Abstract

Roasting is a process of frying coffee without oil using high temperatures which aims to speed up the process of frying coffee beans. The coffee roasting process aims to form the taste and aroma of the coffee beans. The coffee roasting equipment used in this study was a horizontal cylinder type coffee roaster with a capacity of 2 kg. This machine rotates with an electric dynamo. It has a cylindrical tube with a length of 27.5 cm and the heat comes from an LPG (Liquefied petroleum gas) stove. The purpose of this research is to test the performance of coffee roasting equipment. The data that needs to be measured from this coffee roasting tool is the need for electrical power used, roasting capacity and the change in color of the coffee when it is roasted. The electric power used is 12 volts 15 amperes. The results of the dark roast test at 200°c at 21 minutes. The maximum capacity of this horizontal cylinder type roasting machine is 2 kilograms

Abstract

This research aims to measure the gap between the design and actual implementation of an e-Government project using the ITPOSMO method. By knowing this gap, stakeholders involved in the project can find a suitable approach to prevent the project from falling on its implementation. Information about the application, required by conducting observation and interviews with various parties involved in the use of SIPKD (Regional Financial Management Information System) in Kampa district, Riau Province. From this research, it was found that the Kampa district has a gap between the design and implementation of an e-Government project, especially in the SIPKD application of 22 points. The distribution of the gap is 5 points in information dimension, 3 points in technology dimension, 3 points in process dimension, 3 points in objective and value dimension, 4 points in staffing and skills dimension, 3 points in management system and structure, and 1 point in other resources dimension. Based on the total gaps that have been occurred, the implementation of the SIPKD application has the risk of partial failure from its initial design unless action is taken to reduce the gap between design and reality. The biggest gap is in the information dimension and staffing and skill dimension.

Abstract

The need for a website is not only in government or office. Higher education as the birthplace of intelligent and responsive generations must also be better prepared to deal with technological advances. This also applies to Hero University located in Kampar Regency. The administrative process in the actual work of engineering school students is still done manually, the verification and signing process is often forced by teachers and leaders outside the school, which prolongs the process. administrative. The method used in this study is the cascade method. The system is also built using the Laravel framework and object-oriented programming with the addition of the bootstrap CSS framework. The result of this study is that the actual job administration website, Faculty of Engineering, Pahlawan Tuanku Tambusai University, helps engineering students to perform practical job administration more easily and in no time.

Abstract

Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi pada era globalisasi, terutama dalam dunia komputer telah mempermudah proses bisnis atau dunia usaha. Teknologi komputer dan internet, memunculkan sistem informasi seperti pemesanan/reservasi dapat dilakukan secara online. Salah satu contohnya adalah sistem informasi reservasi untuk jasa penyewaan mobil atau biasa dikenal dengan rental mobil. Sistem informasi reservasi rental mobil dibuat dengan tampilan berbasis website menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP dan database MYSQL. Sistem ini menggunakan metodologi waterfall dalam pengembangan system. Keunggulan sistem informasi reservasi rental mobil berbasis website ini yaitu dapat mempermudah pelanggan dalam mendapatkan informasi dan melalukan reservasi rental mobil dengan melalui sebuah website tanpa batasan ruang dan waktu

