Abstract

E-Learning merupakan salah satu bagian yang tidak bisa dipisahkan dari perkembangan teknologi informasi dalam dunia pendidikan. E-Learning memiliki banyak kegunaan yang membantu dalam proses kegiatan belajar dan mengajar seperti pelaksanaan ujian online, perekapan nilai, maupun sebagai media pembelajaran. SMK Pasim Plus merupakan sekolah swasta di Sukabumi yang akan menerapkan E-Learning sebagai salah satu media pembelajaran. Pada penelitian ini akan membahas mengenai bagaimana rekomendasi E-Learning yang diberikan dari beberapa spesimen E-Learning melalui parameter faktor psikologis pengguna. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah Kansei Engineering (KE) yang dikombinasikan dengan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Dalam tahapannya, KE berfokus pada faktor psikologis pengguna, sedangkan AHP dilibatkan untuk melihat manakah E-Learning yang direkomendasikan untuk diimplementasikan pada instansi tersebut. Adapun metode KE yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah KE Type I (KEPack). KEPack yang dilibatkan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan beberapa data dasar antara lain 8 spesimen E-Learning, 15 Kansei Word, dan 30 partisipan. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa faktor emosi yang paling berpengaruh adalah yang diwakili oleh Kansei Word ?RAPIH?. Aplikasi E-Learning yang paling diminati oleh partisipan dilihat dari aspek antarmuka aplikasi adalah aplikasi E-Learning Edmodo.

Abstract

Kazain Broiler is a Fresh Cut Chicken Supplier offering chicken pieces at affordable and cheap prices. This chicken shop, which is located in Serang City, has a complete list and list of chicken pieces. The development of digitalization is increasingly rapid and fulfills all aspects of human life throughout the world. Not only that, updates on the development of information technology are increasingly providing easy services to every user. Online shop or online business today is not something foreign to the court community in any corner of the world, especially the Indonesian people, whether they use the internet in their daily life or not. Computers are very popularly used as a tool for various activities, for example in business administration activities for trading businesses. UD. Kazain Broiler is the best poultry supplier in Serang City which offers high quality chicken meat at affordable prices. By having various types of fresh chicken that will keep the food healthy, nutritious and delicious. The quality chicken offered by UD.Kazain Broiler goes through various processes to make it hygienic and healthy for consumers. UD. Kazain Broiler is the best poultry supplier in Serang City which offers high quality chicken meat at affordable prices. By having various types of fresh chicken that will keep the food healthy, nutritious and delicious. The quality chicken offered by UD.Kazain Broiler goes through various processes to make it hygienic and healthy for consumers. Not only that, UD. Kazain Broiler also sells and supplies chicken meat to various food industries and big events such as celebrations, weddings, celebrations, and big day events. UD.Kazain Broiler in carrying out its main sales currently still uses conventional techniques, it still requires stationery, paper and calculators to manage buying and selling data. The owner wants every sale proceeds to have a recapitulation system and relevant financial reports. Since the implementation of the first PSBB and PPKM on April 28, 2020, the relatively quiet market conditions have caused stockpiles of chicken meat to accumulate and not be distributed. As a result, consumers cannot buy the desired meat if the stall selling the desired meat partners runs out and has to seek or wait for information from other partners. For this reason, an integrated information system is needed because it is considered to save more time and costs. So that consumers don't have to go around looking for meat stocks that are still there that consumers need. Based on the results of observations and interviews that have been carried out at UD. Kazain Broiler in Serang City, the researchers feel the need to build a system as well as a tool that is integrated with the inventory information system so that each partner can exchange information and overcome the problems above. In this design, the website prototype was chosen because it has easy access for anyone to do without the need to download it first

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dalam era globalisasi ini mendorong pentingnya penggunaan komputer dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk dalam bidang Pendidikan. SDN 2 SARUNI sebagai lembaga pendidikan menghadapi tantangan dalam mengelola nilai. Proses input nilai raport yang masih manual menggunakan buku catatan menyebabkan berbagai masalah, seperti kesulitan mencari informasi nilai raport, kesalahan pengelolaan data, dan risiko kehilangan data.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membuat perancangan website Raport online. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik wawancara dan observasi. Kemudian penelitian dimulai dari analisis sistem, perancangan sistem, dan pengembangan sistem. Untuk perancangannya menggunakan metode berorentasi objek sedangkan untuk pengembangannya menggunakan metode Prototyping. Framework dalam peranacangan ini menggunakan framework laravel, Database dibuat menggunakan MySQL. Aplikasi raport berbasis web SDN 2 SARUNI membantu guru dalam pengolahan nilai dan pengarsipan data siswa dan rancangan sistem yang baru dapat menghasilkan data yang cepat dan akurat sehingga dapat mengurangi kesalahan kesalahan yang mungkin terjadi dalam meng-input data

