Abstract

According to research conducted by we are social in 2023, internet users aged 16 - 64 years 92.1% use whatsapp as a long-distance communication medium. That this is the reason why business conversations switch to using whatsapp social media. In the business process, meetings between buyers and sellers are needed so that buyers can ask about the products they will buy before the goods are purchased by the buyer. Whatsapp is one of the solutions to this problem, but the meeting is virtual. The questions asked by several buyers about the items they want to buy are usually almost the same so the chatbot comes as a solution so that the seller does not have to answer repeatedly for the same questions asked by different buyers. Previous services used admin assistance to answer buyer questions, but this was considered less efficient because buyers could not receive answers to questions quickly, because the admin had another line of work, namely packing goods.  Chattbot can answer questions in real time, so that buyers can receive information directly without waiting. The research method used is the Waterfall System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) which has four stages, namely analysis, design, coding and testing and uses the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) application testing technique. The results of the questionnaire sent to buyers stated that the service using the chatbot average index of 3.71.These results show the Chatbot system is very feasible and effective in helping customers obtain the information needed.

Abstract

An analysis of residents opinions on flooding in Surabaya is essential to identify their perceptions and aspirations towards this disaster. This can facilitate the making of appropriate flood mitigation policies. The current problem is that it is difficult to retrieve data from X in the form of both users and tweets automatically. So that in some studies that use tweet data becomes less efficient in the data collection process. This research confirmed the use of messages to determine highly impactful disaster zones and showed how tweets can be used to identify oscillations in disaster intensity over time. The topic of this research is to apply the Data Crawling method to obtain datasets on social media X. Then the next method is text preprocessing using Wordcloud, Matplotlib, (NTLK) Natural Language Toolkit, and Sastrawi libraries. In natural language processing, the data to be extracted includes unstructured or “arbitrary” data. In normal dialect preparing (NLP), the information to be extracted includes unstructured or "self-assertive" information.  For future purposes (assumption examination, subject modeling, etc.), such information must be changed over into organized data. The discoveries of the think about can help the organization in comprehending the necessities and inclinations of the people with respect to surges. This article demonstrates how Artificial Intelegence may be applied to text data analysis in order to provide insightful findings. the outcomes of this research can help the government in making more effective policies to overcome flooding in Surabaya

Abstract

The Student Activity Credit System or abbreviated as (SKKM) recognizes and recognizes the existence of student activities in its development. However, Cybercampus still finds many errors with the SKKM feature, this can be seen from the fact that some students do not understand the SKKM feature. Students have difficulty inputting documents that must be uploaded, then there are some students who cannot access the SKKM feature. Based on existing problems, it is necessary to test applications to minimize functions that do not meet expectations. The scope of Testing is the system and based on the problem that many students do not understand the system, acceptance Testing is needed. Researchers tested the SKKM feature using Black Box Testing to identify which functions were damaged, interface errors, data structure errors, performance errors, initialization errors, and termination errors. Next, the second method uses the Acceptance test to test students' level of understanding and acceptance of the SKKM features on Cybercampus. The results of Black Box Testing showed that there were 12 test scenarios and 1 test scenario that was not suitable. Researchers provide recommendations for system improvements to improve system quality. then by using Acceptance Testing with 3 variables, namely Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, and Acceptance of IT. Then the conclusion from the overall Acceptance Testing was 75%. The conclusion of this research is that the features function as expected well and no major errors were found, so that the SKKM menu on cybercampus.uam.ac.id can be used immediately.

Abstract

Era Society 5.0 menuntut adanya integrasi teknologi yang lebih dalam dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, termasuk dalam bidang desain. Workshop ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan dan melatih peserta dalam pembuatan desain interaktif dan serbaguna menggunakan platform Canva, sebuah alat desain grafis berbasis web yang user-friendly. Dalam workshop ini, peserta akan belajar tentang prinsip-prinsip dasar desain, penggunaan fitur-fitur Canva, serta bagaimana menciptakan konten visual yang menarik dan fungsional untuk berbagai keperluan, mulai dari presentasi, media sosial, hingga pemasaran. Melalui pendekatan praktis dan interaktif, diharapkan peserta dapat mengembangkan kemampuan desain mereka secara efektif dan efisien, sehingga dapat berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan kualitas komunikasi visual di era digital. Hasil dari workshop ini menunjukkan bahwa Canva dapat menjadi alat yang powerful dalam mendukung kreativitas dan produktivitas dalam desain, sekaligus menjembatani kesenjangan teknologi dalam masyarakat. Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi model pelatihan kewirausahaan yang efektif dalam menghubungkan generasi muda dengan generasi yang lebih tua, guna menciptakan kolaborasi yang berkelanjutan dalam pengembangan usaha. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi studi literatur, wawancara, dan observasi partisipatif di beberapa program pelatihan kewirausahaan di Indonesia. Studi literatur memberikan dasar teori mengenai kewirausahaan antargenerasi, sementara wawancara dan observasi partisipatif mengumpulkan data empiris mengenai praktik dan hasil pelatihan di lapangan. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan kewirausahaan antargenerasi yang berfokus pada pemanfaatan teknologi, pembelajaran kolaboratif, dan mentoring terbukti meningkatkan keterampilan kewirausahaan serta memperkuat jaringan sosial antar generasi. Program ini juga berhasil menciptakan keberlanjutan usaha melalui transfer pengetahuan dan pengalaman yang lebih baik, dengan generasi muda mendapat manfaat dari bimbingan generasi yang lebih tua, dan sebaliknya. Simpulan, Pelatihan kewirausahaan antargenerasi terbukti efektif dalam membangun keterampilan kewirausahaan dan memperkuat hubungan antar generasi. Rekomendasi dari penelitian ini adalah pengembangan program pelatihan kewirausahaan yang diadakan di MA Darut Taqwa Gresik, yang dirancang untuk mengakomodasi perbedaan generasi dan memanfaatkan keunggulan masing-masing generasi. Program semacam ini diharapkan dapat berkontribusi pada keberlanjutan ekonomi jangka panjang dengan menciptakan kolaborasi yang produktif dan saling menguntungkan. Abstract

