Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of guidance and counseling in elementary schools in the form of assistance provided by teachers to students both individually and in groups to optimize the talents and interests of students and prevent and deal with problems that can hinder the achievement of learning goals. The provision of guidance and counseling in schools is motivated by five things, namely (1) individual development problems; (2) problems of individual differences; (3) problems of individual needs; (4) adjustment problems and behavioral disorders and (5) learning problems. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The research was conducted at SDN 25 Dompu. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations and documentation. Data analysis techniques include four main stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results showed that teachers play a role as implementers of guidance and counseling in elementary schools. There are 5 groups of problems experienced by students at SDN 25 Dompu, namely learning problems, personal problems, social problems, behavioral problems, and career development. The factors causing the problem are motivated by differences in student characteristics, differences in student abilities and differences in students' emotional maturity. The steps in handling student problems are carried out through the stages of identifying problems, collecting data, identifying the cause of the problem, prognosis, namely determining solutions, providing assistance or guidance, and finally conducting evaluation and follow-up. The implementation of guidance and counseling at SDN 25 Dompu has been carried out by all class teachers and school principals.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana anime, khususnya Your Name dan Detective Conan, berfungsi sebagai media persuasi dalam membentuk persepsi audiens terhadap destinasi wisata Jepang. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dan metode analisis isi model Mayring, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi elemen visual, naratif, dan emosional dalam kedua anime tersebut yang memengaruhi minat wisatawan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Your Name secara signifikan mengandalkan kekuatan visual untuk menonjolkan daya tarik destinasi, sementara Detective Conan memanfaatkan kekuatan naratif serta ikon wisata untuk membangun keterikatan emosional dengan penonton. Representasi lokasi yang realistis dalam anime mampu menciptakan citra positif tentang Jepang dan mendorong keputusan wisatawan untuk melakukan kunjungan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa anime efektif sebagai agen soft power dalam strategi promosi pariwisata, serta membuka peluang penerapan model content tourism serupa di negara lain, termasuk Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis (1) pengaruh Interest rate terhadap Harga Saham, (2) Pengaruh Kurs terhadap Harga Saham, (3) Pengaruh Inflasi terhadap Harga Saham. Penelitian bersifat kuantitatif, dengan populasi seluruh perusahaan perkebunan yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2017-2019. Sampel berjumlah 16 perusahaan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Menggunakan teknik dokumentasi dan pengolahan data menggunakan eviews 9. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Interest rate berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Harga Saham, Kurs berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Harga Saham, dan Inflasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis eksistensi Indonesia pada rezim internasional CITES (Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora) dalam menangani kejahatan lingkungan transnasional terkait perdagangan satwa liar. Fokus utama adalah mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis problematika yang dihadapi Indonesia dalam melaksanakan CITES untuk mengatasi kejahatan lingkungan. Dalam membahas topik ini, pendekatan yang digunakan mencakup perspektif liberalisme, teori kejahatan lingkungan transnasional, konsep rezim internasional, dan metode penelitian berbasis kualitatif. Penemuan dalam artikel ini mencerminkan bahwa Indonesia menganggap CITES sebagai pedoman dalam proses legislasinya dan telah berkomitmen untuk mematuhi ketentuan rezim ini dalam rangka melindungi satwa liar yang terancam punah dari perdagangan internasional. Melalui keterlibatan dalam rezim internasional CITES, Indonesia mengembangkan berbagai strategi dalam menghadapi permasalahan kejahatan lingkungan ini yang dibagi ke dalam lima sektor, termasuk aspek hukum, politik, lingkungan, sosial dan budaya, serta teknologi informasi dan komunikasi.

Abstract

This community service initiative introduces a website and Android-based application system to enhance digital literacy among educators at SMA Yuppentek 1, Tangerang. The prevailing issue pertains to the misuse of digital media, which significantly impacts societal well-being. Adolescents, being prolific users of digital platforms, face heightened vulnerability to various crimes stemming from their social media engagements. To address this, preventive measures necessitate an elevation of the partners' proficiency and comprehension in digital literacy. The initiative emphasizes social humanities and information systems, channeling efforts into fostering literacy and constructing website and Android applications to fortify the practice of digital literacy. The implementation strategy encompasses meticulous stages of preparation, execution, and reporting. The primary focus during the implementation phase centers on comprehensive solutions, comprising educating on digital literacy, providing insights into applications pertinent to digital literacy, crafting digital literacy applications, and formulating a digital literacy module. This program aims to foster a sustained understanding of digital literacy in youngsters, empowering educators to navigate and mitigate challenges posed by digital media misuse among adolescents. By equipping them with the requisite tools, it strives to fortify the capacity of educators in addressing the complexities inherent in adolescent digital engagement.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a Local Culture-Based Microlearning Strategy to enhance university students’ conceptual understanding and problem-solving ability in mathematics. Although microlearning has been widely recognized as an effective digital learning innovation, there remains a research gap in contextualizing this approach within local cultural frameworks to improve mathematical understanding at the higher education level. Grounded in constructivist and contextual learning theories, this study adopts a Research and Development (R&D) method using Thiagarajan’s 4D model (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate). The study involved 40 first-semester students of the Primary School Teacher Education Program (PGSD) at STKIP Yapis Dompu. The developed microlearning videos integrated Dompu’s local cultural elements to connect abstract mathematical concepts with students’ lived experiences. Data were analyzed through expert validation, student response questionnaires, and pretest–posttest comparisons using Normalized Gain (N-Gain) statistics. The expert validation yielded a mean score of 90.13%, categorized as Highly Valid, while student responses averaged 98.5% (Very Positive). The N-Gain analysis showed an average score of 0.7, indicating a moderate improvement in conceptual understanding and problem-solving ability. Theoretically, the findings demonstrate that embedding local culture within microlearning not only strengthens conceptual comprehension through contextual learning but also enhances cognitive engagement in mathematics. This study contributes to digital pedagogy by providing empirical evidence that culturally contextualized microlearning serves as an effective and feasible strategy for mathematics education in higher education.
