Abstract

This study took place research at PT. Samesta Engineering Pekanbaru with Jl. Parit Indah Office Grand Sudirman No. D 6 Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study to determine the effect of physical work environment and transactional leadership partially and simultaneously on employee performance and to determine which variables are the most dominant influence on employee performance. To achieve these objectives the research is done by using the sample of 43 people, using the Census. Data analysis method using simultaneous test and partial test (multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS Windows version 20). The test results in variable physical work environment factors and transactional leadership partially and simultaneously influence the performance of employees at PT. Samesta Engineering Pekanbaru. Where is the most dominant factor influencing performance is the physical work environment factors. Recommendations to the authors propose is expected PT. Samesta Engineering Pekanbaru to be able to further enhance the physical work environment variables for the physical work environment affects the performance by gaining an average of responses agreed. Where the presence of adequate physical working environment at PT. Samesta Engineering Pekanbaru then it will be able to improve the performance of employees

Abstract

Using the activity "training in making liquid dishwashing soap for women from the Sakai tribe in Libo Jaya Village, Kandis Siak, Riau with the aim of being able to use it themselves or sell it to support the family economy by making the best use of their free time filled with activities that are useful and have economic value" as part of the community service (PKM) program. The ladies of the Sakai tribe were the target of Community Service Activities (PKM) on July 26, 2023, pertaining to "Dish Washing Soap Making". The purpose of organizing this PKM is to encourage Sakai tribal women, disseminate information on the production of liquid dishwashing soap, and discuss ways to raise the economic standing of the family

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at Hotel Pekanbaru ''. The research method used is quantitative research. The sampling technique used incidental random sampling, with samples taken using the Slovin formula as many as 97 people. Finding Based on the partial test (test) it was found that there was a significant influence between service quality and Pekanbaru Hotel consumer satisfaction. It was also found that service quality contributed 95.3% to customer satisfaction while 4.7% was determined by other variables not included in this research.

Abstract

The implementation of community service (PKM) by STIE Riau lecturers has revealed that the main issues local communities face are those related to roads, infrastructure, transportation, education, health, income inequality, employment, poverty, and unemployment, as well as issues with electricity and communication networks. The STIE Riau PKM team carried out this effort as inspiration and enlightenment in thinking to improve the economic level of households. The team held meetings, discussions, and continued with training in making liquid dishwashing soap. They also symbolically planted mangrove seedlings with the village head and residents on the coast of Teluk Lecah Village

Abstract: Labor discipline is business as management implementation guidelines to strengthen the organization in achieving its intended purpose. The better the teacher labor discipline in terms of providing a form of business confidence for menuakinkan in order to understand the rules that exist in schools and also strive to adhere to the rules defined. Then have a keen desire to change is a positive attitude or also repairs done continuously by teachers in order to improve discipline in work. Also in the sacrifice of the efforts of teachers in making the work done iklas follow the rules that exist and also the attitude of openness in their duties. In terms of the value achieved is the result obtained in the form of real action of a teacher and an attitude of self-discipline that views of his actions every day as well as the achievement is the result of discipline that can be seen from the extent of the violations committed and compliments received by teachers in the discipline. Abstract

Abstract: Dalam pembelajaran mata kuliah kewirausahaan bagi dosen menginginkan mahasiswanya memiliki rasa percaya diri yang tinggi setelah belajar. Rasa percaya diri yang tinggi diperoleh dari keberanian memahami berbagai peluang dan resiko yang ada pada usaha yang berkembang ditambah dengan kreatifitas menghasikan produk unik. Namun persoalan pada mahasiswa, yang mana mahasiswa kurang percaya diri dalam memulai usahanya padahal mereka telah mendapatkan materi ilmu sebagai bekal membangun rasa percaya diri. Menggunakan jenis penelitian survey menggunakan kuesioner online dan dibagikan kepada mahasiswa semester akhir di program studi manajemen sekolah tinggi ilmu ekonomi riau menggunakan sampel sebagai syarat WarPLS sebanyak 30 orang yang disebar secara random sampling dan dianalisa menggunakan analisis SEM. Diperoleh hasil penelitian bahwa keberanian mengambil resiko memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap rasa percaya diri mahasiswa memulai usaha. Sedangkan kreatifitas mahasiswa menghasilkan produk unik tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap rasa percaya diri mahasiswa memulai usaha. Abstract

