Abstract

Abstract This study describes the education management planning system at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 2 (MIN 2) Pekanbaru for teachers in the field of Islamic religious education and class teachers, because the education management planning system is something that is very urgent to be implemented in educational institutions with the aim of improving the quality of education, especially in the field teaching. This research method is Empirical Qualitative by using observation instruments, interviews and documentation, so that the research results illustrate that 78% understand the implementation of the education management planning system at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 2 (MIN 2) Pekanbaru.

Abstract

Student mental health is an important aspect that influences the quality of academic and personal life, although many studies discuss mental health, not many have contributed to the solution. The aim of this research is to determine the role of digital Islamic education in addressing mental health, especially stress, in students of the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Education Study Program (PGMI) Muhammadiyah University of Riau. The research method uses a qualitative approach with information gathering techniques through in-depth interviews and observation. The information collected will be analyzed thematically. The results of this research provide an in-depth understanding of the ongoing impact of Islamic education on the mental health of PGMI students and provide a positive contribution to efforts to improve the mental well-being of PGMI students at Muhammadiyah University of Riau.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara motivasi belajar dengan hasil belajar siswa di kelas IV SDN 177 Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini mengunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa angket/kuesioner yang diberikan oleh oleh 51 responden berisis 22 pernyataan atau pertanyaan yang akan dijawab oleh peserta didik yang isinya motivasi belajar siswa dikelas IV SDN 177 Pekanbaru dan dokumentasi hasil belajar. penentuan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan tekni sampel jenuh karena semua angota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel pada penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang posotif dan signifikan antara motivasi belajar dengan hasil belajar siswa. Besarnya koefisien korelasi yang diperoleh yaitu sebesar 0,367, yang berarti r hitung yang diperoleh lebih besar dibanding dengan r tabel yang telah ditentukan pada taraf signifikan 5% dengan perhitungan rhitung 0,367 > 0,266 hal ini berarti rhitung > rtabel yang memiliki arti Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan antara motivasi belajar dengan hasil belajar siswa di kelas IV SDN 177 Pekanbaru.

Abstract

This study investigates the quality of administrative services and their impact on the loyalty of educational service users at Islamic colleges in Riau Province. The objectives are: (1) to evaluate the existing quality of administrative services; (2) to assess the level of user loyalty; and (3) to identify aspects of administrative services that can enhance user loyalty. Using a qualitative descriptive-analytical approach, data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model with data triangulation for validation. The findings reveal that the quality of administrative services at three private Islamic colleges in Riau Province has not successfully increased user loyalty. Contributing factors include a lack of institutional commitment, unresponsive and unfriendly administrative staff, inaccurate data handling, and inadequate service facilities. To improve user loyalty, administrative services must address user needs and expectations by ensuring responsive, accurate, and high-quality service delivery.

Abstract

This study examines the dynamics of Islamic educational management and its impact on academic services at Islamic higher education institutions. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, the study utilised interviews, participant observation, and documentation to understand the impact of Islamic managerial values on the quality of academic services. The results indicate a strong link between management elements—planning, organising, Islamic leadership, supervision (hisbah), and continuous evaluation—and service effectiveness, as reflected in a structured system, student satisfaction, and the quality of academic processes. The integration of Islamic values , such as amanah (trust), musyawarah (deliberation), ihsan (excellence), and justice, creates a service culture grounded in spirituality and oriented toward humanity. The study confirms that these values strengthen planning, organisation, leadership, supervision, and evaluation, which in turn enhance the service structure, process quality, and student satisfaction. This study offers a conceptual and practical framework for Islamic higher education institutions to enhance the quality of academic services, and encourages further research utilising quantitative and cross-institutional approaches.
