Abstract

This study discusses the development and implementation of a web-based marketing information system for Difa Make-Up & Decoration. Using the prototyping method, this research aims to address the issues faced by Difa Make-Up & Decoration in managing marketing and service bookings. The system is designed to enhance online visibility, modernize business operations, and open new opportunities for growth. The developed information system includes features such as an interactive online catalog, real-time booking system, efficient customer data management, and analytical tools for strategic decision-making. This Wedding Organizer information system uses PHP and MySQL programming languages. The development method used for this system is prototyping, which consists of analysis, design, application development, evaluation, and results. The results of the study show that this system successfully improves operational efficiency and market reach. Thus, this research significantly contributes to the digital transformation in the creative services sector and enhances the competitiveness of SMEs in the wedding industry

Abstract

Utilization of information and communication technology (ICT) has now become a major facility in various sectors of life and has become an inseparable part of daily human needs and activities. A good village office must have a system that can be used to support the performance of the village office. At the Cikande Permai Village office, there are difficulties in managing letters, making letters is still manual, namely making in word, recording incoming and outgoing letters is still using manually, namely by recording in a ledger and there are still many obstacles in its management such as losing letters, damaged stationery.The programming language to create this system uses the PHP programming language with MYSQL database, the research method used is the Flow Map method, DFD (Data Flow Diagram) with waterfall development, while the data collection techniques used in this research are interviews, observation and literature study.With this web-based incoming and outgoing mail information system, it is hoped that it will make it easier to write letters, record letters, archive letters and report letters

Abstract

Attendance is a data retrieval activity to determine the number of attendance at a job, and the results of this study indicate that the application of web attendance at Sukalow Village Office employees tends to increase discipline towards employee attendance, with the support of detailed recorded data about the accuracy of employees entering and leaving the office..The purpose of this research is to analyze the registration information system. Helping villages to manage attendance to make it easier to do their attendance. Designing a web-based attendance information system.In designing this research the method used is a structured approach, the development method uses PIECES, the tool used to design the system is DFD, while to design and implement this financial information system using the PHP programming language, MySQL database and for the text editor using the Sublime text application. .The results of the research on employee attendance information systems when doing attendance are no longer manual but web-based.With the creation of a web- based attendance information system, it can make it easier for employees to do attendance and make it easier for officers to make attendance reports

Abstract

This study aims to develop an information system for ordering web-based internet services at PT. Word Hotspot Mediatama. This information system is designed to increase customer efficiency and convenience in submitting and ordering internet networks. The system analysis method used is SWOT to identify customer needs and the ordering process. Furthermore, system design is carried out using the SDLC method with the Waterfall type to describe the workflow and relationships between the entities involved. In the growing digital era, internet access has become a basic need. Therefore, it is important for internet service providers to provide an efficient and effective information system to manage internet network installation orders. This research presents an innovative solution, namely the development of a Web-Based Internet Service Ordering Information System at PT. Word Hotspot Mediatama. At the implementation stage, this system allows customers to place orders online through the PT. Word Hotspot Mediatama. Customers can fill out the application form and complete personal data and choose the desired internet network package. After the data is verified, the customer will receive a notification in the form of an installation schedule and payment instructions. Customers can also monitor the installation process via their order page. The implementation of this system uses the powerful Laravel Framework, ensuring data security and optimal performance. Through the integration of web technologies, customers can quickly check service availability, submit installation requests, and monitor the progress of their orders. This information system provides multiple benefits, facilitating customers in ordering internet services and enabling PT. Firman Hotspot Mediatama to improve operational efficiency. Thus, this research makes a positive contribution in improving the quality of service in the internet network installation industry

Abstract

DESIGN OF A WEBSITE-BASED VILLAGE ADMINISTRATION SERVICE INFORMATION SYSTEM IN SITUTERATE VILLAGE USING THE LARAVEL FRAMEWORKCurrently, the administrative service process at the Situterate Village Office is still carried out manually, including data management related to the administration of these services. This research aims to design a website-based information system for the Situterate Village Office. The system is designed to provide village information, facilitate online mail submission, and simplify administrative management, such as creating cover letters and storing population data. The design of a web-based village service administration information system in Situterate Village was carried out using the Waterfall method. This method involves stages that are carried out sequentially, namely needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The results of the study show that services in Situterate Village are still not digital-based and still use a manual system. Therefore, the author took the initiative to design a website-based service information system to improve the efficiency and quality of services to the community. The conclusion of this study shows that a website-based village service information system is very important to make it easier for employees to provide services to the community and make the village administration service process more efficient.

