Abstract

This paper tries to elaborate Muhammad Syahrûr thought on the idea of his limit theory and its significant to enrich the ushul fiqh. Without any presedent before, Syahrûr submit six patterns of understanding the verses of holy Quran when speak about law. However, the six models of limit theory submitted by Syahrûr seem to be related with his education background, thats science for he is an engineer. Among the tradition of the Islamic law thought, the Syahrûrs idea is something new and an innovative one. Commonly, it could be understood that through the flexibility of Islamic law as mentioned by the limit theory, Syahrûr purposed to say that the Quran verses always relevant in any situation and condition, and Islam is the last religion and the universal one for all human being. Abstract

This paper compared the tought of al-Asma al-Husna by H. Husin Qader and H.M. Zurkani Jahja. There are differences in the tought of the two figures in the delivery of the words of al-Asma al-Husna written in their work. H. Husin Qaderi in his book ‘Senjata Mukmin’ (the Faithful’s weapon) and H.M. Zurkani Jahja in his book ‘99 jalan menuju Tuhan’ (99 ways of finding the God). The findings of this study is H. Husin Qaderi thought about al-Asma al-Husna that shows God’s action is the dominant to the practical prayer with ‘zikir’, it is appropriate approach to Sufism that he had as well as the community needs are preaching at that time. H. M. Zurkani Jahja told about al-Asma al-Husna that shows God’s action is the dominant to the moral and spiritual implications, the Sufism approach that he used in accordance with al-Ghazali in his ‘al-Maqsâd. Zurkani used simple and easy explanation, it is because he wrote al-Asma al-Husna in a tabloid then booked, his expectation was the people to behave like the personality of God limited his ability. There are differences of tought about al-Asma al-Husna showing the actions of God according to both of them, their difference lies in the God’s blessings on His servants. Qaderi more closed, while Zurkani seems more open to God’s faithful servant and vice versa to get God’s blessings.

Abstract

Free sex is a social problem of Indonesian people. it has many negative effects such as pregnancy outside of wedlock and abortion. The purpose of this article is to describe the abuse tradition in Ngadas Village, Poncokusumo District, Malang Regency, and efforts to prevent out of wedlock pregnancies. This research is empirical using a qualitative approach. Data collection methods used were interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the people of Ngadas Village, Poncokusumo District, Malang Regency uphold the value of the sanctity of sexual relations. People consider that the sexual intercourse before marriage as taboo. it is a disgrace for the village and has the potential to bring disaster. This tradition takes the form of a pregnancy test for women girls and widows who are regularly held. This tradition has a positive impact on suppressing free sex that results in pregnancy out of wedlock.Seks bebas merupakan problem sosial bagi bangsa Indonesia. Aktivitas ini menimbulkan banyak dampak negatif seperti hamil di luar nikah dan aborsi. Tujuan artikel ini untuk mendeskripsikan tradisi petekan di Desa Ngadas Kecamatan Poncokusumo Kabupaten Malang dan upaya dalam mencegah terjadinya kehamilan di luar nikah. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah penelitian empiris dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat Desa Ngadas Kecamatan Poncokusumo Kabupaten Malang menjunjung tinggi nilai kesucian. Masyarakat menganggap tabu hubungan seksual sebelum perkawinan. Hubungan seksual sebelum perkawinan aib berpotensi mendatangkan bencana. Salah satu upaya menjaga kesucian perempuan sebelum perkawinan adalah dengan melaksanakan tradisi petekan. Tradisi ini memiliki dampak positif dalam menekan perilaku seks bebas yang berakibat hamil di luar nikah.

