Abstract

This research aims to determine the Business Success of food entrepreneurs in Tuah Madani District, Pekanbaru, using the variables Business Experience and Entrepreneurial Skills to analyze their influence on Business Success. The population in this research is all food business actors who run food businesses in Tuah Madani District, Pekanbaru City, the exact number of which is not yet known. For an unknown population, the sample size in this study used the Wibisono formula and a sample of 97 people. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire method, namely by providing a list of statements to respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis operated through the SPSS 20 for Windows program. The results of the research show that simultaneously and partially the variables Business Experience and Entrepreneurial Skills have a significant effect on Entrepreneurial Success among food business actors in Tuah Madani District, Pekanbaru. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Knowledge, Abilities, and Skills on the Business Performance of Culinary Entrepreneurs in Pekanbaru City. The data analysis method used is quantitative. Sources of data using primary and secondary in the form of questionnaires and interviews. The population in this study are culinary business actors in the city of Pekanbaru. For the population and sample because the total population is not known with certainty, then a total sample of 97 people. The results of the study indicate that there is a simultaneous significant influence between Knowledge, Abilities, and Skills on the Business Performance of Culinary Entrepreneurs in Pekanbaru City. Partially also found that knowledge has a significant effect on business performance, ability has a significant effect on business performance, skills have a significant effect on business performance.

Abstract

Tujuan Pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah memberikan penyuluhan untuk memberikan semangat usaha usaha dan teknik peningkatan pelayanan usaha pada usaha rumahan yang ada di RT 08 RW 11 Kelurahan Sidomulyo Barat, Kecamatan Tuah Madani. Target minimal kegiatan adalah mampu menambah pengetahuan dan memberi semangat kepada ibu-ibu yang sudah memiliki usaha maupun usaha yang baru akan dirintis. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada yaitu : Sabtu dan Minggu, 04-05 Mei 2024, melalui rapat disepakati tempat dilakukan di Perumahan Vila Bunga Arengka Blok. C 1, RT.08 RW 11 Kelurahan Sidomulyo Barat Kecamatan Tuah Madani Kota Pekanbaru, Riau. Peserta terdiri dari 23 orang ibu rumah tangga , 14 orang ibu-ibu sudah mempunyai usaha kue, usaha loundry, usaha makanan prozen, kedai harian ,pembuatan bumbu pecal dan tahu pedas. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah Pertama, peserta mendapat pengetahuan baru berdasarkan berbagai pengalaman oleh pelaku usaha sukses agar peserta yang sudah memiliki usaha dapat memperbaiki manajemen usaha, meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan terhadap pelanggan dan meperluas jaringan pertemanan termasuk melakukan kontrol keuangan secara tepat guna agar usaha dapat maju. Kedua, setelah mendapatkan penyuluhan juga dapat dengan mudah dan sungguh-sungguh dapat mendapatkan penghasilan rutin dari penjualan online maupun offline. Berdasarkan hasil praktik penjualan secara onlinie dalam 20 jam dan mampu menghasilakan uang rata-rata sebesar Rp 22.000 dari memanfaatkan secara positif media sosial dan jaringan pertemanan

Abstract

Tujuan Pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah memberikan penyuluhan untuk memberikan pengetahuan , pemahaman dan keterampilan literasi keuangan melalui penyuluhan bimbingann pencatatan laporan keuangan di Perumahan Garuda Sakti Residense RT 05 RW 01 Kelurahan Air Putih, Kecamatan Tuah Madani. Target minimal kegiatan ini adalah mampu menambah pengetahuan masyarakat khususnya UMKM Rumah tangga Perumahan Garuda Sakti Residence Panam tentang literasi keuangan melalui sosialisasi dan bimbingan dasar pencatatan laporan keuangan usaha. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada yaitu : Sabtu, 19 Oktober 2024, melalui rapat disepakati tempat dilakukan di di Perumahan Garuda Sakti Residense RT 05 RW 01 Kelurahan Air Putih, Kecamatan Tuah Madani, Riau. Peserta terdiri dari 25 orang ibu rumah tangga dari 32 orang peserta arisan. Peserta ada yang telah memiliki usaha mandiri berupa, kedai harian, penjual makanan dan sarapan pagi, usaha kue, dan usaha laundry. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah Pertama, meningkatnya pemahaman peserta ibu-ibu rumah tangga yang memiliki usaha berhasil memperdalam pemahaman mereka mengenai konsep dasar literasi keuangan, Kedua, meningkatnya keterampilan pencatatan keuangan, menyadari risiko usaha dan meningkatkan daya saing ibu rumah tangga yang memiliki usaha memperoleh kesempatan untuk mengasah keterampilan mereka dalam menerapkan konsep literasi keuangan dalam situasi nyata. Serta menyadari resiko usaha yang mungkin dialami, sehingga pelaku usaha harus waspada terhadap keumungkinan tersebut. Abstract

This reseach held at savings and loan unit Swamitra Fatma Pesona Adikarya Pekanbaru at Soekarno Hatta Street No.7E, The Morning Market Arengka Pekanbaru. This reaseach aims to knowing factors that influincing customer behaviour in borrowed funds at saving and loan unit Swamitra Fatma Pesona Adikarya Pekanbaru. Sample in this research as many as 60 respondents. Data were analyzed quantitatively by using validity test, reability, test F (simultaneous test), test T (partial test), multiple linear regression analysis, R-squer and classic assumption test. Result of this research shows that cultural factors and individual factors have a significant influence on customer decision in borrowed funds at saving and loan unit Swamitra Fatma Pesona Adikarya Pekanbaru, while social factors and psychological factors have no significant effect on customer decision saving and loan unit Swamitra Fatma Pesona Adikarya Pekanbaru. The result of this research analysis using help of SPSS 21.0. Based on the results obtained from the variabel Y (Customer Decision). Obtaired adjusted R-squer amount 0,740 or 74% while the remaining amount 26% influenced by anathor variabels which is ignored or not exsamined in this reseacrh

