Abstract

Abstract - This research aims to analyze the influence of the Relational Benefits and Brand Experience variables on Repurchase Intentions, Willingness to Pay More, and Word of Mouth at Namaaz Dining Restaurants. The Relational Benefits variable has three dimensions: Confidence Benefits, Social Benefits, and Special Treatment Benefits. Meanwhile, the Brand Experience variable has four dimensions: Sensory Experience, Affective Experience, Behavioral Experience, and Intellectual Experience. Data was obtained by distributing online questionnaires (Google Form) to 168 respondents who had visited Namaaz Dining Restaurant. The data was then processed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with SmartPLS software. The research results show that the Relational Benefits and Brand Experience variables positively and significantly influence Repurchase Intentions, Willingness to Pay More, and Word of Mouth. The dimensions of the two independent variables provide different contributions to the dependent variable. These findings provide important managerial implications for Namaaz Dining Restaurant management in designing effective marketing strategies to increase customer loyalty through Relational Benefits and experience of the Namaaz Dining brand. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan melayani (servant leadership) terhadap niat karyawan untuk keluar, keterikatan dengan tempat kerja, dan komitmen organisasi melalui kepuasan kerja. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah warga negara Indonesia dengan sampel warga negara Indonesia yang telah bekerja dan memiliki atasan. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui survei online menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares Path Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan melayani berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Pada responden yang mayoritas generasi Z dengan gender wanita, gaya kepemimpinan melayani mampu meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan, dan kemudian menyebabkan lebih memiliki keterlibatan kerja dan komitment afektif yang lebih tinggi. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi organisasi dalam menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan yang melayani untuk meningkatkan keterikatan dan komitmen karyawan, khususnya pada generasi muda. ABSTRACT This study investigates the impact of servant leadership style on employee intention to leave, workplace attachment, and organizational commitment through job satisfaction. The population used is Indonesian citizens, with a sample of Indonesian citizens who have worked and have a supervisor. The sampling technique used was random sampling. Data was collected through an online survey using a questionnaire—data analysis using the partial least squares path modeling (PLS-SEM) method with Smart PLS software. The results showed that servant leadership style significantly affects employee job satisfaction. In most Generation Z respondents of the female gender, the servant leadership style can increase employee job satisfaction and lead to more work engagement and higher affective commitment. These findings provide important implications for organizations in implementing a servant leadership style to increase employee engagement and responsibility, especially in the younger generation.

Abstract

Regional taxes as a source of original regional income are one of the basic capital for regional governments to obtain funds for development and to fulfill regional expenditures thereby reducing dependence on the central government and its subsidies. The problem that prospective taxpayers often experience is a lack of knowledge about taxes. Limitations in access to adequate information about taxes, such as seminars, guides, or assistance from tax experts, can lead to inaccurate perceptions of taxes. This condition results in a decrease in the level of compliance with paying taxes, which will ultimately be detrimental to the government in financing public services and infrastructure development needed for community welfare. People who live in areas dominated by water and swamp areas must be aware that there are unique features that have different potential for Regional Original Income (PAD). This activity aims to increase local taxpayer compliance among the younger generation through the activity of Equating Perceptions of Potential Regional Tax Revenue from Water and Swamp Areas for the Young Generation at the El Qudwah Foundation in the Barito Kuala district. The results show that socialization regarding taxes is really needed by the younger generation so that they are obedient in paying taxes, increasing tax compliance will have an impact on increasing local original income, which is very beneficial for regional development whose aim is to improve the welfare of regional communities both in water and swamp areas. in all city districts in South Kalimantan province.

Abstract

Taxes are the largest source of revenue for the Indonesian state. Taxes also have a large contribution to the development of all regions in Indonesia. Taxes in Indonesia consist of central taxes and regional taxes. South Kalimantan Province which consists of 13 districts/cities. South Kalimantan Province is one of the areas with wetland topography in Indonesia. One of the areas with the largest peatlands according to data from the Central Statistics Agency is Tapin Regency and the majority of the population is Muslim, so religious nuances are always visible. The potential for regional tax revenue in Tapin Regency, which is one of the areas with wetland topography and a religious population, makes this research interesting because based on the results of existing research, it still shows research gaps so that research related to the effectiveness of regional tax revenue in wetland areas is pattern-based. religious thought becomes important. This research includes quantitative research. The data used is primary data from respondents as informants with a sample size of 200 respondents. The data analysis technique uses partial least squares to analyze the influence of religiosity on taxpayer compliance and the effectiveness of local tax revenues. The research results show that religiosity has a significant effect on taxpayer compliance and the effectiveness of tax revenue. Taxpayer compliance also has a significant effect on the effectiveness of tax revenue in the Tapin district area.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of market orientation, technology orientation, and entrepreneurial orientation on business performance in the business of coffee shop. This study uses a quantitative approach where 40 coffee shops were used as sample from the results of the survey conducted. The sampling method used is non probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis method. The results of hypothesis testing with t-test explain that partially market orientation and entrepreneurial orientation have a positive and significant effect on business performance. Meanwhile, technology orientation has no significant effect on business performance. In the results of the F test, it is known that there is an effect of market orientation, technology orientation, and entrepreneurial orientation simultaneously on business performance in the business of coffee shop. Suggestions that can be conveyed in this study are coffee shop needs to implement strategies, especially market orientation and entrepreneurial orientation to understand consumer insight and take advantage of these opportunities in order to improve their business performance.Bahasa Indonesia Abstract: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh orientasi pasar, orientasi teknologi, dan orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja usaha pada usaha kedai kopi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang melibatkan 40 kedai kopi yang digunakan sebagai sampel dari hasil survei yang dilakukan. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan metode analisis regresi berganda. Hasil pengujian hipotesis dengan uji-t menjelaskan bahwa secara parsial orientasi pasar dan orientasi kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja usaha. Sedangkan orientasi teknologi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja bisnis. Pada hasil uji F diketahui bahwa ada pengaruh orientasi pasar, orientasi teknologi, dan orientasi kewirausahaan secara simultan terhadap kinerja usaha pada usaha warung kopi. Saran yang dapat disampaikan dalam penelitian ini adalah coffee shop perlu menerapkan strategi khususnya orientasi pasar dan orientasi kewirausahaan untuk memahami wawasan konsumen dan memanfaatkan peluang tersebut untuk meningkatkan kinerja usahanya.

Abstract

This research topic discusses "The Effect of Population Growth, Open Unemployment Rate, and Economic Growth on Poverty Rates in South Kalimantan Province". This research aims to provide information on the effect of population growth, open unemployment rate, and economic growth on poverty rates in South Kalimantan. This research uses multiple linear regression methods with time series data and uses e-views analysis tools. The findings of this research show that population growth has a significant and positive effect on the poverty rate in South Kalimantan, the open unemployment rate has a significant and positive effect on the poverty rate in South Kalimantan, and economic growth have no significant and negative effect on the poverty rate in South Kalimantan. Then population growth, open unemployment rate, and economic growth together do not have a significant effect on the poverty rate in South Kalimantan.
