Abstract

This research is based on psychological and academic problems that arise due to Self-efficacy, low student learning motivation, as well as the learning methods used so that students' Arabic language learning achievement is still low. This design is in accordance with the research objectives, namely to find and analyze the effect of Self-efficacy, learning motivation, and the mubâsyarah method partially and simultaneously or together on Arabic language learning achievement of VII grade in SMP Qur’an Darul Fattah Bandar Lampung. This research is a quantitative study using a survey approach, with a population of 225 students and as for the sample of this study were 54 students. Data were taken using a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data processing uses multiple regression analysis techniques using SPSS 26. This study shows that there is an effect of Self-efficacy, learning motivation, and mubâsyarah method partially on learning achievement. This is obtained based on the SPSS output table, it is known that the simple regression coefficient value of Self-efficacy, learning motivation, and mubâsyarah method on learning achievement is 61.366; 68.236; 66.069 with the variable coefficient of Self-efficacy, learning motivation, and mubâsyarah method is 0.565; 0.306; 0.416. Furthermore, it is known that the significance value is 0.000 <0.05, which can be concluded that Self-efficacy, learning motivation, and the mubâsyarah method simultaneously affect student learning achievement. in the model summary table by looking at R Square = 0.466 so the effect is 46.6% while the rest of student learning achievement is influenced by other factors outside the model studied.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan sistem informasi merupakan salah satu penunjang keberhasilan proses bisnis khususnya dalam peralihan hak. Namun, perpustakaan STMIK Dumai talah menerapkan infrastruktur teknologi informasi dalam menjalankan organisasinya tetapi tanpa menggunakan kerangka kerja arsitektur yang baik. Tanpa adanya kerangka kerja arsitektur beberapa permasalahan terjadi pada infrastruktur teknologinya antara lain perangkat keras (hardware) yang kinerja tidak optimal, perangkat lunak (software) yang digunakan memerlukan upgrade versi terbaru, dan jaringan (network) sering mengalami kendala dalam koneksi intranet maupun internet juga dalam pengembangan. Perpustakaan STMIK Dumai perlu membuat perencanaan arsitektur teknologi yang baru dengan menggunakan kerangka kerja yang sesuai yaitu TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) ADM (Architecture Development Method). Penerapan perencanaan arsitektur dengan metode TOGAF ADM memberikan gambaran solusi yang sesuai dengan kriteria yang dibutuhkan arsitektur enterprise yang baik dalam sistem pelayanan peminjaman dan pengembalian buku yang berbasis online. Proses ini akan menghasilkan sebuah arsitektur enterprise yang pada nantinya bisa dijadikan oleh organisasi ini untuk mencapai tujuan strategisnya.

Abstract

Pendidikan anak usia dini (PAUD) adalah pendidikan yang diberikan kepada anak sejak lahir hingga usia 6 tahun. Menurut NAEYC (National Association for the Education of Young Children), anak usia dini mencakup anak berusia 0-8 tahun yang mengikuti PAUD atau Sekolah Dasar kelas awal. Pendidikan ini sangat penting karena mendukung enam aspek perkembangan anak, yaitu moral-agama, fisik motorik, bahasa, sosial-emosional, kognitif, dan nilai-nilai pancasila. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan efikasi diri dengan kemampuan membaca permulaan pada anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Kemala Bhayangkari 01 Pekanbaru. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasi. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 49 anak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Dimensi tingkat (level) efikasi diri memiliki persentase 61,95%; 2) Dimensi kekuatan (strength) sebesar 55,78%; 3) Dimensi generalisasi (generality) sebesar 53,55%. Analisis korelasi menghasilkan koefisien rxy = 0,671, yang menunjukkan hubungan signifikan antara efikasi diri dan kemampuan membaca permulaan. Artinya, semakin tinggi efikasi diri anak, semakin tinggi pula kemampuannya dalam membaca permulaan.

Abstract

PTPN IV Regional 1 Huta Padang Plantation is an oil palm plantation unit in North Sumatra that manages the cultivation, harvesting, and processing of Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) to produce palm oil. During the harvest process to produce Crude Palm Oil (CPO), a lot is often wasted due to unstable market demand. This research aims to implement the double exponential smoothing method for the production of fresh fruit bunches to be used as CPO. The problem faced is that production uncertainty often causes an imbalance between crop yields and market demand. If production is excessive, the company risks a spike in storage costs and potential product spoilage. Conversely, if production is too low, the company may miss out on market opportunities. This forecasting uses historical data from the previous year. The results of research at PTPN IV Regional 1 Kebun Huta Padang show that palm oil production forecasting for February 2025 amounted to 982.97 Kg with an error rate of 7.44%. This value is obtained using an alpha constant of 0.8 which gives the smallest forecasting error rate.