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Work Environment on Employee Performance At PT Agung Toyota Cabang Soekarno Hatta In Pekanbaru. As for the population in this study are all employees in PT Agung Toyota Cabang Soekarno Hatta In Pekanbaru, which amounted to 44 people and the population in this study used as a sample by using the census method of all employees. Data analysis used is descriptive analysis, beside that also use analysis of quantitative analysis that is using simple linier regression with help of program SPSS version 17.00. From the results can be concluded a simple linear regression analysis that the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance at PT Agung Toyota Cabang Soekarno Hatta In Pekanbaru. Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Riau Pos Intermedia Pekanbaru located on HR.Soebrantasstreet KM. 10.5 Pekanbaru. This study aims to determine the influence of leadership on employee performance at PT. Riau PosIntermedia Pekanbaru.In analyzing the data obtained from the research object using descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis using SPSS program. Based on the results in this study can be concluded that leadership has a significant and positive impact on employee performance at PT. Riau Pos Intermedia Pekanbaru. .From the regression results in this study, can be seen the regression equation as follows: Y = 15.714 + 0.946 X. This means that the value of a is 15.714 this value shows that when the variable Leadership (variable X) is zero, then Performance (variable Y) of 15.714. While the value of b is 0.946, meaning that when an increase in the value of Leadership variable (variable X) of 1 (one) unit then Performance (variable Y) will increase by 0.946 units.The result of t test is known that t count (6,527)> t table (2.03224) and significance (0,000) <0,05. Thus Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. This means that there is a significant influence of leadership variables on employee performance at PT. Riau Pos Intermedia Pekanbaru. The direction of its influence is positive. This means that the better the leadership will improve employee performance at PT. Riau Pos Intermedia Pekanbaru.The coefficient of determination (R ²) is 0,556. Means the relationship between independent variables (leadership) to the dependent variable (performance) of 55.6%. While the remaining 44.4% influenced by other variables that are not included in this study.

Abstract

This research was at PT.Sicepat Ekspres Indonesia - Branch Pekanbaru   in 2021. The purpose of research is know whether motivation work   significant of the performance of an employee at PT.Sicepat Ekspres Indonesia - Branch Pekanbaru.  Population in this research is population in research it is all warehouse employees of PT. Sicepat Ekspres Indonesia Pekanbaru Branch, totaling 60 people in 2021. Because population in research this is a little hence writers use of a whole population that there is to are only sampled. Based on the values t obtained t count of  5,670 while value t table was in 2,00247 which means t count = 5,670 > 2,00247 then H0 turned down and Ha received is the motivation work   of the performance of warehouse employees of at PT.Sicepat Ekspres Indonesia - Branch Pekanbaru  . The motivation work  of the performance at warehouse employees of at PT.Sicepat Ekspres Indonesia - Branch Pekanbaru of 36,1% and 63,9%  influenced by the other factors that are not pursuing in this research . The research showed that motivation work  have had a positive impact and significant of the performance at warehouse employees of at PT.Sicepat Ekspres Indonesia - Branch Pekanbaru. With the regression equation is linear simple as follows: Y = 16,138 + 0,630X.  So this research to strengthen previous studies

Abstract

The cornerstone of this study is that principals are also responsible for improving the quality of education, as set forth in the Basic Education Act No. 28 of 1990. This study aimed to determine whether the principal's oversight Does the principal influence teacher discipline at Dayun State Vocational High School 1 Dayun, Dayun County, Siak Regency. In this study, data was collected through questionnaires from 35 teachers. Quantitative analysis includes verification, reliability testing, and normality testing. Data analysis technique using a simple linear test, which is used to test hypothesis using t-test and deterministic test. From the results of data processing via SPSS, the number of t is 5,511, and from the percent distribution of t, the table t is 2,03 . While the table t count > t, and the significance level is also 0.000 andlt; 0.05. Therefore, the results of hypothesis testing in this study indicate that the principal's supervision has an influence on the work discipline of teachers at Bang 1 Dayun Vocational High School, Dayun District, Siak Regency. The relationship between the supervisor variable (X) and work discipline (Y) is positive, as evidenced by a regression coefficient of 0.532, which means that every 1% increase in the monitored variable will increase the work discipline variable. of teachers at Vocational School 1 Dayun School by 0,532. The value of the coefficient of determination (R squared) is 0. 79. Principal supervision had a 7.90% influence on teacher work discipline at State 1 Dayun Vocational High School, Dayun District, Siak Regency

Abstract

This research was conducted at State Junior High School 10 in Pekanbaru by distributing questionnaires to all civil servant teachers. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work ability on the performance of civil servant teachers working at State Junior High School 10 Pekanbaru. A sample of 40 teachers working at the school was chosen for the study.The sample used in this study consisted of 40 people. The study found that the equation Y = 28,486 + 0.391X best describes the relationship between X and Y. Judging from the obtained uji_t results. Judging by the uji_t results obtained That thitung value from 2.072> to 2.02439, through uji_t can be inferred The ability to work has a significant impact on the performance of a civil servant SMP teachers Negeri 10 Pekanbaru, coefficient calculation The determination of (R2) has a value of 0.101.This indicates that its working capacity Significant impact on the performance of civil service teachers by the remaining 10.1% of the 89.9% other variable not included in the study.