Abstract

Background: The results of interviews with the School Health Unit in 3 Islamic boarding schools (pesantren) in Blora City District showed that 75% -90% of santri had been exposed to scabies.Purpose: This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of health promotion in reducing the incidence of scabies.Methods: Interventions in the form of health promotion (counseling, and community development). Independent health promotion variables, the dependent variable is the incidence of scabies, the variable between knowledge, attitude, and behavior. The research design is quasi-experimental one group (pretest-posttest). Place of research for Islamic boarding schools in Blora City District. The research population of the santri was a sample of students in grades 8 and 9. Proportional random sampling sampling technique. The intervention is carried out on August, 26, 2018 until October, 23, 2018.Result: Mean knowledge, attitude, and behavior before intervention 69.76; 69.86; 54.65. After intervention 87,18; 88.06; 63.35. P Value of knowledge, attitudes, and behavior = 0.00; meaning that there are differences in knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors before and after the intervention. Before the intervention students were exposed to 128 scabies (75.29%) and after intervention 5 people (2.94%). There is a difference in the proportion of scabies before and after the intervention with P Value = 0.00.Conclusion: Health promotion is effective in reducing the incidence of scabies in Islamic boarding schools in Blora City

Abstract

ABSTRACTBackground: Today the frequency of psychosomatic illnesses experienced by a person is increasing. One such psychosomatic disease is gastritis. Pharmacotherapy for gastritis often results in less satisfactory results. Meanwhile the other alternatives to overcome these problems can be done with relaxation exercises. Relaxation can increase the sensitivity of baro-reflect and decrease sympathetic nerve activity and activate the correction so that there will be a decrease of pain level.Objective: To know the effect of relaxation technique on the reduction of epigastria pain in gastritis patients.Research Method: The design of the research used is one group pre test and post test design, where the patient came to check the level of pain with the scale of pain then done relaxation. After the relaxation was done and then re-check in the same way. Bivariate analysis used Wilcoxon Test.Results: The statistical results obtained p = 0,000 (P 0.05) which means that there is a very significant difference in the average value of the pain scale before relaxation with the average of pain scale after relaxation.Conclusion: There is a relaxation effect on the reduction of epigastria pain in gastritis patients Keyword : Relaxation, Pain, Epigastria

Abstract

ABSTRACTBackground: Urinary incontinence is a common health problem in the elderly. Even though the family feels ashamed, they think that something that naturally happens to the elderly does not need to be addressed. Urinary incontinence can cause various health, social, psychological problems and can reduce the quality of life of the elderly in the family.Purpose: This study aims to get an overview of the management of urinary incontinence in the elderly in families in the Jepon Community Health Center, Blora Regency.Research Methods: The design of this research is phenomenological qualitative, with explorative descriptive design. The data obtained was processed using the Collaizi technique, consisting of seven steps. The number of participants in this study were four elderly people aged ≥ 80 years.Results: The results show that there is a lack of knowledge about urinary incontinence, urinating anytime, anywhere and cannot be controlled, the lack of effective ways to prevent urinary incontinence, the lack of education about how to treat it from health workersConclusion: The need for socialization and counseling about urinary incontinence, prevention and care for the elderly in the family.

Abstract

Upaya pencegahan stunting paling baik adalah 1000 HPK (hari pertama kehidupan),  dimulai sejak awal kehamilan untuk mencegah terjadinya stunting pada anak dikemudian hari. Stunting dapat terjadi selama masa kehamilan karena kurangnya asupan gizi, pola makan yang tidak adekuat, dan kualitas makanan yang rendah, yang semuanya dapat menghambat pertumbuhan janin. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk memberikan perhatian yang cukup terhadap kesejahteraan ibu hamil agar dapat mencegah terjadinya stunting pada anak yang dikandungnya.Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui gambaran faktor-faktor perilaku ibu hamil trimester II dalam mencegah stunting pada balita. Desain penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitik korelasional. Populasi penelitian adalah ibu hamil trimester II yang berkunjung di klinik swasta di Kecamatan Kota Blora, dengan sampel 49 orang secara purposive sampling. Hasil Penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa hamil pada trimester II sebesar 73,7 % memiliki perilaku yang baik dalam pencegahan stunting. Hasil uji bivariat menunjukan umur 35 tahun (p=0,025), pendidikan perguruan tinggi (p=0,001), ibu bekerja (p=0,001), dan multigravida (p=0,034) berhubungan dengan perilaku baik dalam pencegahan stunting. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah perilaku ibu hamil yang baik dalam pencegahan stunting berada pada usia 35 tahun, pada tingkat pendidikan perguruan tinggi, pada ibu yang bekerja dan multigravida. Saran: Direkomendasikan kepada petugas di pelayanan baik negeri maupun swasta untuk meningkatkan penyuluhan perilaku pencegahan stunting pada ibu hamil, terutama melalui posyandu atau kunjungan Ante Natal Care (ANC).

