Abstract

Pandemic outbreaks of COVID-19 have made customers take drastic steps to help world governments to prevent further spread, one of which is by social distancing. This policy made buying and selling online a convenient option to fulfill the needs for goods and/or services. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of use and satisfaction of e-commerce customers in the COVID-19 pandemic period with the information system success model (ISSM) approach that was formed through system quality, information quality, and service quality. The research method used a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to respondents of 206 e-commerce costumers. Data analysis used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) where the results confirm that system quality, information quality, service quality, affected the level of use and user satisfaction of e-commerce customers. E-commerce companies are recommended to maintain, even improve system quality and information quality because information that is less interesting, less relevant, and difficult to understand results in low information quality, which in turn, can reduce the level of use and customer satisfaction.

Abstract

In recent years, sharia financial technology has been growing rapidly in Indonesia. In early 2019, there were 55 sharia fintech companies registered as members of the Indonesian Fintech Sharia Association (AFSI). However, interestingly, according to survey conducted by The Financial Services Authority (OJK), the Islamic financial literacy index is still very low (8.11%), whereas understanding / knowing the law of muamalah is obligatory for every Muslim before they make any transaction. INPES platform integrates sharia learning and sharia financing in an online based application, where users must complete their muamalah course before they access financing services. This application can be applied at amil zakat institutions, Islamic boarding schools, and other non-bank financial institutions.In recent years, sharia financial technology has been growing rapidly in Indonesia. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the social influence, hedonic motivation and interest in further use (continuance intention) on the DANA mobile wallet. The design research of this study is a cross sectional method. This study uses a descriptive verification approach with an explanatory survey method. A total of 200 respondents were selected as samples using purposive sampling. A questionnaire was used in the research instrument to collect data from the respondents. The analytical technique used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results of social influence and hedonic motivation have a positive and significant influence on the interest to use further (continuance intention).Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh sosial, motivasi hedonis dan minat untuk menggunakan lebih lanjut (continuance intention) pada mobile wallet DANA. Desain penelitian ini adalah cross sectional method. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif verifikatif dengan metode explanatory survey. Sebanyak 200 responden dipilih sebagai sampel dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Sebuah kuesioner digunakan dalam instrumen penelitian untuk mengumpulkan data dari responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM). Hasil pengaruh sosial dan motivasi hedonis memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat untuk menggunakan lebih lanjut (continuance intention).

Abstract

Fenomena cryptocurrency sedang populer didunia termasuk di Indonesia. Meskipun Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI) dan Bank Indonesia telah menyampaikan sikapnya, namun nyatanya masyrakat masih mempertanyakan hukum cryptocurrency. Opini pemuka agama populer di Indonesia dianggap mampu memberikan pemahaman, namun kenyataan tidak semua pemuka agama mempunyai pandangan yang sama. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi opini para pemuka agama populer di Indonesia mengenai hukum cryptocurrency. YouTube digunakan sebagai media untuk mencari sumber opini dari pemuka agama terpilih. Data selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan opinion mining dan selanjutnya dipetakan polarisasinya. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa dari sejumlah pemuka agama populer, tidak semua mempunyai jejak digital di YouTube yang membahas mengenai cryptocurrency ataupun bitcoin. Secara umum, pemuka agama yang pernah membahas mengenai cryptocurrency terbagi dua, ada yang membolehkan dengan syarat tertentu dan ada yang mengharamkan secara tegas. Implikasi penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai bahan pertimbangan pemangku kebijakan dalam menyikapi posisi cryptocurrency ditengah-tengah penganut agama Islam terbesar di dunia