The issues investigated in this research include the accuracy of artificial intelligence (AI) scoring of essay answers, the challenges of validity and fairness in automated scoring, as well as potential biases in the algorithms used, and how these affect academic assessment results compared to human scoring. The method used in this study consists of several systematic steps. First, data was collected by asking relevant questions to an artificial intelligence (AI) platform. After that, the questions are inputted into AI platforms such as Copilot, Gemini, and Blackbox AI. Next, the resulting answers are analyzed using machine learning algorithms and natural language processing (NLP) to ensure the quality and depth of analysis. The answer results are then tested to evaluate their accuracy and relevance to the context of the question asked. the analysis results are visualized in the form of graphs or tables. this research shows that artificial intelligence (AI) has great potential in the automated assessment of essay answers. The results showed that Copilot got the highest score of 63.4%, Gemini 50.5% and Blackbox.AI 56.9%. However, the answer accuracy results between each AI Platform are still below 70%, meaning that the answers from the AI platform are still far from expectations. The next research recommendation is to retest the AI Platform using other methods to get accurate and consistent results.

Abstract

The rapid growth of information and communication technology, especially social media, has significantly changed the marketing landscape. In the face of this challenge, companies are increasingly adopting marketing strategies through social media to reach their intended target markets. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of Social Media Marketing by utilizing Artificial Intelligence, especially ChattGPT and applying the AIDA Model approach (Awareness, Interest, Desire, Action). This research methodology uses descriptive qualitative methods with data collection through virtual ethnography and interviews from the Babelubozz online store using the Instagram platform: @grosirhijabtermurahsidoarjo. Artificial intelligence algorithms to analyze interaction patterns and user responses. The AIDA (Awareness, Interest, Desire, Action) model. used as a basis for measuring the stages of consumer awareness, interest, desire, and action in the context of marketing through social media. The results of this analysis provide an in-depth understanding of how companies can improve the effectiveness of their marketing campaigns on social media by optimizing each stage of the AIDA Model. Therefore, the marketing and promotional content generated by ChatGPT is able to increase the effectiveness of social media marketing.

Abstract

Website universitas adalah wajah pertama universitas yang dilihat oleh masyarakat. website universitas juga berisi informasi-informasi penting bagi calon mahasiswa, mahasiswa dan masyarakat pada umumnya, sehingga penting agar website mempunyai user interface dan user experience yang baik. penelitian ini melakukan pengujian usability terhadap website universitas menggunakan metode System Usability Scale (SUS) dan hasil perhitungan dengan SUS mendapatkan nilai < 50. Berdasarkan nilai tersebut makan dilakukan perancangan ulang desain UI/UX kepada website dengan menggunakan metode Design Thinking. Terdapat 5 tahapan dalam metode Design Thinking, yaitu Emphatize, Define, Ideate, Prototype dan Test. Pada tahap Emphatize adalah melakukan wawancara kepada 10 responden, hasil wawancara menjadi Pain Pont. Tahap Define adalah pembuatan User Persona, berdasarkan User Persona maka pada tahap Ideate adalah pembuatan desain low-fidelity atau pembuatan Wireframe. Berdasarkan wireframe maka pada tahap Prototype adalah pembuatan desain hi-fidelity dan pembuatan prototipe. Pada tahap Test adalah melakukan pengujian terhadap prototipe yang sudah dibuat menggunakan metode System Usability Scale, dan hasil penilaian dengan SUS didapatkan nilai prototipe adalah 74,8. Nilai pengujian usability meningkat setelah melakukan desain ulang UI/UX website menggunakan metode Design Thinking.

Abstract

Penyuluhan memiliki peran penting dalam membuka mindset warga terkait dengan kegunaan teknologi dalam mendukung administrasi di tingkat kelurahan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kelurahan Wedoroklurak, Kecamatan Candi, Kabupaten Sidoarjo, dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman warga tentang manfaat teknologi dalam upaya administrasi di tingkat lokal. Metode penyuluhan melibatkan pendekatan interaktif dan partisipatif, melibatkan warga aktif dalam diskusi, demonstrasi, dan pemecahan masalah terkait penggunaan teknologi untuk administrasi. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman warga tentang cara teknologi dapat mempermudah proses administrasi kelurahan, meningkatkan transparansi, dan mempercepat akses informasi. Penyuluhan ini berhasil membuka mindset warga terhadap pentingnya teknologi dalam mendukung administrasi di tingkat kelurahan. Peningkatan pemahaman ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap efisiensi dan efektivitas pelaksanaan administrasi di Kelurahan Wedoroklurak serta menginspirasi langkah serupa di kelurahan-kelurahan lainnya.

Abstract

This study aims to improve adolescents' knowledge and behavior regarding reproductive health through counseling and education at SMK 1 Krian. The background highlights the low awareness of reproductive health among Indonesian youth, leading to issues such as unwanted pregnancies and sexually transmitted infections. The counseling program involved 12th-grade students and teachers, utilizing interactive methods to engage participants effectively. Results indicate a significant increase in knowledge, with average scores rising from 55% to 80% post-counseling. Additionally, 70% of students reported positive behavioral changes, such as increased willingness to discuss reproductive health issues. Participant feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with 85% finding the information beneficial. However, challenges remain, particularly regarding access to accurate information. The findings emphasize the necessity for ongoing education and community support to sustain positive changes in adolescents' reproductive health awareness and behavior.