Abstract: Tujuan jangka panjang dalam rencana penelitian ini adalah model tata kelola tim penggerak PKK kelurahan di Kota Pekanbaru yang berbasiskan modal sosial yang dimiliki perempuan khusus ibu-ibu rumah tangga dengan berbagai kesibukannya mengurus rumah tangga. Kondisi ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya pemberdayaan perempuan dalam rangka memperkuat sumberdaya manusia melalui kelembagaan tim penggerak PKK. Selama ini tim penggerak PKK dalam aktivitasnya belum berjalan optimal seperti masalah keaktifan dalam berbagai kegiatan perempuan. Target khusus dari rencana penelitian ini adalah terpublikasinya hasil penelitian ini pada jurnal nasional tidak terakreditasi yakni pada jurnal daya saing sehingga dapat menjadikan bahan informasi dan sekaligus model yang dapat dipertimbangkan kepada pihak yang berkepentingan dalam mengembil keputusan tata kelola tim penggerak PKK. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu-ibu tim penggerak PKK (ketua, sekretaris dan bendahara) yang berjumlah 249 orang. Sedangkan sampel diambil sebanyak 72 orang dengan menggunakan rumus slovin dan data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang disusun berdasarkan operasionalisasi variabel modal sosial dan juga variabel tata kelola dan data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda melalui software SPSS versi 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modal sosial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tata kelola tim penggerak PKK Kelurahan di Kota Pekanbaru. Keywords: Modal Sosial, Tata Kelola, Tim Penggerak PKK

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Hero Supermarket Tbk Giant Mtc Panam Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of orgaisasi culture on employee performance PT. Hero Supermarket Tbk Giant Mtc Panam Pekanbaru. Population in this research is all employees of PT. Hero Supermarket Tbk Giant Mtc Panam Pekanbaru which amounted to 77 people. While the sampling technique is determined by census of 76 people because 1 person is a researcher. Data analysis is done by using validity test, reliability, normality test, simple linear regression, t test and R2 test. The test is conducted to determine the relationship between independent variables (independent variable) with dependent variable (dependent variable). Based on the results of research that the organizational culture affect the employee's performance can be seen from t arithmetic 4.842> t table 1.992 so Ho rejected and Ha accepted. Then the calculation of coefficient of determination (R Square) of = 0,241 (24,1%), it shows that orgaisasi culture influence employee performance equal to 24,1% and the rest 75,9% influenced by other variable not examined in this research . Then the linear regression equation as follows: Y = 26.186 + 0.359X. Thus it can be concluded that the cultural variables orgaisasi (X) affect the performance variable (Y) at PT. Hero Supermarket Tbk Giant Mtc Panam Pekanbaru

Abstract

Penelitian dilaksanakan pada Grand Madina Hotel Pekanbaru. Rumusan masalah penelitian adalah apakah kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Grand Madina Hotel Pekanbaru. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Grand Madina Hotel Pekanbaru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah bersifat deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Adapun populasi pada penelitian ini adalah konsumen Grand Madina Hotel Pekanbaru sebanyak 3.577. Adapun teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan asidental sampling, maka sampel yang diambil menggunakan rumus slovin sebanyak 97 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier sederhana dengan uji hipotesis uji t. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa kualitas pelayanan (X) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Grand Madina Hotel Pekanbaru. Hal ini dapat dilihat t hitung 43,737 > 1,98525 t table dengan signifikan 0,000 lebih kecil dari 5%. Maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, artinya variable kualitas pelayanan (X) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen (Y) pada Grand Madina Hotel Pekanbaru. Nilai r square (koefisen determinasi) diperoleh sebesar 0,953. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan memberikan kontribusi sumbangan pengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Grand Madina Hotel Pekanbaru sebesar 95,3%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar (100%95,3%) = 4,7% dipengaruhi oleh variable lain diluar variable dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Waqf has a social function that can provide great benefits to the community, both Muslims and non-Muslims if it can be managed productively and optimally. Even though the government has supported the production of waqf by issuing Law Number 41 of 2004 concerning Waqf. Since the issuance of the regulation, there has been no significant progress in managing waqf in a productive direction that can develop the people's economy. Basically, waqf is something that must be produced that produces economic value, but in essence not many waqf are managed productively for economic empowerment. The research methodology uses qualitative methods. This method was chosen to ensure that the reviewer can understand the concept and can see the problem from various angles, especially from the inner point of the phenomenon itself. This is because qualitative studies are more understanding, describing and explaining phenomena (Merriam, 1998) in Mohd Fuad (2006). The findings of this study reveal that the waqf management system in Riau Province is still traditional, Nazir in managing waqf assets does not work full time, unpaid side work, is not touched by socialization, waqf management is still consumptive and unprofessional.