Abstract

Ikan patin dan kelor merupakan pangan lokal yang banyak terdapat di Kampar. Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Merbau merupakan salah satu KWT yang bergerak dibidang budidaya kelor. Mitra memiliki banyak daun kelor segar tetapi pengolahannya belum optimal karena kurangnya peralatan produksi dan pengetahuan dalam pengolahan pasca panen, kemasan sederhana dan penjualan hanya terbatas didesa dan pasar. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mitra dalam mengolah kelor menjadi produk bernilai jual tinggi, kemasan produk yang menarik dan pemasaran yang luas sehingga diharapkan mampu meningkatkan pendapatan atau perekonomian mitra. Adapun permasalahan mitra adalah: (1) Rendahnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan mitra dalam mengolah daun kelor menjadi produk yang bernilai jual tinggi (2) Pendapatan mitra masih rendah (3) Belum bervariasinya olahan produk kelor (4) Penggunaan teknologi pengolahan kelor pasca panen masih sederhana (5)Kemasan produk masih sederhana, belum ada PIRT dan sertifikasi halal (6)Pemasaran yang terbatas. Solusi yang ditawarkan (1)Memberikan penyuluhan dan pelatihan pembuatan produk berbahan patin dan kelor (2) Pemberian alat pengaduk adonan, mesin pembuat mie, dan sealer (3)Pengemasan produk yang menarik, ada label gizi, tanggal produksi dan tanggal kadaluarsa. Ada PIRT dan sertifikat halal, (4)Perluasan pemasaran secara online. Luaran yang ingin dicapai: (1)Meningkatnya pengetahuan mitra tentang kelor dan patin, (2)Meningkatnya keterampilan mitra membuat produk berbahan kelor dan patin (3) Meningkatnya pendapatan mitra, (4)Adanya produk olahan patin kelor seperti nugget, abon dan mie patin kelor (5) Mesin pengaduk adonan dan pembuat mie dapat meningkatkan kualitas maupun kuantitas produk (6)Kemasan produk yang menarik disertai dengan label gizi, tanggal produksi dan tanggal kadaluarsa (7) Mitra mendapatkan NIB, PIRT dan sertifikasi halal (8) Semakin luasnya pemasaran menggunakan internet. Hasil kegiatan dipublikasi di Jurnal Nasional terakreditasi, media massa Nasional dan Youtube. Kegiatan melibatkan 2 mahasiswa yang akan direkognisi pada mata kuliah KKN 2 SKS dan Praktek Belajar Lapangan Gizi Masyarakat 4 SKS.

Abstract

Asesmen Nasional Berbasis Komputer (ANBK) telah diberlakukan di Indonesias sejak tahun 2017, sebagai bagian dari upaya meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan nasional. ANBK merupakan ujian berbasis teknologi informasi dan komunikasi berbasis komputer. Saat ini ANBK di SD Negeri 004 Salo mengalami kendala dikarenakan ANBK hanya bisa diakses pada jadwal yang telah ditentukan oleh pemerintah, sehingga siswa dan guru kesulitan dalam mendapatkan soal periode tahun yang berbeda untuk latihan persiapan ujian ANBK. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan aplikasi bank soal ANBK Sekolah Dasar Negeri 004 Salo berbasis website. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data yaitu pendekatan kualitatif dan menggunakan metode prototypingi dalam pengembangan sistem. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah seuah aplikasi Bank Soal berbasis website yang dibangun menggunakan PHP dan Framework Laravel dan dirancang menggunakan UML serta diuji menggunakan metode Blackbox Testing. National Computerized Assessment (ANBK) has been implemented in Indonesia since 2017, as part of efforts to improve the quality of national education. ANBK is a computerized information and communication technology based test. Currently ANBK at SD Negeri 004 Salo is experiencing problems because ANBK can only be accessed on a schedule determined by the government, so students and teachers have difficulty getting questions from different year periods to practice preparing for the ANBK exam. The aim of this research is to produce a website-based ANBK question bank application for State Elementary School 004 Salo. The research method used in collecting data is a qualitative approach and using the prototyping method in system development. The result of this research is a website-based Question Bank application built using PHP and the Laravel Framework and designed using UML and tested using the Blackbox Testing method.

Abstract

The rapid change in information technology has transformed our way of doing activities, especially in the business and e-commerce sectors. E-commerce, the activity of buying, selling, and marketing goods and services through electronic systems, plays a significant role. One of the products sold in e-commerce is perfume, a fragrant liquid that boosts confidence and leaves a certain impression. Currently, the sales process in some stores in Bangkinang is still manual, where consumers have to visit the stores directly to make purchases or simply to view the available products, and there is a lack of detailed information about the perfumes. Difficulty in reaching consumers and challenges for consumers to determine the desired price due to various variations such as brands and qualities. The aim of this research is to design and develop a web-based perfume buying and selling information system using PHP with the CodeIgniter framework to help consumers easily find perfumes and facilitate online transactions. The method applied in developing the system is the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) model with a waterfall approach. The result of this research is an information system for buying and selling perfumes made using the PHP programming language and the CodeIgniter Framework. This system is designed using UML (Unified Modeling Language), and Usability Testing and Blackbox Testing as system testing methods.