Abstract

Salah satu usaha yang dilakukan Bank Indonesia dalam membantu permasalahan pencatatan dan pengelolaan informasi keuangan UMKM adalah dengan menciptakan Aplikasi Sistem Informasi khusus secara online dalam pencatatan dan pengelolaan informasi keuangan UMKM yang dikenal dengan nama SIAPIK. Aplikasi SIAPIK adalah Sistem Aplikasi Pencatatan Informasi Keuangan yang dikeluarkan oleh Bank Indonesia untuk memudahkan UMKM dalam pencatatan transaksi keuangan usaha dan secara otomatis dapat menghasilkan laporan keuangan secara digital. Tujuan utama dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk membantu manajemen keuangan UMKM dan meningkatkan penguatan literasi keuangan UMKM serta mendorong akses pembiayaan UMKM yang lebih mudah ke dunia perbankan. Penguatan literasi pencatatan keuangan UMKM merupakan salah satu dukungan BI guna pencapaian porsi kredit perbankan kepada UMKM sebesar 30% pada tahun 2024. Peserta Pelatihan adalah Pelaku Usaha Mikro Binaan Dinas Koperasi, Usaha Mikro dan Tenaga Kerja Kota Banjarmasin yang berjumlah 20 peserta. Metode Pelaksanaan kegiatan adalah metode tutorial, dialogis/diskusi, dan praktek serta pendampingan penggunaan aplikasi SIAPIK. Dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini peserta pelatihan diberikan pengetahuan tentang Aplikasi SIAPIK dalam menyusun laporan keuangan, cara installasi aplikasi SIAPIK dan praktek penggunaan aplikasi SIAPIK menggunakan smartphone atau komputer. Hasil pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi SIAPIK ini mendorong peningkatan kemampuan literasi keuangan peserta pelatihan khususnya pengetahuan tentang aplikasi SIAPIK Bank Indonesia dan meningkatkan keterampilan praktek menggunakan aplikasi SIAPIK dalam menyusun laporan keuangan yang sesuai Standar Akuntansi Keuangan UMKM.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan di Sekolah Menengah Atas Tahfidz Terpadu El Qudwah di kabupaten Barito Kuala. Materi yang disampaikan terkait dengan Bidang Kewirausahaan dengan Tema kegiatan  Penerapan Iptek dalam Membangun Spirit Wirausaha Bagi Pelajar SMA Tahfidz Terpadu El Qudwah. Pembekalan terhadap siswa SMA dirasakan perlu diberikan mengingat pentingnya menumbuhkan minat atau spirit wirausaha yang dimulai sejak dini di kalangan pelajar siswa sekolah menengah atas untuk memberikan pengetahuan dasar tentang berwirausaha. Materi tentang dasar-dasar tentang wirausaha, pola pikir dan sikap yang diperlukan dalam wirausaha disampaikan sebagai dasar mempersiapkan diri dan mental dalam rangka memulai berwirausaha serta menggunakan iptek dalam mendukung berwirausaha. Luaran dari kegiatan PKM di SMA Tahfidz Terpadu El Qudwah  ini adalah video kegiatan dan publikasi kegiatan di media online memalui channel Youtube Yayasan El Qudwah.