Abstract

The use of information technology at KSPPS RAYA BANDA MADANI, particularly through the Raya Mobile Information System (SIRAMO), is essential to support operations and member services. However, a thorough audit is required to ensure the security, reliability and compliance of the system to IT governance standards such as COBIT 5. This research aims to assess these aspects through an audit using COBIT 5, as well as provide recommendations for improvement.This research uses a case study method with a qualitative approach. Data was collected through interviews, questionnaires, observation, and document analysis. The results showed weaknesses in data security, information accuracy, and compliance with COBIT 5 standards, although SIRAMO supports mobile operations effectively. Recommendations for improvement include enhancing security controls, validating data, and developing more effective monitoring mechanisms. The result of this study is that audits using COBIT 5 can identify areas that need improvement to enhance the performance and security of SIRAMO at KSPPS RAYA BANDA MADANI, as well as improve operational efficiency and member satisfaction.

Abstract

Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Jauharotunnaqiyyah Ciberko is a school in the city of Cilegon. At this school, exams are done by hand. Teachers print out test papers with multiple choice questions, and students answer them all together within a set time. Using this exam method often causes problems, like taking a long time to prepare the questions and making mistakes when grading. To fix these issues, a computer-based system is needed. The concept is to create a web-based online exam information system. The author built an online system for exam information using the waterfall approach. For system design, they used UML. The programming language chosen was PHP, which works with MYSQL to manage the database. They also used the Codeigniter framework because it is flexible and makes web development easier. The main goal of this study was to design a web-based system that helps teachers create questions more easily, send questions to students, let students complete exams, and quickly summarize exam results. This system made the online exam process more efficient. It also helped students work on their exams smoothly and allowed teachers to enter questions and scores accurately.

Abstract

Today's technological development is developing very rapidly. The cashier information system in restaurants is very important to meet and facilitate the performance of cashiers. Therefore, the author conducted this study, Kedai Santai Cade and Resto Milenial. This study aims to determine what activities and problems occur when making payment transactions and aims to reduce the number of restaurant losses when calculating total customer losses. This study used observational analysis and interviews. The design method used is to use the Prototype Method as a foundation in designing a cashier information system that suits the needs of restaurants in managing payment transactions. The result of conducting this research is to design a web-based cashier information system at casual cafes and millennial restaurants to facilitate cashier performance and reduce losses incurred in the manual payment transaction process. This research can be concluded that technology must be developed. Technology can help process one's performance and activities such as the Cashier Information System which helps the performance of a cashier in making payment transactions with customers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan sistem informasi tabungan siswa berbasis web di SDN Damping Kabupaten Serang. Sistem ini dirancang untuk mempermudah pengelolaan data tabungan siswa, meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi, dan menyediakan akses informasi yang lebih cepat dan akurat bagi siswa, orang tua, dan pihak sekolah. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model pengembangan sistem Waterfall, yang melibatkan tahapan analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi tabungan berbasis web ini mampu mengurangi kesalahan dalam pencatatan manual, mempercepat proses transaksi, dan meningkatkan transparansi serta akurasi data tabungan siswa. Selain itu, sistem ini juga menyediakan fitur pelaporan yang dapat diakses oleh pihak sekolah dan orang tua secara real-time, sehingga mempermudah pengawasan dan monitoring perkembangan tabungan siswa. Dengan adanya sistem informasi tabungan berbasis web ini, diharapkan dapat mendukung peningkatan kualitas layanan di SDN Damping Kabupaten Serang, serta memberikan kemudahan bagi semua pihak terkait dalam mengelola dan mengakses informasi tabungan siswa.

Abstract

The Selling Management System application is an information system that helps manage sales data and sales reports at the Maju Bersama Cikande Store. In implementing the Selling Management System Application Information System, errors often occur due to input errors in inputting data. So it is necessary to carry out an Information System Audit. This research aims to assess the Capability Level and provide IT governance recommendations based on the COBIT 5.0 framework. So that you know what things need to be improved to achieve company goals. The research method used is qualitative by conducting interviews, observation and document study. The domains audited from the COBIT 5.0 mapping results are EDM02 (Ensure Benefit Delivery), APO10 (Manage Supplier), APO12 (Manage Risk), and DSS01 (Manage Operations). Based on the audited domain, the maturity value EDM02 was obtained with a value of 2,2, with a maturity level of 1 meaning the process had been implemented, APO10 with a value of 2.7, a maturity level of level 2 meaning the process had been recorded, measurable, and in accordance with the company's objectives, DSS01 with a value 1.5 with a maturity level of 1 and APO12 with a value of 1.41 with a maturity level of 1. Based on the findings of the EDM02 (Ensure Benefit Delivery) domain, the Selling Management System Application is required to improve application performance with regular updates and the addition of new application features, related to the findings of the DSS01 domain and APO12 is the need to back up the database, use a different user and password for each application user, and provide a generator set to mitigate the risk of power outages.