Abstract

DESIGNING AN ONLINE RESERVATION SYSTEM FOR WEBSITE-BASED SKINCARE LILIES USING EXPRESS.JS FRAMEWORKThe need for fast and practical services is very important, including in the beauty service sector. Lia Skin Care still uses a manual reservation system that causes various obstacles, such as long queues, recording errors, and lack of flexibility for customers. This research aims to design a website-based online reservation system that makes it easier for customers to order services and helps salons manage schedules and data more efficiently. The system development method used in this study is Waterfall, with the stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The results of the study show that the proposed system can minimize recording errors, make it easier for customers to choose schedules independently, and improve the operational efficiency of Lia Kulit Care. This system also supports digital recording of customer data, making it easier to process services and decision-making.  In conclusion, the web-based online reservation system developed is able to provide an effective solution to the problem of manual reservations and supports digital transformation in beauty services.

Abstract

The manual reservation system at Badminton Graha Pancasila Pandeglang often led to inefficiencies, including overlapping bookings, data recording errors, and difficulties in tracking payment history. These issues created the need for a structured, digital solution to manage reservations, user data, and transactions more effectively. This research aims to design and develop a web-based badminton court rental system that streamlines the booking process while enhancing accuracy and user convenience. The system was built using the Laravel framework and MySQL as its database, following the Waterfall development model. Black-box testing was used to validate all system functionalities. The core features include user registration with email verification, login, real-time court booking, cart and checkout process, digital payment integration using Midtrans, and booking history tracking. An admin dashboard was also implemented to monitor transactions, booking data, and user management. The testing results show that each feature works according to its functional requirements, with all tested cases returning successful results. The implementation of this system significantly improves operational efficiency, transparency, and user experience compared to the previous manual process. However, some limitations remain, such as the lack of real-time notifications and mobile optimization, which are recommended for future development. Overall, the system meets the research objectives and demonstrates the benefits of applying digital solutions to local sports facility management

Abstract

The advancement of digital technology has driven service-based businesses, including barbershops, to implement information systems to enhance operational efficiency. Polka Barbershop, located in Serang City, still utilizes manual methods for managing reservations and customer data, leading to disorganized queues, limited access to digital transactions, and challenges in generating reports. This study aims to design a web-based reservation and customer management information system using the Laravel framework. The system was developed following the waterfall model, encompassing stages such as requirements analysis, system design with UML diagrams, implementation, and testing through Blackbox and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Key features of the system include online booking, real-time queue management, Midtrans payment gateway integration, and automated report generation. Testing results indicate that the system meets user requirements, improves service speed, and enhances the accuracy of customer data. The findings suggest that implementing a web-based information system can substantially improve service quality and operational efficiency in barbershops, offering a scalable solution for similar businesses.

Abstract

Manual student report card management at PAUD At-Taqwa poses critical challenges, including significant time inefficiency in daily assessments, the high risk of physical data loss, and limited parental access to timely child development information. This research aims to design and build a web-based e-report card information system to resolve these issues by integrating the entire assessment workflow into a single, centralized digital platform. The system was developed using the waterfall model, which includes the stages of requirements analysis, system design using Unified Modeling Language (UML), implementation, and functional testing. Built with the Laravel Framework (MVC) and a MySQL database, the system's functionality was validated through black box testing. The research resulted in a functional e-report card system with three distinct, permission-based access roles: Administrator, Teacher, and Parent. The Administrator manages all master data, including user accounts and class assignments. The Teacher role is equipped with tools for the digital recording of daily student progress. A key innovation is an AI-assisted feature, powered by the Gemini API, that automatically generates draft narrative reports based on collected daily notes, significantly reducing the teacher's workload. The Parent role provides a secure portal for real-time monitoring of their child's activities and for viewing digital report cards. It is concluded that the system successfully transforms the reporting process into an efficient digital workflow, effectively improving teacher efficiency, enhancing information transparency for parents and institution.

Abstract

This research seeks to build and develop a web-based information system for the sale of used motorcycle at Wipa Motor, a motorcycle dealer that focuses on selling used motorcycles. The problems faced are limited customer access to used motorcycle information and inefficiencies in recording transactions that are done manually. This limited access causes customers to only visit dealers or contact dealers via WhatsApp to obtain information related to used motorcycles. Meanwhile, manual transaction recording has the potential to increase the risk of errors and data loss in sales reporting. The method used in this study is the waterfall method, which includes needs analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The data was collected through interviews with Wipa Motor owners. This research aims to develop a web-based information system that facilitates real-time access to used motorbike information and enables online transactions for costumers. This system was built using the laravel framework to automate the recording of sales transactions and the management of motorcycle stock which was previously done manually. The results show that this system is expected to improve operational efficiency, speed up the transaction process, and expand market reach. In addition, the system can improve sales data management by generating more accurate reports. In conclusion, the implementation of this web-based system can increase the effectiveness of Wipa Motor's operations, provide convenience for customers, and strengthen Wipa Motor's image as a modern dealer and adaptable to technological developments.
