Abstract

Nowadays, as digital consumers in the adolescent and early adult demographic, students tend to prefer search engines over printed books when seeking information. This shift reflects changing preferences in information access, with the internet and search engines like Google becoming the primary sources of knowledge for the current generation. However, even though students tend to rely on search engines, they must develop a profound digital literacy level. This study aims to determine the efforts of lecturers in the Tarbiyah Faculty of IAI Al-Hikmah Tuban to strengthen students' digital literacy through online learning. This research approach is quantitative. The data obtained from the results of questionnaires to lecturers as respondents are then described, and conclusions drawn. The results obtained from this study are that all lecturers are still consistently implementing online learning and are considered quite effective in strengthening student digital literacy. Efforts by lecturers to improve students' digital literacy include activities such as assigning tasks, reinforcing lecture materials, and replacing class hours with sessions conducted via Google Classroom, Google Meet, Zoom Meeting, and WhatsApp. No significant obstacles are experienced by lecturers and students of the Tarbiyah Faculty of IAI Al-Hikmah Tuban operating the online learning platform. It's just that sometimes they are constrained by the internet network and cottage students who cannot independently access online learning applications due to limited computer technology facilities. This research demonstrates the importance of student's ability to operate technology in learning and highlights the role of lecturers in the success of students' digital literacy in the future.

Abstract

The development of the times marked by the flow of globalization has also changed the human mindset. If in the past women were considered the second sex and only took part in the domestic sector, now there are many women who play a role equal to the position of men, for example with many women who are involved in the public sector, therefore the phenomenon of double burden or double burden. often afflicts women. This study aims to explore the double burden of female workers in the "Dua Putra" cracker home industry and viewed from the perspective of Islamic law. This research is a type of qualitative research with a phenomenological descriptive approach that examines the phenomenon of double burden in Lajolor Singgahan village, Tuban. The informants are 7 women working in the home industry of "Dua Putra " crackers. The results show that there are several reasons that motivate women to work in the informal sector such as the " duaputra " cracker home industry, including to improve the economy and family welfare, and to fill spare time for productive activities so that they can increase family income even though it is enough. Islam as a religion of rahmatanlil 'aalamiin punishes women to work with 3 laws, namely allowed, forbidden and obligatory. Each law applies to women depending on the accompanying conditions.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Dagangan Village, Parengan District, Tuban Regency, with the aim of developing processed banana products into original banana chips and melted chocolate banana chips. Kepok bananas were chosen as the raw material based on their dense texture and distinctive flavor. The research method included material selection, peeling, slicing, frying, chocolate coating (for the melted variant), cooling, packaging, labeling, and organoleptic testing. The results showed that the original banana chips produced a crispy and savory product, while the melted chocolate variant offered a modern, innovative flavor that was more appealing to children and teenagers. The simple processing process allows the village community to produce chips with limited capital, although challenges such as high oil content and chocolate stability at room temperature remain. Airtight packaging and informative labels have been shown to maintain quality and increase product appeal in the market. Economically, the banana chip business can increase community income, create new jobs, and strengthen village independence. This study concluded that banana chips have significant potential as a superior product in Dagangan Village and can be further developed through training, technological innovation, and digital marketing strategies.

Abstract

The increasing need for Digital Citizenship competencies in education requires the availability of assessment instruments that are objective, valid, and in line with the challenges of digital ethics in the modern era. This study aims to map the global development of the use of the Many-Facet Rasch Model (MFRM) in the analysis of Digital Citizenship (DC) instruments and identify the implications of its application for the development of assessments in Islamic schools. Using the Scopus and ERIC data-based bibliometric analysis design, this study processed 143 publications through the bibliometrix device at R-Studio, including publication trend analysis, scientific collaboration, thematic structure, and citation network. The results of the study show that the integration of MFRM in digital citizenship assessment provides a strong methodological foundation to overcome the issue of rater bias and strengthen the objectivity of performative evaluation, especially in the context of Islamic Schools which require digital character assessments based on moral values, morals, and ethical responsibility in accordance with Islamic education principles. This study concludes that MFRM is a strategic approach to improve the quality of DC assessments in a fair and value-based manner, as well as open up opportunities for innovation of digital character evaluation instruments in Islamic schools. Further studies are recommended to test the empirical implementation of MFRM-based instruments and Differential Facet Functioning (DFF) analysis in madrasah and cross-cultural contexts.

This study is classified as qualitative research. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The research results show that the jarimatika method can improve student learning outcomes in multiplication material. The application of the Jarimatika method in the second grade at SDI Al Hadad Kedungjambe Singgahan Tuban shows that implementing the Jarimatika method significantly improves various aspects of mathematics learning. There is an increase in student active participation from 45% to 85%, multiplication accuracy rising from 50% to 90%, calculation speed with the average time to complete multiplication problems reduced from 10 minutes to 5 minutes, and student confidence rising from 40% to 80%. Additionally, the number of students achieving the Minimum Competency Criteria (KKM) significantly increased after applying this method. Inhibiting factors include students being noisy, often chatting, and lacking understanding. Supporting factors include the ease and practicality of using the jarimatika method and the teacher’s ability to effectively manage and condition the class.
