Abstract

The rapid growth of information and communication technology, especially social media, has significantly changed the marketing landscape. In the face of this challenge, companies are increasingly adopting marketing strategies through social media to reach their intended target markets. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of Social Media Marketing by utilizing Artificial Intelligence, especially ChattGPT and applying the AIDA Model approach (Awareness, Interest, Desire, Action). This research methodology uses descriptive qualitative methods with data collection through virtual ethnography and interviews from the Babelubozz online store using the Instagram platform: @grosirhijabtermurahsidoarjo. Artificial intelligence algorithms to analyze interaction patterns and user responses. The AIDA (Awareness, Interest, Desire, Action) model. used as a basis for measuring the stages of consumer awareness, interest, desire, and action in the context of marketing through social media. The results of this analysis provide an in-depth understanding of how companies can improve the effectiveness of their marketing campaigns on social media by optimizing each stage of the AIDA Model. Therefore, the marketing and promotional content generated by ChatGPT is able to increase the effectiveness of social media marketing.

Abstract

Penyuluhan memiliki peran penting dalam membuka mindset warga terkait dengan kegunaan teknologi dalam mendukung administrasi di tingkat kelurahan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kelurahan Wedoroklurak, Kecamatan Candi, Kabupaten Sidoarjo, dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman warga tentang manfaat teknologi dalam upaya administrasi di tingkat lokal. Metode penyuluhan melibatkan pendekatan interaktif dan partisipatif, melibatkan warga aktif dalam diskusi, demonstrasi, dan pemecahan masalah terkait penggunaan teknologi untuk administrasi. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman warga tentang cara teknologi dapat mempermudah proses administrasi kelurahan, meningkatkan transparansi, dan mempercepat akses informasi. Penyuluhan ini berhasil membuka mindset warga terhadap pentingnya teknologi dalam mendukung administrasi di tingkat kelurahan. Peningkatan pemahaman ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap efisiensi dan efektivitas pelaksanaan administrasi di Kelurahan Wedoroklurak serta menginspirasi langkah serupa di kelurahan-kelurahan lainnya.

Abstract

The modern digital era has created a complex job market, increasing the need for accurate career assessment tools. The RIASEC (Realistic, Investigative, Artistic, Social, Enterprising, Conventional) test is a widely recognized framework for aligning personal characteristics with suitable work environments. However, conventional software development methods often struggle to accommodate the continuous refinement required by digital transformation and evolving user needs. This study addresses these challenges by developing an online RIASEC test web application using the Agile Scrum methodology. The research aimed to construct a flexible Scrum framework for this specific application and measure its effect on development speed. The process involved three sprints, with features defined as user stories and prioritized using MoSCoW (Must-have, Should-have, Could-have, Won't-have) rules. The results showed that the duration of sprints 1, 2, and 3 is 2 weeks, 3 weeks, and 3 weeks, respectively, with a total completion time of approximately 269 hours, 7 hours ahead of the 276-hour estimate. The study concludes that Agile Scrum is an effective approach for developing scientific web-based instruments, as it provides a structured yet flexible process that accommodates iterative feedback and successfully mitigates project risks.