Abstract

Proses penyaluran produk dan jasa telah berubah secara  signifikan dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, konsumen kini menggunakan sarana online dan  semakin mencari saluran online untuk meneliti dan membeli produk atau jasa yang mereka  butuhkan, kondisi ini memicu lahirnya fenomena bisnis Jasa Titip (Jastip) yang mulai dikenal  masyarakat Indonesia sejak tahun 2014 sampai sekarang. Jastip Jepang merupakan salah satu  yang terpopuler, terlihat dari barang-barang unik, value for money, high tech, dan berkualitas  tinggi yang menjadikan Jepang sebagai surganya untuk para pembisnis jasa titip. Jasa Titip di Jepang juga menjamur telihat dari banyaknya kesediaan layanan jastip  di Jepang. Namun demikian, pandemi Covid-19 yang tak juga mereda membuat kehidupan para  WNI di Jepang menjadi semakin buruk, bahkan beberapa WNI juga ada yang di-kubi atau di- PHK. Para pelaku bisnis Jastip biasanya terhalang kendala minimnya pengetahuan terhadap  digital marketing, sehingga perlu dilakukan pelatihan digital marketing dengan memanfaatkan internet dan media sosial dalam mengembangkan bisnis jastip. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah meningkatkan kompetensi  dan/atau pendampingan yang diperlukan khususnya dalam bidang digital marketing guna mengoptimalkan bisnis Jastip para PMI di Jepang.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of intenet banking and mobile banking on the financial performance of banks from 2014 to 2019. Based on purposive sampling, a sample of four banking sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with descriptive and verification analysis was then carried out with multiple regression. The result of this study indicate that there is significant effect between the number of internet banking transaction and the number of mobile banking transaction on the bank’s ROA. The number of internet banking transaction can affect a bank’s ROA decline, while the number of mobile banking transaction has an effect on increasing the bank’s ROA.Tujuan dari dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh internet banking dan mobile banking terhadap kinerja keuangan bank dari periode 2014 sampai 2019. Berdasarkan purposive sampling diperoleh sampel sebanyak empat perusahaan sektor perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dengan analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif kemudian dilakukan uji regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara jumlah transaksi internet banking dan jumlah transaksi mobile banking terhadap nilai ROA bank. Jumlah transaksi internet banking dapat berpengaruh terhadap penurunan nilai ROA bank, sedangkan jumlah transaksi mobile banking berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan nilai ROA bank.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has reduced bank profits. Fee based income can be an alternative in obtaining income during pandemic. Mobile banking is one off the services that bank provide to earn income through fee based income. This study was conducted to determine the effect of mobile banking on fee based income. This research use dectiptive verification metod. Use secondary data for the 2016-2020 period with purposive sampling, 5 companies were obtained as sample. Veriveication testing is using panel data regression test. The result showed that mobile banking had a positive effect on fee based income.

Abstract

By comparing brand credibility (BC) and customer-based brand equity (CBBE), this study aims to establish a strong brand for health mobile applications in Indonesia. In-depth and extensive literature searches were used to perform the study, along with the distribution of questionnaires. 200 persons made up the samples that were collected. The technique is convenience-based (convenience sampling) and uses a Likert scale. To assess the data, structural equation modeling was employed. The findings indicate that brand power is fairly high among Indonesian consumers of health mobile applications. The BC variable influences CBBE. The greatest factor in the creation of CBBE is the Brand Performance component.

Abstract

Employee stock options are discussed not only by researchers in the field of finance, but also from human resources, to psychology. This study aims to fill the research gap related to ESO by conducting bibliometric analysis on articles from the Google Scholar database. A total of 151 articles were selected from the 175 articles found with a range of publication years 2002-2021. The selected articles are classified based on the relevance of the title and abstract. In addition, it is also classified by publisher. Keywords found and related to ESO are grouped based on relevance and frequency of occurrence in order to obtain three groups of keyword elements.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan implementasi model 7 TOP kewirausahaan dalam pengembangan UMKM di masa pandemi. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode implementasi dilakukan berdasarkan kurikulum 7 TOP Kewirausahaan OKOCE terhadap 100 pelaku UMKM mahasiswa di Fakultas Pendidikan Ekonomi dan Bisnis, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia sebagai katalis utama penggerak ekonomi kreatif dan khususnya pada program MBKM kewirausahaan. Kegiatan implementasi dilakukan selama empat bulan dengan mengintegrasikan tahapan P1-P7 ke dalam mata kuliah berbasis kewirausahaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa implementasi model 7 TOP memberikan dampak positif bagi UMKM. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa implementasi model 7 TOP Kewirausahaan pada UMKM berjalan optimal, meskipun dilaksanakan di masa pandemi, implementasi ini memberikan dampak bagi UMKM khususnya dalam kaitanya dengan pembelajaran kewirausahaan, penguatan bisnis dan mentoring.