Abstract

Perkembangan sistem informasi saat ini sudah dapat diterapkan pada berbagai jenis usaha, salah satunya absensi yang sangat berguna untuk pengelolaan data kehadiran karyawan pada suatu pemerintahan atau instansi tanpa absensi yang baik, sulit untuk mengetahui dan mengontrol kehadiran  karyawan yang bekerja di suatu tempat. Namun, dalam penerapan sistem absensi, masih banyak permasalahan yang dihadapi, seperti adanya kesalahan dalam pengisian data oleh karyawan atau banyaknya memanipulasi data dari orang yang tidak bertanggung jawab. Saat ini, Kantor Desa Binamang masih menggunakan sistem absensi manual yang dapat menimbulkan kecurangan dalam pengisian data kehadiran pada staff. Absen elektronik yaitu sebuah alat berbasis teknologi yang telah diatur secara otomatis dan telah di masukan seluruh data pegawai didalamnya sehingga secara otomatis dapat menginput kehadiran dan kepulangan pegawai.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Membangun e-absensi menggunakan QR code berbasis web di Kantor Pemerintahan Desa Binamang yang mempermudah admin dalam mengelola data dan informasi pegawai serta dapat menghitung rekapitulasi absensi secara akurat, dan dapat mengurangi tingkat kecurangan dalam pengisian absensi serta menguji pengimplementasian e-absensi menggunakan QR code berbasis  web di Kantor Pemerintahan Desa Binamang. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem adalah metode waterfall. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem E-absensi menggunakan Qr code berbasis web yang dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan JavaScript, Framework Laravel, yang dirancang menggunakan UML , diuji dengan metode Blackox Testing dan menggunakan Library websocket yang memungkinkan mengirim data secara real time.

Abstract

Attendance systems are crucial in monitoring employee presence within governmental organizations, and attendance is one of the key aspects of performance evaluation in the government sector. The attendance system has evolved over time to find the most efficient and convenient method for the Binamang Village Office. Currently, the attendance system at the Binamang Village Office, located in XIII Koto Kampar District, still uses a manual method, where employees sign their names on attendance sheets provided at the village office. Given the advancements and use of technology, particularly information technology, the presence of gadgets such as smartphones and communication networks (internet) enables the use of digital/electronic attendance (e-attendance) to facilitate activities and work scope for employees, making supervision more practical and efficient. The purpose of this study is to design technological tools that support a digital/electronic attendance system (e-attendance) using Quick Response Code (QR Code). With the development of the attendance system at the Binamang Village Office, a system analysis is required. This research employs the waterfall development method, and the analysis is conducted using the PIECES method (Performance, Information, Economic, Control, Efficiency, Service). The results of the analysis using the PIECES method will be elaborated into a system design for processes, databases, and interfaces.

Abstract

A sales system is a system that involves resources within an organization, procedures, data, and supporting facilities to operate the sales system, thus providing useful information for management in decision making. Drinking water depot is a business sector that sells drinking water in gallon bottles. Apart from being easy to obtain and practical, the price of gallon refill water is relatively cheaper and can be consumed directly by the public. The information system for selling refillable drinking water in Bangkinang City has not been managed well, therefore, a website-based drinking water depot sales system is needed. The aim of this research is to provide convenience when ordering refill drinking water, refill drinking water transactions and preparing sales results reports. designing a website-based gallon water sales information system. The method used in system development is the waterfall method. The result of this research is a gallon water sales information system built using PHP and the Laravel Framework, designed using UML, and tested using the Blackbox Testing method.
