Abstract

Kampus Mengajar merupakan salah satu program dari Kemendikbud yang memberikan kesempatan untuk mahasiswa dapat merasakan belajar di luar kampus dan mendapatkan pengalaman mengajar di sekolah penugasan. Kegiatan program ini dilakukan kurang lebih selama satu semester untuk dapat mengembangkan keterampilan kepemimpinan, kemampuan berkomunikasi dan bertanggung jawab terhadap kewajiban. Mahasiswa Kampus Mengajar angkatan 7 mendapatkan kesempatan untuk dapat meningkatkan literasi dan numerasi serta adaptadi teknologi di sekolah penugasan,yaitu di Sekolah Dasar, Sekolah Menengah Pertama dan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (tidak termasuk SMK PK). Sekolah sasaran yang menjadi tempat penugasan Program Kampus Mengajar angkatan 7 ini adalah SD Negeri 15 Kota Bengkulu. Sebelum melaksanaan program kerja yang dapat meningkatkan literasi dan numerasi, akan dilakukan perencanaan program-program kerja penyesuaian dengan kemampuan siswa. Adapun program kerja yang akan dilaksanaan diantaranya yaitu, peningkatan literasi dan numerasi, adaptasi teknologi, tips and trick literasi efektif, revitalisasi perpustakaan, revitalisasi perpustakaan mini kelas atau “pojok baca”, revitalisasi madding, sekolah kaya teks, fun math, dan tanaman toga dengan barcode. Pelaksanaan Program Kampus Mengajar ini dilaksanakan selama kurang lebih 4 bulan, terhitung mulai 26 Februari 2024 sampai 16 Juni 2024.

Abstract

Indonesian democracy currently faces serious challenges in the aspect of meaningful public participation. Amid the availability of procedural participation space through elections and consultation forums, in reality public participation is often pseudo, people are involved symbolically without adequate understanding, access to information, or critical capacity. One of the main factors at the root of this problem is the lack of an inclusive, structured, and easily accessible public policy and legal education system for young people. In fact, Law Number 40 of 2009 concerning Youth firmly affirms the position of young people as strategic actors in national development, including their role as agents of social control in the process of formulating public policy. Policy and legal education is still concentrated in formal and professional academic environments, while the younger generation outside the lecture hall has minimal access to learn and be involved in the legislative process and public policy. With an exploratory-conceptual approach based on secondary data and scientific literature, this study reflects the urgency of inclusive policy literacy as a foundation for substantive participation. The findings and analysis in this study are expected to contribute to the development of alternative educational designs that bridge politics, public administration, and law, as well as being an initial reference for policy makers and education administrators in strengthening participatory democratic governance in Indonesia.

Abstract

Sport is a basic need for every human being and plays an important role in life. Physical activity is a characteristic of life, indicating that every individual needs movement for health and well-being. In this context, the role of the Indonesian National Sports Committee (KONI) in developing sports activities. One of the sports that cannot be ignored is archery, which has the potential to achieve proud achievements at the national and international levels. This study aims to analyze the role of KONI in developing archery athletes in Jambi Province, to unravel the obstacles faced in the coaching process, and to find solutions to overcome these obstacles. In this study, the method used is empirical juridical with a Socio-legal research approach. From the results of the study, it was concluded that KONI has made efforts to develop archery athletes, but has not been optimal. The obstacles faced are limited training facilities and infrastructure, which are caused by a lack of budget and minimal funding, less than optimal program assistance. Efforts made by KONI Jambi Province are to improve the budget system by submitting a budget plan in accordance with Regional Regulations, so that the needs of sports facilities and infrastructure can be met properly, it is important to plan independent funding sources for KONI. This study also recommends several strategic steps for KONI to support its role in the development and development of archery in an effort to increase the achievements and number of athletes at various levels, so that the achievements can be maximized.
