Abstract

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes in studying Collaborative Sets of Problem Possing and Problem-Solving learning models using the Scientific Approach. The type of this research used is Classroom Action Assessment (PTK), with research procedures using a cycle model, from the results of the study the percentage of student learning outcomes in cycle I reached 65% and cycle II was 90%, while student activity increased from cycle I to cycle. II, namely 70% to 81% This proves that the level of understanding of students increases with the application of the Collaborative Problem Possing and Problem Solving learning model using the Scientific Approach, so that learning can properly provide an illustration with examples of its basic illustrations.

Abstract

This study analyzes the marketing strategies of the Puteri Nurul Jadid Cooperative in the Az-Zainiyah region to increase customer appeal. Using descriptive qualitative methods through observation, interviews, and documentation, the study found that the cooperative has implemented effective marketing strategies in the form of neat and systematic store layout, discount programs for products nearing expiration, and friendly service. These strategies have proven to increase shopping interest and customer loyalty, especially among students. However, there are still challenges such as a lack of training for employees and customers' lack of discipline in maintaining store tidiness. The study recommends the development of human resource training programs and the strengthening of member loyalty programs to optimize the cooperative's marketing strategies.

Abstract

Anak adalah anugerah yang menyejukkan mata dan ini adalah nikmat dari Allah SWT. Setiap orang tua pasti menginginkan anak yang sholeh, sholehah taat pada Allah swt dan orang tua. Dibalik keceriaan sang anak, sesungguhnya dia membutuhkan perhatian dan bimbingan orang tua. Begitu pula orang tua, segala yang terbaik ingi32n diberikan sebagai tanda cinta bagi sang buah hati, karena si buah hati bagai tak ternilai harganya. Keluarga merupakan faktor yang penting dalam pembentukan kepribadian anak. Keluarga merupakan forum pendidikan yang pertama dan utama dalam sejarah hidup sang anak yang menjadi dasar penting dalam pembentukan karakter manusia itu sendiri. Untuk menciptakan karakter yang kuat dan jiwa baik pada anak didalam keluarga, diperlukan terciptanya suasana keluarga yang harmonis dan dinamis, hal tersebut dapat tercipta jika terbangun koordinasi dan komunikasi dua arah yang kuat antara orang tua dan anak.

Abstract

Toxic friendship refers to unhealthy peer relationships that can negatively affect adolescents emotionally, psychologically, and socially. Such relationships may reduce self-confidence, hinder social development, and trigger prolonged emotional stress. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of Assertive Training in reducing toxic friendship behavior among students at SMP Plus Abdul Aziz Jember. A quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design using a pre-test–post-test control group was employed. The sample consisted of 12 students selected through purposive sampling, divided into an experimental group and a control group. The experimental group received Assertive Training as part of a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) intervention, while the control group did not receive any treatment. Data analysis using a paired sample t-test revealed a significant decrease in toxic friendship levels in the experimental group, indicated by a shift in scores from high to low (p = 0.000), whereas the control group showed no significant change. The novelty of this study lies in applying CBT-based Assertive Training specifically to address toxic friendship among junior high school students. These findings provide practical implications for guidance and counseling services, supporting students in developing healthier, more open, and assertive peer relationships.
