of 34,071,456 with an inventory cost efficiency of IDR 5,081,341 with an inventory cost efficiency percentage of 13%. Therefore, it is recommended that companies use the silver meal heuristic method to optimize inventory costs.

Abstract

This research was conducted in PD. Furniture Two Brothers. which is located on Jl.Terusan Pembangunan, Kec.Tarogong Kidul, Garut Regency, West Java Province. This company produces furniture made of wood, such as door frames, window frames, doors and shutters, in some of these products the company provides different types of wood, namely mahogany and teak wood, with an amount of 1,5 m3 for mahogany wood and 2.5 m3 for raw material. teak wood raw material. Based on the wood raw materials, it is necessary to plan to produce each product for each type of wood, but due to the large number of companies that produce similar products, it can certainly lead to high competition, with this competition it will certainly affect profits, the company must plan to generate maximum profit based on the resources owned by the company in meeting the demand for the resulting production and it is known that the company's income has decreased and profits are not stable. The purpose of this study was to determine the optimal production amount for each product using the simplex method, while the variables studied were mahogany door frames (X1.1), mahogany window frames (X2.1), mahogany door frames (X3.1). ), mahogany wood loster (X4.1), teak wood door frame (X1.2) teak wood window frame (X2.2), teak wood door leaf (X3.2), teak wood loster (X4.2). The results of the study showed that the optimal amount of production in PD. Meubeul Dua Saudara, namely 149 pieces of teak wood window frames (X2.2) and 89 pieces of teak wood doors (X3.2) with a profit of Rp. 19,350,000/mont.

Abstract

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the added value of tapioca flour waste/by-products (ongok) and their contribution to the company in Ciwangi Village, Limbangan, Garut—whether it is profitable enough, and to explore the potential of these by-products as a breakthrough for a new product, namely kerupuk elod. The study used the Hayami method and SWOT analysis. The Hayami method was used to calculate added value by involving input and output, and by considering several key factors in value-added analysis such as technical and market factors, as well as supporting concepts like conversion factors, labor coefficients, and output value. SWOT analysis was used to determine the company’s position and to formulate appropriate development strategies.The research results showed that the feasibility of the tapioca flour business at PD. Mekar Jaya is profitable, with a profitability of 11%, indicating a gain. The R/C Ratio obtained was 1.31, indicating business efficiency. The NPV was IDR 373,601,200, confirming the project's viability. The BEP was IDR 448,486,270 in monetary terms and 4,555.94 kg in unit terms. The added value or profit obtained was IDR 9,839,900, with an added value ratio of 49%. The recommended development strategy for PD. Mekar Jaya’s by-product utilization includes government support for building waste processing facilities, directing waste processing toward value-added products, and developing a variety of cassava-based and cassava-waste-based products.
