Abstract

The current pattern of city development is influenced by various aspects, one of which greatly influences the development is the development of the economic sector. The financial services sector, which is one of the pillars of people's lives, has given rise to very rapid development and of course this is what also ends up causing many problems in the financial sector, especially fundamental problems. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach and was descriptive with data collection tools, namely in-depth and gradual interviews. Without synergy between the government, law enforcement agencies, and the community, the potential for money laundering will continue to occur and even massive. Therefore, a short-term solution that can be presented to overcome money laundering in financial technology is the need to optimize regulations governing obligations and prohibitions related to financial Technology systems.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Teaching Factory (TEFA) learning and industry partnerships, as well as their impact on improving the competence of students at SMK Karsa Mulya Palangkaraya in Central Kalimantan. Teaching Factory is a production-based learning approach that is oriented towards the world of work, emphasizing relevant and contextual practical skills. Industry partnerships involve collaboration between schools and the business and industrial sectors (DUDI) through field work practices (PKL), internships, curriculum development, and training. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive and correlational approach. Data were collected through observation, documentation, interviews, and academic records before and after the program implementation. The results show that the implementation of Teaching Factory learning and industry partnerships contributes positively to improving student competence, especially in practical skills and understanding of vocational subjects. There is a significant correlation between the level of industry involvement and the soft skills and hard skills of students. Therefore, integrating Teaching Factory learning and industry partnerships can be an effective strategy to improve the quality of vocational school graduates so that they are ready to work and professionally competent.

Abstract

This study examines the communication strategies of the Bekasi City General Election Commission (KPU) and their effectiveness in increasing voter participation in the 2024 Election. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings show that KPU Bekasi implemented an integrated communication strategy combining information dissemination, voter education, and institutional image strengthening. Key programs—such as Sambangi Sekolah, CYCOLATIVE, first-time voter education, and the Ayo Mencoblos campaign across 24 districts—successfully engaged young voters and diverse community groups. Digital platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, and the SIKADEKA system, further enhanced transparency and public accessibility to electoral information. The strategy contributed to an increased voter turnout of 81.3% in 2024, accompanied by stronger public trust in the election management body. Supporting factors included internal coordination, technological adaptation, and collaboration with local actors, while challenges involved limited resources, uneven political literacy, and the spread of digital misinformation. Overall, the communication strategy proved effective and adaptive, offering practical insights for strengthening democratic participation at the local level.

Abstract

The development of the digital logistics industry, driven by the rapid growth of e-commerce, has led to increasing complexity of operational risks that directly affect service quality and corporate performance. This study aims to analyze operational risk management in digital logistics companies, with a particular focus on the processes of risk identification, assessment, and mitigation arising from operational activities, especially in last-mile delivery, warehouse management, and information technology systems. The research adopts a descriptive approach, employing data collection techniques such as interviews, observations, and document analysis. Risk analysis is conducted using a risk matrix to determine the likelihood and impact levels of operational risks. The results indicate that the dominant risks faced by the company include delivery delays, digital system disruptions, scanning errors (mis-scans), courier human error, and an increase in return-to-sender (RTS) cases. Risk mitigation strategies implemented by the company include improving the reliability of information technology systems, providing courier training, standardizing operational SOPs, and conducting real-time monitoring of delivery processes. However, the effectiveness of these mitigation measures is still constrained by high shipment volumes, dependence on third-party applications, and environmental variables in the field. This study recommends strengthening enterprise risk management, integrating AI-based tracking systems, and developing periodic risk evaluation mechanisms to enhance operational efficiency and sustainability in digital logistics companies.

Abstract

Abstract

The digital transformation of public institutions demands the integration of policy, governance, technology, and user behavior to generate public value. This qualitative study analyzes the implementation of the DPR RI Minutes Information System (SIRIH) at the DPR RI Secretariat General through a multi-level approach. At the macro level, the OECD Digital Government Policy Framework is used to assess digital governance maturity. At the meso level, a socio-technical system approach is used to analyze the integration of SPBE policies, organizational design, and court proceedings. At the micro level, the UTAUT model is used to explain the factors of system adoption and utilization by officials. Data were obtained through analysis of official documents and observation of work processes. The results show that at the macro level, SIRIH strengthens the efficiency, transparency, and accountability of court proceedings. At the meso level, SIRIH implementation encourages standardization of work processes and cross-unit coordination, but still faces limitations in system integration and alignment of technology design with organizational needs. At the micro level, performance expectancy and social influence are the main determinants of adoption, with challenges in digital literacy and interface quality. This study confirms that digital transformation of court proceedings is a multi-layered socio-technical process that requires simultaneous strengthening of policy, organizational design, and user capacity.
